They suck. They are awful and they took advantage of us. I feel that they are crooks. We are still under contract with them. I would not use them again if it was up to me. They basically robbed us. They don't come at the specified amount for the snow removal and then they come too many times and then they charge us. They come back even though we say we don't want them back and then they charge. I think it is blatant stealing.

He did not get back to me with an estimate on the day he said he would. So I tried calling him; he did not pick up the phone or returned my call. One day, I did manage to get him on the phone; He apologized for not returning my calls, but he promised to send me an estimate the next day via email. The next day came and went with no email from him. For the next several days, I sent him an email, left him a voice mail, sent a text, and tried calling with no success in reaching him. Since the day he came by the house, it has been about 3-4 weeks. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely beautiful work! The owner, Greg, works alongside his crew to ensure that all work is performed properly. We were called the day before their arrival to confirm the date and time. The work was performed efficiently, thoroughly and quickly.

They did a great job and I couldn't be happier, contacting them was easy. It came within the week that I called to do the lawn part and a little bit longer to do the shrubs but it was perfectly reasonable and the rates were good.

Our yard is very shaded, abuts woodland, and is therefore very challenging, but Cardinal has consistently done a terrific job in making it beautiful and easy to care for. Their suggestions have been imaginative and well-founded in landscaping knowledge. Greg Lofton is very personable, knowledgeable and reliable. Our townhouse cluster has used Cardinal for many years.
