Description of Work: I called Cardinal Plumbing based on their strong Angie's List ratings, and they did not disappoint. I had a broken pipe resulting in a water leak inside my basement wall. David came out to my house and quickly ascertained what and where the problem was. He opened the wall, removed the broken section of pipe, cemented in new replacement sections, tested the fix, and cleaned up thoroughly, all in less than two hours. He also explained how to drain the pipes more thoroughly to prevent the problem from recurring. And he gave me an Angie's List discount! I will certainly call Cardinal again for future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: They came out last Saturday to install a kitchen faucet. They were on time, very professional, helpful, and left the place spotless.

Description of Work: Service provider was on-time and very polite. Paper covers for his shoes every time he went into the house. He installed two frost proof outdoor faucets. All work was done neatly and efficiently. He had to solder in very tight space. The price charged was as quoted on the phone contact. Price seemed high, but we have nothing to compare against. I would recommend to other customers.

Description of Work: We had a leak coming out of the toilet in our half bathroom. We also noticed 2 marks on our ceiling that appeared to be water marks (isolated from the toilet leak). | |The plumber showed up right on time and evaluated the marks on the ceiling. He investigated the area on the floor above and did not think it was caused by a leak. He suggested holding off on doing anything with the marks because he did not want to cut into the ceiling with the chance of finding nothing. I totally respected and appreciated his honesty and said I would just them call back if we ever noticed the marks get big again. | |The toilet leak was a pretty routine fix; the plumber changed out 2 parts and had the toilet flushing better than ever. He said the cost of the toilet fix is normally $265 but Angie's List members get a $40 discount. This is the second time we have used Cardinal Plumbing and we will continue to use them in the future because of their professionalism and punctuality.

Description of Work: They were actually a few minutes early. Yea!! The bathtub faucet was leaking hot water. They fixed it in a few minutes so it works as good as new. They were polite, calm, and left everything as clean as they found it. I honestly can't think of any way for them to improve.
