Description of Work: They replaced the garbage disposal and also repaired 2 leaky toilets. At first they charge $550. When I called and expressed my concern about the high price, they give me a coupon (for Angie's List) member that reduced the price down to $400, which with I was totally satisfied.

Description of Work: Service requested was still under warranty. Two minor issues, both quickly resolved. Danny and his assistant are very professional and friendly. Danny noticed something in the garage that could become and issue and advised me on what I could do to avoid a problem. I discovered some new and unrelated water pipe issue a day or two later, so I'll be using them again real soon.

Description of Work: First, let me say that we only wrote this review because of a request from Angie's List. Clearly, Cardinal satisfies most customers, especially those using them via an Angie's List special. They tried to fix a toilet that was clogging easily and was also running. They decided the problem could be fixed with an adjustment and new flapper. Unfortunately, the flapper was a generic one which did not fit our toilet properly, and after they left, the toilet continued to run. We had already paid them $139 for the initial visit(about 25 minutes total) plus the new flapper, plus another $39 for a follow up visit (which we had to negotiate down because the added $78 return charge seemed unreasonable, given the toilet was still not fixed, though the clogging problem seemed improved). We then called another Angie's List plumber who put in a flapper which was manufactured by the company which made the toilet, and the toilet is fixed. The second plumber offered to come back free of charge if the problem wasn't resolved. In neither case did we take advantage of Angie's List deals but chose plumbers from Angie's List. The pluses were that Cardinal was very responsive and came back the very next day after the problem hadn't been resolved. Also, we didn't call them back a third time so they had no way of knowing that we continued to have a problem. Their plumbers were very careful and polite. We wish we could give them the highest rating but hopefully, our situation is an exception.

Description of Work: Cardinal did resolve/fix two different plumbing problems. They did an excellent job and one of the fixes saved me in the long run since it had to do with an outdoor sump pump.

Description of Work: Bought their coupon to unclog a sink drain. Guy showed up on time, put on his paper booties and went to work. Got it done, did a great job, made sure he really got the pipe opened. And there was no sales pitch to do other work. Great!

Description of Work: Went fine -- from what I recall, the posting was a bit misleading, as it didn't specify it was only good for one toilet repair, but otherwise they did a thorough inspection and pointed out some useful things for us.

Description of Work: They unclogged a drain that had been clogged for the previous 5 years. They were professional, showed up on time, and I would not to hesitate to use them again for any plumbing project. They are a new company and hope that they continue to grow.

Description of Work: I needed to fix my water heater. I found out about this deal from angies list. Nikolai, the owner, came to my house to provide the service. He seemed very professional and knew what he was doing. As soon as he came in, he covered his shoes with a plastic cover so that my house does not become dirty with his shoes. I would definitely hire him again in the future.
