Repairs were made, and the inspection completed in an expeditious manner.

The repairman was prompt and friendly. At one point we thought my shower handle would have to be replaced because another part broke off inside it. But instead of saying "oh well buy another one," he went out to his truck to work it loose. I really appreciate the customer service. I also appreciate how they called me to schedule the work w/in 24 hours of me purchasing their deal. I was really happy to get same day service. I mentioned to the nice lady on the phone "wow, I happened to home today." She hooked me up with a same day appointment! It was just a few hours later. Very happy customer here.

They dropped a camera in the drain to look at the blockage. Then used a snake to pull the blockage out through the drain. Quick, efficient and effective. Haven't had any problems since.

Recently we had a drain clog that we were no longer able to manage on our own so we had to call in the professionals. I am so glad that we did! Our experience with Cardinal Plumbing was FANTASTIC! Seriously, I'm a fan. I do not normally provide reviews but do when my expectations are exceeded. We were introduced to Cardinal Plumbing from one of those handy man websites where they had pretty good reviews so we thought that we'd give them a try. First, its the simple things that count. Scheduling the appointment and work was a breeze and a pleasure! While they didn't have any openings the same day they were able to get me in first thing the next morning. The scheduler on the phone was just so pleasant and friendly. Second, prior to the scheduled appointment, they sent me an email reminder of the appointment and included a PICTURE of the team member that was coming. They provided the name when scheduling but this is AMAZING! I really like that I know who's coming to my door and into my home. Why aren't ALL companies doing this?? Third, the person doing the work was not on time... He was EARLY! He explained what he was going to do, how much it would cost, and got to work. This is how all home repair services should go. All of this says to me, Cardinal Plumbing is very professional, they understand things like this are an inconvenience to the home owner and RESPECT our time. Cardinal Plumbing has set the bar high my friends...

A professional job. Explained process upon arrival. Pointed out and resolved certain problems to prevent future gas leakage. The new water has been operating fine since the installation.

Called and scheduled appointment with Cardinal. Receptionist was very helpful and appointment made - Daniel actually call the day of appointment and asked if alright to stop by earlier which was great! Upon arrival, he diagnosed the situation and provided several options to repair the pipe and to keep incident from re-occurring which I appreciated. Job was completed in a short amount of time and no problems since. Will definitely use Cardinal Plumbing again.

The technician was prompt and was able to repair the faucet quickly. This was an Angie's List deal, so there was a credit for the labor and an additional charge for the part needed. Overall, a good experience.

I purchased their '$59 Plumbing Service Call Plus Credit Toward Repairs' deal from Angieslist. I specified preferred dates and no one contacted me. I contacted them 2 weeks later and someone finally came out. I thought the problem was with the main line, part of which was replaced a few months prior. I mentioned as such to the plumber from Cardinal who came out and within minutes he agreed with me and provided a hefty estimate that required opening walls. He then brought the price down to $1595 after speaking with his supervisor. My intuition told me to double check what he told me so I called 2 other plumbing companies. The first one told me he couldn't diagnose the issue and needed to get an estimator over to my house. The 2nd one listened to my theory on the issue, asked several questions and then suggested that maybe I had just a clogged stack. He then advised to try clearing the clog and using a camera down before deciding on costly work that required opening walls. I used Master Plumbing & Mechanical to unclog the drain and they also used a camera down the pipe. I was informed that there was nothing wrong with the piping apart from the (now cleared) clog. I am soooooo grateful I found a reliable plumber that wasn't trying to take advantage of me. As a single woman I am always wary about working with contractors, plumbers and the like, out of fear of being taken advantage of. This situation basically confirmed my worst fears. My advice to women in a similar situation: always always get 3 or even 4 estimates.

We were extremely pleased that the scheduler called us back within a short time after we initially made the call and scheduled the appointment for the next day. Daniel, the plumber, was on-time and very cordial. He fixed both the toilet and the leaky faucet. He told us the cost of completing each task before he began, so we could make a decision as to whether we wanted him to go ahead with the work. That was extremely helpful. He said the drains did not really need fixing, just some de-clogging solution, so we said we would take care of that ourselves. We really appreciated his honesty in telling us the work didn't need to be done. He explained everything he did very clearly. We were very satisfied. He was at our house for about 2 hours completing the work. While a bit pricey, we were very satisfied and would definitely work with this company again.

The scheduling was quick. I contacted them over the weekend and they had the HWH replaced by Monday afternoon. They were very efficient and professional and completed the work for the estimated quote.

From start to finish, I was impressed. Daniel G arrived on time, and worked nonstop for 2 1/2 hours. The outside shut off valve was replaced, and just prior to that, we discovered that the main house shut off valve had also been leaking. He gave the price of all work prior to starting, and of course I said "YES" to replacement the house shut off valve as well. Very knowledgable, very customer service oriented. I even brought up our almost 17 year old water heater, so we talked about that for a short while. When the time comes, I will definitely be calling Cardinal Plumbing to replace that too. Five stars all around!!

I used Cardinal Plumbing to repair shoddy plumbing work I had done before by a different company and am extremely happy with their service. I'm definitely using them for my future plumbing needs. Scheduling was simple and easy, over the phone. I was able to speak to a person rather than leaving messages and she scheduled my appointment with a two hour window, which is great. The day of the appointment they sent a reminder via e-mail, which included a name and photo of the plumber assigned to my job, Daniel T. He was right on time, on the early side of the window they provided. Daniel was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. He inspected the problem and confidently explained what needed to be done. I was impressed enough to ask about another plumbing issue I had and we added it to the job. He got to work and quickly completed both jobs. He showed me what he had done and the quality was heads and shoulders over past plumbers. Their prices are straight forward, they have an app with standard pricing which includes a discount for addon (i.e. more than one on the same visit) jobs. Home repairs are never fun, but this was a great experience, the price was reasonable and this is my go to plumbing company from now on.

What had happened, is that I came home from going to a doctor’s appointment and water was shooting out all over my townhouse front wall and the shutters. I had to turn the water off inside the house. The lever on the outside would not shut it off. They did a good job with putting a faucet into my basement. It went very well! I am not sure of the outdoor faucet. I didn’t use the outdoor faucet, which I have a hose connected to. A couple weeks later when I tried to turn it on, it was just spraying every which way. So, I don’t know if that was completely fixed or not. They replaced a hose bib on the outside faucet out front. It worked when he was here, and then when I tried to use it again and connected the hose, the water seemed to be spraying all around. But, I didn’t know if that was my hose connection or not.

The experience was good. In the end, the work done was just a clogged drain. It was a little more expensive than what I anticipated but they fixed the problem. I think they were too expensive for me. When I got the quote for the work, the big deal really didn't apply to it.
