We apologize we did not provide you with great customer service and for any miscomunication there may have been between yourself and our technicians.On your Angie's List Deal purchase, it states in the fine print that this deal only applies to one toilet. Now you are correct and our technicians should have mentioned this information before performing the work on the additional toilet. We train all our technicians to do so. I sincerely apologize for this, and I wish you would have brought this issue to the attention of our office staff. This would have been resolved right then and there! We take pride in providing top-notch customer service and when there is a time we do not achieve this standard, we use it as a guide for improvement on reaching 100% customer satisfaction!
