It was excellent. Nikolai called to say when he would arrive and was actually early. He is a very personable young man that knows what he doing, does it quickly and competently at a reasonable price. He replaced the guts of the outside faucet and the washers in both of the washbasin faucets. I will definitely call on his services for future plumbing work.

Prompt service, excellent understanding of the problem.

When flushing the toilets or running the washer, the pipes would make a pounding sound. They quickly solved the problem and provided details about how to handle the situation if the problem came back. We were impressed with him covering his shoes while he was in our house (taking them on and off for each time he went to his truck). Very polite, friendly and fair. I feel we now have a plumber we can use in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. They were very professional. They came in and got the job done. I was very pleased. They were very prompt. The only extra we paid was for the seal. The price was absolutely great. They had asked me to empty out under the sink and I forgot. He said it wasn't a problem and that he would take a few things out so he could get to it. He was very, very good. He said that if it wasn't the seal, to call them and they would come back. used them later at our choosing.

Found that sink leak was simple and fixed at no charge. Inspected with camera buried PVC pipe draining downspout effluence away from house. Found one short section needs to be tilted, and a large section is full of roots and mud. Recommended a way to replace with a much shorter run. Recommended using a less expensive handyman for this. Having a number of new gas appliances put in and have had gas company put in a higher-capacity meter. Cardinal inspected our gas system and made useful recommendations as to whether regulators will be needed. Did not charge for gas-related work.

Called late on a Saturday afternoon for an appointment and they were out Monday afternoon. Although given a two hour window, he called and actually arrived early. Very professional and accommodating. Went through the issues to include the options to repair or replace the kitchen faucet. Price is competitive with other plumbers we've used.

Called on a Monday and was scheduled for Wed morning at 8 am. Daniel arrived on time and explained what needed to be repaired before he replaced the old shut-off value to the water line for the ice maker. He completed the work in 45 min and checked to verify that the ice maker was receiving water before he left. He charged us $30 for the shut-off value and copper T-joint - which seemed to be a fair price. Daniel was professional and polite - he even covered his shoes with paper booties to keep our floors clean - much appreciated. The ice maker just dropped its first cubes - so far so good! I highly recommend Cardinal Plumbing and would hire them again for any future work.

A+ was our experience with Cardinal Plumbing! We were so grateful they came quickly on a Saturday. They were professional, courteous, clean, and the pricing was very reasonable. We had a plumbing emergency as water was backing up into our basement laundry room. Nicolai and Wilbur came exactly in the time window they had promised. They got to work, diagnosed the blockage, and resolved our plumbing issue quickly. They used tools and cameras to make sure they solved the problem long-term. After purchasing the big deal, the Company responded promptly and I called to set up an appointment for a Saturday morning. I requested a water line repair and/or installation. Nikolai arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. and was courteous, professional and explained the options after finding the existing water line. He stated that he could install a new water line made of copper, which is a better material than the existing one, but that would require some labor including cutting holes through two layers of a drywall ceiling. I decided it was not worth the time and labor so Nikolai installed a new part to update the existing water line and connected it. It works fine and we now have a working ice maker for our new Fridge. Nikolai also attempted to help me with a shower fixture. My impression of this company is very positive.

On time! Very polite! Happy to be helping us with our problem and didn't act as if he didn't need the work which is a response I received from another contractor I called. He got right to work and was very thoughtful about protecting the carpet that hadn't already been soaked by the water heater leak. I am not sure but I think it took a bit longer than he expected. He was here about three hours and explained that he had to change some of the pipes because they were in such a position as to not allow the new water heater to be placed properly in the exsiting space. Once everything was completed he showed me how the new water heater worked, explained the warrenty and cleaned up the space. Actually left it nicer than when he arrived! I was impressed and will call on Cardinal Plumbing for future work. Thank you for your kindness and quality service!!

It was exceptional. I made the mistake of planning this when my wife was trying to get out the door and the plumber worked with me and she was not delayed. This was a great service call and I would do it again.

I came home to a wet floor and wall. Upon further inspection it appeared that the washer hookup was leaking. I cut into the wall and there was a pipe that was cracked and leaking. I shut the water off and started looking for plumbers. By luck I cam upon Cardinal plumbing and when I called Nikolai said he could be there in 2 hours. He showed up and quickly assessed what needed to be done and communicated that to me and said it would take two hours. Nikolai was professional and courteous and even let my almost two year old daughter watch him do his work. The price was fair and the quality was top notch. He also gave me a very reasonable quite on replacing a hose bib, and I plan on using his services for all my plumbing needs. I would recommend Cardinal plumbing to anyone looking for quality work at an affordable price.

Nicholai was on time and provided an estimate to repair a leaky bathtub faucet and problem toilet that we accepted. Also, my wife mentioned to Nicholai that our alarm to our sump pump went off a few days ago and he inspected at no additional charge and said, every once in awhile you need to remove the electrical plug from the outlet and reinsert like you would when rebooting a computer. Nicholai was extremely professional from beginning to end, personable and very focused on customer satisfaction. Being a contractor myself, I will only recommend another contractor only if he does first rate work. Nicholai and Cardinal Plumbing are my new go to plumbing company. Highly recommend!!

He was thorough and provided lot of advise on the toilets. He was prompt and attending the calls. When the issue came up again, he came over and looked at the issue. Overall, very satisfied with his service.

Daniel arrived on time and took a look at the leak. Looked over the multiple parts I had purchased to fix the leak and once he figured out the right parts from the universal sink kit, he set about removing the old hose and installing the new one. When it became obvious that the extra long replacement hose was going to be a problem, he figured out how to fasten it in such a way to eliminate the problem. He didn't watch his clock, didn't take phone calls, didn't waste time. Very very pleased.

the individual was very polite and professional. I had already purchased the item needed and it took him all of 10 minutes to do the work required.

I purchased a deal for $39, plumber for an hour. Cardinal Plumbing was pretty busy so I couldn't get it scheduled for about 2-3 weeks. On the scheduled day, they showed up a little early and looked at the hose bibs that were having issues. Two of them leaked and needed to have the protective device replaced (not sure what it's called). Two of the handles were not functioning properly so they needed replacing. Within an hour all three hose bibs were functioning properly. Extra parts cost a total of $120. Was a great deal overall. All hose bibs are now working properly for a total of $169.

The plumber arrived on time. He was friendly and explained what he needed to do to get our kitchen faucet working. He worked quickly and got the job done promptly. I would definitely recommend this company.
