Daniel ( Plumber) was very friendly and explained to me what he needed to do to find the leak. He was honest and forward. He repaired the leak in the bathroom shower and on the sink. He did a great job.

He arrived early and was friendly and professional. I was pleased with service call.

The plumber arrived right on time and did a great job. He was very professional and efficient.

I think there was about half an hour less on the time and there were a couple of other things that needed to get done. When I made the appointment, the owner said, we can get all those things done. The technician that came said he couldn't do it even though we had half an hour remaining. There was a dripping faucet tat needed to be addressed. He could have done it but he said he couldn't. He had to fill out the paperwork. The paperwork wasn't going to take him half an hour. We just stayed withing the $39 purchase price. Prior to him coming out. I was thinking I was going to have them winterize. I think I had called when I initially purchased the big deal. I had called to make an appointment and the person that answered the phone was very rude. They said that they do the Angie's List only on Thursday and to callback and schedule. That's why it took me awhile to get back to them and find the time when I could talk to them and schedule it. The second person I talked to when I did schedule it was polite so I think that was good. I was disappointed with the technician that came out here because the person who had made the appointment said he was the owner and the work that I had requested could be done withing the two hour allotted time period. For the technician to say that be couldn't done to think that the jobs are not major. It was just another faucet that needed probably a washer or something replaced. That could've been easily done within the 30 minute time period. I was definitely disappointed. I haven't turned on the faucet that was outside so I couldn't vouch for that. The water in the bathroom, that seems to have stopped. I will most likely not use them again.

They did good work. We had more than an hour’s work. They charged us for that which I expected. The only complaint that I have about them is that the plumber that was here wrote out a bill on the back of an envelope. When we asked, he said that they would email the receipt. I haven’t got the receipt from them and I have called them once. So we don’t have the receipt for the work they did. The work was fine. The guy worked with us. He asked us what we wanted done and we showed him what the problems were. He fixed all the problems. They were on time.

Nikolai was very professional and polite. He prepared the site from our main entrance all the way to the basement by covering the floor and stairs with cloth and plastic wraps. He carefully studied the installation manuals and designed the installation plan. The work was done beautifully, within the time frame he promised. I would definitely use their service again in the future.

I came home to find water gushing from the faucet in front of the house. My usual plumber wouldn't come until the next day. I called Cardinal and they assured me that if they could not free up one of their own guys they would contact other companies they have worked with to find someone for me. They called me back right away when they said they would and a very nice Cardinal plumber came exactly when they said he would just a few hours later. He diagnosed the problem took care of the temporary fixes needed so I could wait until warmer weather to have the faucet replaced. Since it is 20 degrees outside, I thought it was too risky to be doing plumbing repair. Everyone I spoke with was kind and professional and they only charged me $40 for the service call. I will definitely be switching to Cardinal for future plumbing needs.

Their service was good. The cost included the purchase of the garbage disposal and the installation. The first time they came out to look at the garbage disposal, they did something to it and actually made it worse. When I called them I told them I would like them to fix it and I didn't want to pay for that. They offered the original service free and then they came out do the additional installation without charging for the first service. They were on time. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was very nice about trying to make me happy.

They were able to replace for cheaper then the big deal.

After purchasing the deal, I was almost immediately contacted. I told the owner what needed to be done and then he told me what type of faucet I should buy. An appointment was scheduled and the worker arrived. He was on time and very courteous. There was a small problem because I have a corner vanity and the handles of the new faucet were too long (my fault since I had bought it), but the worker sent a picture to the owner and got instructions on how to install it. It worked out perfectly. Afterward, I got a call asking if everything was working to my satisfaction. I was very happy with Cardinal Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

My first contact last week with company I was told they were busy and could not make it out. I was given other names of company to call. I had no luck...I was told to call cardinal back. The gentlemen sound nice and was going to squeeze me in way later in the day. I had to accept it. Although I needed help because I already had small flood from toilet and we already went a day without no water usage. In the meantime, I found someone's that could come out. I called cardinal to cancel. More issues turned up that the other plumber couldn't do big job. I call cardinal back 2 days later and kept getting answering service - left messages 1/31 and Saturday. I called today 2/2/15 because no one returns call. I speak with gentlemen and ask why I didn't get call back and he says sorry we are busy. I ask can I schedule today and he says we are still busy until Friday. I felt like that wasn't true and that I was getting the brush off. I said "never mind, I thought your rating on angie's list was an A rating". I hung up and wont call them again.

The two plumbers arrived within 15 minutes of their arranged time. They were polite, respectful and friendly. They explained what they would do and what was in/out of scope of the coupon. They quoted on site for another piece of work. And they were in/out within an hour. I'm originally from the mid-west- so I always think NoVA prices are a bit outrageous so I always think prices are high here in general- but overall it was a very pleasant experience interacting with the servicemen and we would use them again for other work.

NO PIPE LEAKS WERE FOUND--NICOLI THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE A ROOFING ISSUE. SO NOW I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND A WHOLE IN MY CEILING! BUT I KNOW ITS NOT A PLUMBING ISSUE.

HIGHLY recommended! Was delighted to get a Sat. morning appointment since we were without hot water- I had figured I'd be put off until Monday like most other plumbing/HVAC folks have done in past late-week calls. Danny arrived promptly, repaired our two major problems (turned out to be pretty quick fixes for him, fortunately) and then proceeded to work until we literally ran out of stuff for him to fix, all within the 2 hours. He was very polite, clean, and compared to other plumbers I've hired, Danny clearly showed a lot of skill and experience. He was happy to show us what he'd done and how we can maintain it. He also insisted on using only his own equipment- can't tell you how many times contractors have asked me for a tool, ladder, etc. I was delighted with the work done and so was my husband- and he is NOT easily pleased. Paid a whopping $35 for parts. Again, highly recommended.

I have a leaking pipe in my basement. Cardinal is fully booked and wouldn't be able to get out for a few days. But, the man I spoke with went out of his way to provide a couple of referrals and was very friendly and helpful. I'll call them for sure next time I have a non-emergency plumbing need. The plumber showed up at a good time. He was scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4pm and he actually arrived about 15 minutes after 2pm which was great. He was able to find where the leak was coming from and fixed the issue. He was very polite and professional. I will definitely use Cardinal Plumbing in the future.

Our half bath toilet would run constantly. The previous owners of our house tried to do a quick-fix on a running toilet and did not do a good job. We needed to replace the the flush valve and a few other parts in the toilet to make it flush properly without running afterwards. I called on a Thursday and they were out at 8am the following Monday. The job only took about 30 minutes, so the price seemed a little high for such an easy fix, but I guess that's fairly standard for labor.

The service and quality of work performed was excellent. The work was performed well within the time allotted and I will definitely use Cardinal Plumbing in the future and I highly recommend them.

These guys are great. The guy who came out was totally professional - checked everything for the smell but was unfortunately unable to find it as the smell was not existent when they were there. It was likely from outside as it hasn't happened since. While they were there, I asked them to look at a toilet that didn't flush properly and a drain that was clogged. They fixed both and I am really happy. They neatly put things back under the sink and were really nice. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Service was good. Provided pointed out we had purchased the wrong deal on Angie's List so we purchased the correct deal for the service needed and request a refund for this deal as it was not the correct deal for the service needed.

I called and spoke with Danny, the VP. He was actually able to come the same day and in fact, early! Very nice guy. Clog was about 30 feet down but he went ahead and snaked down 60 just to make sure things were good to go for a while.

Everything went very well and they were very responsive.

Nikolai did great work. He cut through some dry wall to inspect the plumbing and confirmed that it wasn't the issue. He was so efficient that he had leftover time from the deal purchased and used it to install replacement toilet internals.

Cardinal was contacted through Angie's List big deal for two drain cleanings for $298, which is the best deal I found for the service. One of the drains (bathtub) was not able to be cleared because it had a terrible clog and an unworkable curve to the pipe. I tried everything except remove and replace the drain pipe before I had contacted Cardinal. So Cardinal offered to remove and replace the problem piping for an additional $375 on the spot, which to me sounded fair considering the scope of the work. I think normally the service is more but they held to the quote proposed which as a fellow business owner is the right way to go. The bath tub drain works like new now and there is no back up, just water tornadoes and a happy wife. Also, my kitchen sink drain cleaning went perfect and it is like new now. I am so pleased with this company! Awesome service!
