There was link in the kitchen sink which he fixed.

The plumber arrived as scheduled. He barely communicated with me and I still have no idea what his name might be. The bathtub drain was snaked and it does flow better than before. It is still not great but that may be more of an issue with an older house and plumbing than the work performed. The other issue was with a leaky faucet. He looked at that briefly and indicated I should go buy a new fixture and install it myself. When it came time to pay the bill, I had to remind him about the deal I had purchased through Angie's list or I would have double paid that part of the bill. I was not given a receipt and was told I would receive one electronically. I eventually did get a receipt but it took several emails to the company to get one.

He repaired the water heater instead of replacing it. He was able to do so in a cramped space without moving any other of the utilities. He did an excellent job.

The service provider was very thorough and professional. The job was completed during the visit. We were completely satisfied. We would use this provider again, and in fact, we had them return shortly after the initial visit to replace a leaking pipe.

Did a very good job. Was on time and very respectful. I will use them again.

$218 to tighten a nut and replace 2 washers. You think they would have had more of a conscience charging that price for 2 such simple tasks.They could have easily helped with other simple issues we have and still made a nice profit. My ignorance. Will never let that happen again. The gentleman who provided the service was quite professional and amicable.

The gentleman was on time and analyzed the situation and was detailed in his explanation of what happened. He also presented the parts that needed to be replaced and the price, I felt was fair. I would use this company again, because he took his time and I am very please with the results. I have my toliets backs. Thanks Cardinals!!!!

The work was scheduled for just a couple of days after initial phone contact. The plumber arrived promptly, was pleasant and courteous, and accomplished the work in about half an hour.

Technician was prompt, had the right tools to tighten the sink faucet. Nut was in a difficult spot to reach, but he was complete in about 15 minutes. Very nice experience.

Scheduling was easy after the purchase of the service call. The tech was scheduled for 8:00AM on a Wednesday. The tech showed up at 7:55AM, on time. They placed boot covers and service call started. Early on the tech encountered a problem with pulling out the shower cartridge, the vary reason I did not want to attempt to do this on my own. He explained how he was going to resolve the situation and after obtaining the part that was the problem , the work was completed in a short time.

Our plumber fit us into an obvious busy schedule so we could take care of a bad leak that was causing water to seep into floor/ceiling area. Multiple issues came up through out the project and i really appreciated that our plummer would explain the issue, offered recommendations for repair plus alternative options _ and made sure i was cpear agup to date with arrived on time the

The technician was about an hour late, but called in advance to let me know. He did an excellent job, was very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with the work that was done.

Wonderful! I was able to buy the deal online and then schedule the appointment over the phone for the very next day. The technician arrived just as the appointed time. He was friendly and quick. He did excellent work that cleared up our leak immediately. He accepted the $100 credit that was part of the deal and charged us no more that the $59 deal price for the house call! Thank you, Cardinal Plumbing! I will turn to you for any further plumbing needs.

They couldn't fix the thing. Even with the other plumber I got, they had to actually drill and get the thing out. So it was not necessarily the guy's fault or anything. He just came and looked at it and I decided to go with someone else. The price was good. He just didn't offer good alternative solutions. It was more because of the fact that he was eager to go to the next appointment or something. The solution he had was not good enough. So, I just had to go with the plumber I normally use. The plumber that came out was okay overall, until he found out he couldn't remove the handle. It was a pretty basic job. Anyone could do it. The problem was, the little hex nut was worn out, and you just couldn't get it out. He was trying everything and then he just said he had to pretty much destroy the whole thing and put a plastic handle. I just said, "No. Forget it." Then I went with my plumber and he had the same issue too. But he suggested he could put a different handle that looked similar to what we had. He got that and he came. It was a bit hard to get out, but he managed to fix it.

They did an excellent job at a reasonable rate. Very knowledgeable, prompt and professional.

That went well. They came out probably within a week. I had to pay for some parts that needed.

The provider Tony arrived during the 3 hour time slot. He called to tell me that he was finishing up at the prior appointment before arriving. He did a good job repairing the leaking faucets.So far no more leaks. He was polite and professional.

Arrived on time. Very professional, very polite. Work took over two hours and he was at it the entire time. He cleaned up absolutely everything when he was done. Price was fair but not a great deal, but the work was outstanding. I reccomend them.

I was unhappy with them. I responded to Angie's List saying that I wanted my money back. It was deceptive. They said that it was $59 for a plumbing call. I even called them before hand and asked for an estimate for repairing a faucet that was dripping. They said they couldn't give me an estimate until they looked at it. The guy comes on time, which is the only right thing he did, he takes a look at the faucet and says it will be $270. I have repaired that kind of thing before and I didn't want to hassle with it this time. So I asked him if that was going to cost me $59 and he said he didn't know. I responded to Angie's list saying I don't think I should have to pay because I asked for an estimate before hand and they wouldn't give me one. She reviewed it and said well he did come out there. He didn't do a damn thing! He didn't even get under the sink to look at what the problem was. It wound up taking me 10-15 minutes using a six hour repair kit. We purchased a faucet and installed it for less than what he was going to charge to repair the leak. He didn't even ask me what was wrong or touch the handle of the faucet! Standing from 10 feet away, he said $270. The work man communicated well but the Cardinal plumbing did not. They should have been able to give me at least a ballpark estimate based on previous experiences. They don't speak English well. The receptionist, it seemed like English was their second language. I am not biased against that but it seems like they might cheat us. Anybody else would have simply had a price list saying that was going to be this much for a service call, it could be this if it is simple or that if it is not simple. When I didn't get that response, I have just abandoned it but I learnt a $59 lesson. He was right here when he said he would be. He was very pleasant to work with. For professionalism, in terms of being courteous, nice and punctual, I would give him high marks. In terms of not following to look at the problem, that isn't professional. It is highly unlikely that I would use them again.

All went well. Coordination with tenant was smooth. Plumber provided advice to tenant on how to protect outside pipes from freezing and showed her inside shutoff valves and how to clear water to outside. Plumber identified one pipe missing the proper shutoff valve. Tenant is pleased with work.

They came, inspected, gave us a reasonable estimate, and came back the next day to perform the repair. We needed to replace a major drain pipe that was leaking. Everything works well now.
