Nick Kiser did a great job identifying a problem and fixing it within minutes. He was punctual, courteous and professional, and most importantly, the problem is gone! Thank you!

Daniel arrived within the promised time window, gave me options for replacing the toilet or just fixing the wax seal. I chose to just fix the seal. He completed the job, put clear caulk around the base of the toilet and cleaned up. Unfortunately I bought a $30 "Deal" from Angie's list which gave me $30 off the price which was no deal at all. This meant there was no flexibility to get any discount from Cardinal.

Nick was prompt, courteous, responsive, and professional. We are pleased with his work and also that he wore shoe covers when he entered the house and left the work area clean and neat. Scheduling was fast and easy. This was the first time that we worked with Cardinal plumbing and we will definitely consider working with them again based on this experience.

price quoted was crazy. negotiated and got it down. Only got the job done as I wanted to take care of the leaking valve.

First of all, the company called me in advanced to tell me that Larry was on his way. He was prompt and professional. Our problem was difficult to diagnosis, but Larry wouldn't stop until he resolved it. He was the second plumber we had come out. The first one wasn't able to fix the problem. He also took the time to explain things to me. Larry also went above and beyond what he was hired to do, and fixed some other issues while he was there, just out of customer service. We have found ourselves a plumber for all of our future jobs.

I am writing a follow up review to say how terrific this company is! I had an issue with my shower and Mark, from Cardinal, came out to fix it. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. I called Cardinal back and Mark was out again within 24 hours (on a Saturday morning!) and my issue was resolved immediately. Thanks so much to Mark and his team for wonderful service! I will continue to recommend Cardinal to friends and family!

The lady who answered the phone refused to do anything or patch me through to anyone without my name and phone number. It was really unpleasant to deal with her, it was almost like talking to a robot. I've never experienced that before, it sounded like an answering service, I bet if I'd gotten through to one of the service people it would have been great.

$365 standard charge to replace the internal cartridge. too me a little steep.

Highly recommend! Tommy was great....not only did he replaced two stubborn hose bibs that were concreted into the foundation but also inspected hot water heater and identified the expansion tank had been incorrectly installed by the builder and was rusting out. Averted a future water leak in our house! Appreciate his diligence!

First appointment was May 21 between 4 and 6 PM. I waited two hours and no one showed up. Frustrated but I called and gave another try and the appointment was May 29 between 1 and 3 PM. Again, I waited two hours but no one showed up. When my wife called Cardinal Plumbing, the lady answering the call responded with "it was only 25 minutes passed 3 PM"; when my wife asked why no one showed up, she said she didn't know and even replied we could just wait longer and someone could be there. Cardinal Plumbing is very unprofessional and doesn't respect people's time. They don't contact you when no one is coming to the appointment. When you call, they will tell you that if you wait longer, eventually someone will show up without specific time. After wasting my two hours twice, I will not use them again.

Monday, 5/21. I just wanted to say that Daniel Gallardo of Cardinal just finished all of my plumbing projects today. I kept him here for most of the day. He's wonderful. He is very professional and does excellent work. Keen attention to detail. Don't let the cost scare you away....i had him do a lot of work. He was here for over 5 hours. I called to schedule the service and got an appointment quickly. Kyle came out to assess and repaired my faucet in record time. I had another plumber out last fall but they told the only way it could be fixed was to cut a hole in my dining to get to the problem. I did not want to do that!! Im very happy that I made one more phone call. Thank you.

When the plumber arrived, I told him I had low water pressure upstairs and high water pressure downstairs and showed him. The plumber checked the outside meter and said it was at a normal flow rate. Then said it was probably a leaky toilet although both are brand new. He never checked to see if the water pressure reducer valve was working properly, but wrote on the invoice it was 50 psi. Well, it wasn't. After I received the advice of a friend, I ordered a $10 gauge and hooked it up to the outside water line and found out that the water pressure is 112 psi. That is over double water it should be because the water pressure reducer valve is broken. This should have been simple for a plumber. However, the plumber was quick to want to upsell on upgrading plumbing in my upstairs bathroom for a substantial fee. Basically, he didn't fix my first problem, which was a lower cost/profit margin, but wanted to quote and fix something that was an update with a much higher price tag and margin. I definitely don't recommend these guys. They might do an okay job if there's enough profit in the job. Find a reputable plumber.

Everything went great. I noticed water underneath my kitchen sink when I came home from work. I cleaned everything up, and noticed when I ran water in my main sink that water was dripping down the wire from the garbage disposal. Went on Angie's List, found Cardinal Plumbing, read reviews, liked what I read and called them. Kyle Northrop showed up at my house within 1 1/2 hours. Agreed that it was the garbage disposal, replaced it, and everything went extremely well. I got a $100 off for using Angie's List to find them. Kyle was very professional, very knowledgeable and made sure everything was done correctly the first time. I would definitely call Cardinal PLumbing again with any other plumbing issues I have at my home and would hiughly recommend the.

we went out of town & husband turned off water. when returned, he was unable to turn water back on. cardinal came quickly the next day & took one look at valve. my husband was trying to move valve wrong way. guys were VERY NICE. just turned on the water & left. no charge. also told us - to make us feel better - that this was not the first time this has happened !!!! DEFINATELY will call back when actually need plumbing assistance !!

Cardinal was amazing. They were very responsive and were able to schedule someone on pretty short notice. The work was very high quality and very quick. The man that cam was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The total cost was a little higher than I expected, but worth the quality and responsiveness.

The work was excellent; and the price was competitive (what I imagine other companies would charge). I always think repairs are too costly; but I thought Cardinal's prices seemed fair for the company like them. I will use them again.

Had issues that kept popping up, Adam, our plumber technician, kept working on it until the culprit (a toy) was dislodge!

Adam Daughtry from Cardinal Plumbing was great. Not only did he replace our broken water heater, but he identified an even more serious and dangerous issue with a damaged vent leaking carbon monoxide into our home. His diligence in checking the vents that lead into the water heater helped avoid serious danger and potential death from carbon monoxide poisoning for our family. Throughout the repairs his level of expertise and ability to explain what was going on and how to best fix it was fantastic. We'll be relying on Cardinal for all of our future plumbing needs.
