Description of Work: Our garbage disposer broke. We were unable to find a new one that would fit where the old one did. We bought the disposer that we wanted and had Cardinal Plumbing come to "re-route" the pipes and install the disposer. It all went very well. Nicolai was excellent.

Description of Work: Had a small leak going from bathtub to my living room ceiling. Based on MY theory that the leak was coming from the tub/shower, the plumber observed, and then replaced a rubber seal and plastic pipe in the tub/wall, which he found was slightly cracked. In addition, he had to cut a hole in my closet wall in the next room, in order to get to the pipe and change it. Presumably the problem will now be fixed. That said, although I liked the gentleman who did the work, and he worked quickly, when quoting me a price, it changed a couple of times as he continued to diagnose the problem. He also was forced to return to my home on a second day (which raised my price) when his boss (the owner?) would not permit him to unscrew a drawer set and move it aside, so that he could get to the pipe in the wall in the closet and do the repair at time of diagnosis. He would only return when my husband moved the drawer (although it was a simple move). He replaced a metal plate in the tub with a new one, however it is smaller in size than our former plate so my husband was disappointed that the area looks shoddy and unprofessional, even though I have no doubt this plumber is a professional. Hoping we have fixed the source of the problem.

Description of Work: Replaced shower diverter (think bathtub spout). I had replaced the previous one that was leaking, and the Home Depot part I bought as a replacement was a piece of junk. Cardinal tried to fix it with the part I bought (to no avail), and then ended up fixing it with another diverter that was better quality. | |Very professional service, quick working, and it was installed well after getting a better part. Just a little more expensive hourly than I've had with other plumbers in this area.

Description of Work: I paid $59 for a diagnostic call to see what was wrong with my toilet. I decided to order a new toilet and Cardinal deducted $100 from the installation fee of $250. The plumber was polite, friendly and performed the service correctly.

Description of Work: The plumber arrived on time and inspected a faucet drip in the master bathroom. He removed debris from inside of faucet and gave me a suggestion to keep future drips from occuring. I thought the cost was a bit high for this minor problem which took about 15 or 20 minutes to fix.
