It went wonderfully! I was amazed they were even able to come out as quickly as they did being a holiday weekend. Water was coming into basement from leaking line. They came out and replaced the line, had the county come and inspect it, and filled in the hole all in the same day. Due to the tight space in the yard, they had to do all of the digging by hand, and they still got it done.

Exceptionally professional. On-time. Did the work required. I discussed replacing the toilets. They looked at them and said they didn't need replacing, just a 'tune-up.' Saved me several hundreds of dollars by being honest.

My experience with them was both good and bad. The price was good for what they did. They were very punctual in calling me about setting up an appointment. He showed up early, which was nice. They spent a lot of time figuring out what the problem was. My shower knobs are broken, so they took them apart, figured out what the problem was and went out to look for replacement parts. Finally when he came back, it didn't work but he put back everything together and tightened a couple of things. He said he was going to look for the parts and then contact me. I never heard from them again. I don't have time to chase them down. I don't feel like I got my money's worth. I didn't pay anything additional because they never asked me to. My experience could have been made better had they followed up. Even an email telling me that they did not find the parts would've been nice. I liked my interaction with them. The guy that I was emailing back and forth was very nice and courteous. The guy that showed up for the appointment was also nice and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself and I would have never even known that someone was in the shower. The work he performed was really good. He went to look for parts in the middle of the day during rush hour and spent a good amount of time doing that.

It went fine. They called me right away and we made appointments. They chose a day that I was available. They fixed the toilets and they're working fine. There were additional charges. When they fixed the toilets, the one in my master bedroom runs a little longer than it did before but that may be because the person who did it originally tried to make it water saving. It took some getting used to because it takes much longer to fill up when I flash. Other than that, it could have been a little cheaper but it had to be done. The gentleman who came was polite and professional. He wasn't here too long.

Arrived early, was very professional, performed the work very well. Total time spent was around 30 minutes. They tightened a garbage disposal and removed an old rusted-on host from my washing machine.

I used Cardinal Plumbing and they were terrible. They did half the job and then never came back. The price is kind of non applicable because they didn't finish the job so I don't know if they would have charged more or not. The quality was terrible.

The service call was just for the pressure relief valve because of banging pipes. He suggested the shut off valve and then I was reminded that the water heater valve needed to be fixed. I thought it best to do all things at once. There were no issues with the repairs. The water pressure is now lower than we'd like. I may have to call back to see if it can be adjusted.

I needed to get my outdoor faucet fixed again. I'd had it fixed by another company, twice, and the past two winters the pipe cracked. Per their review it was my fault, I hadn't enough insulation, not that I had any installation for 5 years before I got the faucet fixed. I'm still a bit irked that it crack two years. Anyway I decided to go with a different company. It fixed it gave me some suggestions on better insulting and showing me the faucet that he provided may hold up better during the winter because the backwash design was part of the faucet, not an extra piece that needed some manual effort to work. Anyway, fingers crossed, this is good for years to come.

I received an e-mail letting me to know to contact the office to schedule the installation. The young lady I spoke with was very friendly and was able to schedule a same day appointment. At my request, they called me about 30 minutes prior to arrival. The plumber was polite and respectful of the property. Disposal was installed as requested, tested and disposed of by the plumber. Everything went smoothly.

Could not have gone any better!!! We received an e-mail from our tenant late on a Thursday afternoon reporting a toilet issue. I found Cardinal on Angie's List (noticing their GREAT reviews!) and purchased a coupon deal on line. The service call was only $59.00 with $100.00 (!) off any charges. I received a call less than thirty minutes after placing the order and the plumber was at the condo the next morning. Danny called me after inspecting the toilet and gave me a breakdown on what was needed to replace a broken flushing mechanism; he had the parts and was finished in forty-five minutes. No muss, no fuss. Our tenant told me later that Danny did a great job. Time from my initial call to paying the invoice, less than 24 hours. We have found our plumber for life!

Wilmer, who did the work was very good and answered all the questions I had. He was on time and was able to complete the work in a hour. He is very thorough and detail in his work. I would definitely recommend him. So far I do not see any leakage in the Bath Spout.

Was contacted by the scheduler very shortly after I purchased the coupon on line. We were able to schedule the service visit at a time that was convenient for us. On the day of the appointment, the plumber showed up a couple of minutes early, introduced himself and handed me a Cardinal Plumbing Card. I showed him where we thought the plumbing issue originated and he identified where the pipe was cracked. He quoted a price for repair and confirmed that the final cost would include the free inspection visit and the $100 dollar credit. We agreed and he completed the repairs in a very timely manner. No fuss, no mess. Excellent overall service from a very professional and courteous service provider.

Representative understood what was wrong with the kitchen sink's leak and recommended that I call the manufacturer to request a free replacement (lifetime guarantee!?). More importantly, he immediately recognized what was wrong with my shower; "bad washer(s) on the wrong stems" from work done by another company, one year ago. Now that it's all replaced, everything works perfectly.

It went okay, honestly. It was a while ago but I remembered it went just okay. The guy came in and he was trying to upsell me additional services, like, off the bat, like, not even having crossed the threshold. And then he was just talking about upselling me. Finally I asked him to just do what's in the deal because it's $99 for something. So he replaced a minor part in one of the toilets and that's it.

Nikolai called ahead and arrived early for the appointment. Was very knowledgeable and explained all repairs he would need to do. Provided additional information on some things that we may need to look into in the future and why they may be necessary. I did not know where the outside water shut off was for the house and Nikolai found it and had to create a tool on the spot to turn the water off. A highly enjoyable process and would use Cardinal again.

I had bought an Angie's list deal which covered some service but no parts. The plumber correctly encouraged me to get that refunded and buy a complete disposal deal which was a better fit. He was punctual, quick and very professional.

Tony determined what was wrong with water heater, tracked down warranty for it through some quick detective work, talked to company and got part covered under the warranty. He also gave us some practical advise on other issues we were wondering about. Tony is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. For example, he called when he was 15 min away to let us know he'd be there soon.

We had a very unusual situation occur. When the plumber came to fix one problem, he inadvertently caused another. It was a very unusual situation to occur, and though it took a bit of back and forth, the president of the company ended up contacting me directly and waving the cost of clearing the sewer line. I was impressed with their professionalism -- they could have taken a hard line but they didn't. Seeing how they act in such an usual situation makes me heartily recommend them to others.

We had an appointment for 8AM and Daniel showed up bang on time. I was having issues with the kitchen faucet leaking from time to time and also the aerator had recently broken off. Daniel took apart the faucet and figured out that our hard water had clogged the cartridge which was contributing to the leak. Since it was an old cartridge that is no longer easily replaceable he cleaned it up as best he could and took pictures of the model number so that I could try and find a replacement. He also showed me how I could replace the cartridge myself once I found one so I would not have to make another appointment (it really is an easy fix and will save me at least $150!). While he was there Daniel replaced the broken aerator and also replaced the two valves under the sink because when he tried to shut off the water this was not happening completely - the hard water had also clogged the valves. All in all, I found Daniel to be very pleasant and very professional. He talked to me about the problems step by step and he took the time to teach me how to fix things myself. As a woman, this was a very unusual experience with a plumber! I definitely plan on using Cardinal Plumbing again and have already recommended them to others.

This is the third time we have used Cardinal Plumbing and we are still happy. We own a small rental condo and apparently there was a leak coming from our bathroom to the unit below. The plumber assessed the leak was coming from the toilet. He installed the wax rings properly underneath the toilet. It had been improperly installed a few years ago. The plumber was professional and knowledgable and we will be happy to use Cardinal Plumbing again in the future.

Provider arrived at the scheduled time and was extremely personable and professional in the installation of the disposal. He was clean and took the old disposal with him once the installation was complete.

Daniel from Cardinal Plumbing came out to look at my hot water pressure issue.. he wasn't able to help much in the end (the water heater needs replacement), but he was able to adjust a few things to buy me some extra time The quote they gave me to replace my gas water heater however was sort of pricey, so i'll continue to shop around

The overall experience was excellent. I was impressed with Cardinal Plumbing on several levels. I purchased the $59 service call coupon from Angie's List and the repairman came out within 2-3 days to meet my schedule's needs. I had already fixed my leaking toilet, but the repair was inelegant to say the least. The repairman was able to repair the toilet properly, and it is working great now. He was able to determine that there was a faulty part in my guest shower that led to me losing hot water. A previous plumbing company came to that same conclusion, but said I needed a major repair to fix it to include taking off the tile in the shower. Cardinal plumbing said they could replace the part without having to open a hole in the wall to get to the part. He also said that the part has a lifetime warranty so he ordered the part for me for free. The part arrived free of charge a few days later. I called Cardinal back to schedule installation of the part. He arrived the next day and installed the part with no problems. Cardinal Plumbing saved me lots of money in terms of preventing a major repair like the other company said, plus they knew enough about the part to replace it for free. They were very courteous, professional and prompt. I would definitely use them again.
