I think that it went well. The only question that I had was that the toilet seat lid had a chip on it. And also I wish that the Kohler name was a darker on the toilet since I was paying for the name Kohler, it would be nice to see it! :-) Other than that, the technician was very professional and had great experience. I would recommend Daniel with Cardinal Plumbing at any time. Since I just recently purchased the home, Daniel took the time to go through the plumbing in my house and to let me know if there were any problems, issues, etc.

While the technician for Cardinal plumbing was out I inquired if he was able to fix the overflow bathtub leak that we were experiencing in the basement, he was able to fix the leak and provide us with a discount since he was already out the bathtub bib repair did seem pricey though. The technician was wonderful.

The replacement went well. David arrived on time and is a very professional and friendly plumber. David explained what he was going to do and did a good job. I was happy with how quickly he replaced the valve.

The plumber was a little bit late but did call to let me know. He was quite knowledgeable and was able to fix everything on the list reasonably quickly. He even did his own visual inspection to make sure everything else was as it should be before he started on the items I'd given him. This was an example of going above and beyond on the job; he did not try to convince me to do anything that didn't need to be done (he even showed me that one of the items I thought needed to be done actually did not). He was quite willing to answer all questions I had during the process, and made sure to clean up everything when he was done. I received a discount as well for being an Angie's List member. Payment was easy as well; the office sent an invoice to me via email, and I was able to pay online using credit card.

I will use Cardinal Plumbing whenever I need a plumber. They were incredible. On time, professional, explained everything to me. I love these guys. And their office staff is awesome.

There were unrelated issues immediately afterwards with our dishwasher not pulling in water. A senior (owner?) plumber returned that evening and confirmed all repairs were performed properly and that the dishwasher issues were not caused by the work performed earlier in the day. I would recommend and use their services again.

Cardinal Plumbing has come out twice and both times they were able to fix our problems cheaper than expected. Neither probelm was so easy to diagnose.....black particles turned out came from an old gasket from a part we don't use and a cracked toilet from a broken flange. He was able to make a different attachment so we didn't have to pay for a replacement flange. We will use them again in the future.

This is the second time I've used Cardinal Plumbing and I am so pleased. They arrive on time and are extremely professional. They get right to work and work hard. They explain what's wrong and the different ways it can be fixed in detail. They do the job that needs to be done and do not charge me a million dollars for it. I've lived here for almost 15 years and this is the best plumber we've ever used.

This went well for the most part. There were a few communication and scheduling issues. Once the appoinitment was scheduled, things went quite well. There was a follow-up issue that needed to be addressed, which was done promptly and at no extra charge. I am satisfied with the end product.

Kept me informed each step of the way. I already knew about the need to cut through drywall - same pipe froze and broke a few years ago - so I took this guy's advice and got one of those access panel covers just in case. along with some extra insulation. All in all the job went well with no unpleasant surprises or extra costs.

Technicians need to keep a little pamphlet on hand with more information about prices, especially Angie's List discounts. It gets kind of confusing.

Late and over-priced. Not a good combination.

Terrible and overpriced. Wanted to charge $275 for replacing 2 screws. When we questioned the services he recommended vs the price for the kit which we didn't need, they were indignant that we would question them. We actually just needed them to advise what was wrong and hoped they would fix it but after it being clear they wanted to overcharge we offered to pay for the visit. $75.

It went well. No issues. It worked as expected. The person that came was polite and correct. I will consider them for future work. Only reason I don't provide "A" is because I'm tough providing excellent grades. Otherwise, they did a good job

I purchased a coupon for $350 for $500 worth of service. When the plumber came out, I asked him to reinstall the toilet and replace the shower knobs and associated piping, and that if the total for that work was less than $500, to also fix the leaky bathroom faucet. He completed the work, including the faucet, and told me I owed an additional $60. So maybe my instructions to not go above $500 weren't clear. The bathroom floor was a little muddy when he finished, and after the plumber left I realized he'd caulked the toilet to the floor without cleaning off the area under the caulk (which was clear). Now we have a light-brown ring around our toilet. In addition, a few days later, during the middle of the night, the faucet broke completely and would not shut off. We turned off the water supply to the faucet and a several days later the plumber came out to fix it free of charge. Since then we haven't had any problems. He did a good job on the toilet reinstallation otherwise, and the shower knobs are working much better now than they were before.

Outstanding. Bought the 1 hour service coupon and fixing the situation with the drain pipe having been cracked without having to gut the wall and replace the tee took a lot of patience and a bit more than an hour. They had to charge second hour but the guy who showed up went out of his way to find stuff he could do for me during the second hour. I will be bringing them back this week for more work.

The Cardinal plumber showed up exactly on time. He reviewed the leaks in my shower plumbing, openly discussed what he was going to do to repair the leaks, and identified the risks to time and parts. He performed the work quickly and professionally. The soldering was neat and complete. He left the area clean. I was very happy with the repair and I would use Cardinal plumbing again.

Arrived promptly, highly professional and polite, did an excellent job at a fair price.

we are remodeling the lower level bathroom and the contractor was concerned the shower drain was draining slowly. Drano did not clear the plugged up drain. We called Cardinal plumbing and Daniel came the next day. Daniel used a machine to unplug the shower drain and the toilet. Daniel was professional, efficient, and fixed the drain and toilet. We are pleased and would recommend cardinal plumbing for plumbing problems

Several hours later, Danny left a message (on my evening ph# vs my daytime phone) saying he could not honor the morning appointment. I called first thing the next morning and received a return call from his assistant who told me they had overbooked themselves and Danny absolutely could not make my appointment (she repeated there was nothing they could do to keep the appointment). Therefore, I called another plumber who could not come at the same time, giving me an even smaller window of time to work in. Having no choice, I booked the appointment. Moments later, Danny left a message (again at the wrong ph#) saying he could make it work and could come at the original time scheduled. I returned his call and left a message to discuss this; however, I received no call back. Needless to say, after this run-around, I would not recommend calling Cardinal Plumbing. (Note: Cardinal Plumbing's video says they understand plumbing issues can cause customers stress and they want to relieve the customer of that stress. Sad to say that was not my experience).

The plumber was on time, polite, professional, and careful to clean up. He took protective measures to ensure he didn't damage anything and understood how to do his job.

Excellent customer service in our rental unit. Plumber was very good.
