Description of Work: Our water heater wasnt heating properly. Mark diagnosed the problem (soot build-up on the flame sensor), clearly described our options for now and the future, and cleaned the flame sensor so that the appliance is working again.

Description of Work: Had a problem with my toilet running. I had to have them come back after the initial job because it wasn't completely remedied. The company has some really good apps that help you price out what you want to do with them and there isn't really any hard sell. It's just a little more expensive than "My Plummer" for their regular services, but they are johnny on the spot and waste no time getting here. Very nice to have a good sense of urgency. I think, I would try some of the other plummers around just because they had to come back for a rather simple problem. They didn't charge for the return trip which kind of goes without saying.
