Very well. The team was extremely professional.

I called Campbell Moving as they are a local hometown company with a good reputation amongst those whom I know in this area. I asked if they could load all my belongings into a truck and securely store them for 3 days while all the work was done. They stated that they could do this, I gave them the dates, and a couple of their men showed up at the agreed upon time to start work. They were able to get everything wrapped up in pads and packed into a truck within a few hours. The carpet installers ended up finishing their work earlier than estimated as they didn't have to move anything out of the way. As it was still early afternoon, I called Campbell's to see if they would be able to move me back in a day earlier than expected, and as their men had also finished up a moving job earlier than expected, Mr. Campbell said yes and his men showed up about 4 pm to move me back in. Everything went very smoothly, damage-free, and without problems. I would recommend them, and, will use them again if the occasion arises.

The process was very easy as far as booking, and the crew was great on the day of packing AND on the moving day. They arrived on time, and made it a very pleasant experience. If I could given A+, I would. THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT SO EASY!

BUYER BEWARE!! Unprofessional company; they sometimes use "day laborer" packers (which they did on our job). Told we would see the same people from packing& moving and never saw the same person twice. Items that were fragile were not wrapped at all (glass items) and arrived broken. Sent movers to North Georgia to unload us that were all over the age of 55 years old. Storage was $600 per month and they forgot to charge my credit card for the several months and then decided to charge me $1700 all at one time. Look elsewhere for other moving companies. They charge you a lot of money and you get horrible service!!!!

They were excellent! They were very professional and efficient. They wrapped every single piece of furniture to protect them and everything arrived at the new house without a scratch!!!

It went great! Roberto and crew were a pleasure to work with. They were pleasant and professional for the entire move. They didn't complain when we changed our minds about placement of furniture, when they had to move the same piece 2 or 3 times. It was a hot day, but the guys worked non-stop the entire time. Without qualification, I would highly recommend Campbell Moving.

I was just moving from one apartment in my community to a larger one. After getting estimates from several providers (national and local), I felt best about Campbell for their combination of the quality feeling I got from their service contacts, being a local family-owned business, and having highly competitive prices. Campbell was actually my best estimate, and the final price was at the bottom of the range I was quoted. The truck and team of three movers showed up exactly on time, were incredible efficient, seemed very careful, were highly courteous, and very kind. That Campbell provided the wardrobe boxes the day of was perfect. So far, I've unpacked the better part of two bedrooms and part of the kitchen. I've seen the sum total of one broken light bulb (which was honestly a lamp I confess I didn't pack well). No other damage has been found anyplace. I will update this if I find anything while unpacking, but having seen how the guys worked, I don't expect to find anything wrong. I would highly recommend Campbell to friends or family without any reservations.

The best and most amazing moving experience in the past 12 years (8 moves during this time). Both crews were highly efficient, they worked hard, and moved with a sense of urgency. The speed they worked was the fastest I have seen - it was obvious they were working hard. Of special note was the second crew... it was obvious these guys liked working together... they laughed and were jovial throughout - such a pleasure to hire someone who were a joy to work with. They were very attentive and patient with where we wanted to put various pieces of furniture even when temperatures spiked up to the 90's. Our next move (unplanned at this point) will hands down be with this company.

BEST MOVE EXPERIENCE EVER. They showed up on time, and the guys were mighty men! Unbelievably strong and careful. They filled the 42' truck, but there was still stuff left.... SO, 2 days later, I had them send out another truck. 36' this time. They didn't get to fill it, but simply ran out of time. A different set of VERY HARD WORKERS. AWESOME. The care they took was wonderful. NOTHING was broken, scratched, dented, etc in either move. I just wish I'd gotten them to come back for the 3rd time, as the movers I had come in today were awful... But this group is TOP NOTCH. VERY fair price, courteous, and they get the job DONE.

We moved from our home to a temporary rental house that was a half hour's drive away. We had packed everything ourselves, and had taken everything fragile to the new location ourselves, before moving day, because we had had things broken in previous moves. We were told that Campbell would arrive between 8:30 and 9 am (we have that in an email), but they showed up at 7:30. Not a major problem, but it could have been very inconvenient. The four guys were very nice and friendly, and remained so throughout the day. They had brought two trucks, one parked in our driveway and one up on the street. They emptied our basement first, then the second floor. At one point, we looked out and saw our wardrobe boxes laying on the driveway. Despite being marked with "this end up" arrows, some were on their sides and one was completely upside-down. At that point, though, we couldn't see any damage to the boxes. When they were finished with loading the trucks and were ready to leave for the new location, my husband asked if they would be stopping for lunch. He was told no, they weren't allowed to do that, but that my husband should stop and buy them lunch. Oh, and no Subway! With the very first thing they brought into the house, they scratched the low ceiling over the stairwell. Not a major scratch, but perhaps an indication of their disregard for property. As we began to take stock of what we had, we realized that we had several wardrobe boxes with caved-in sides, and the box holding my husband's stereo equipment had also been smashed, along with several other boxes. So far, we have found nothing broken, but that seems to be by luck rather than the care taken by Campbell. We have made several cross-country moves, and never have we seen damage like that to the boxes. The cost of the move was higher than the estimate we were given, but to be fair, the four guys did work continuously except for a short lunch break to eat the food my husband bought them, so perhaps the estimate just wasn't accurate. We will definitely NOT be using Campbell for our long-distance move later this year, and would never recommend them to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They were on time, professional and worked their tails off. When I got the bill, they actually finished an hour earlier than they quoted me and they actually charged me LESS than they quoted. AMAZING!!!!

We selected Campbell for our move for two reasons: 1) they seemed knowledgeable and professional when they came out to provide a quote, and 2) because they offered the lowest price when compared to two other vendors. The move was completed on 4/1. Campbell met or exceeded our expectations with every aspect of the job. They arrived on time to start and brought the number of movers and trucks that were agreed to during the quote. The number one thing that stood out was the work ethic of the team. They started very quickly and never slowed down over the course of a 12 hour move. We offered them some lunch at one point and they barely even took a break to eat. Throughout the day they were polite and professional. They asked questions to make sure they were meeting our expectations. They also did a great job of breaking down, prepping, and labeling our furniture to ensure it was all in good condition and made it to the right spot in the new house. They completed the move without damaging any of our items or either of the houses. The final price for the service came in at exactly what was quoted. Based on our experience, I would definitely use Campbell again and would recommend them to anyone.

Campbell Moving & Storage were absolutely outstanding! From the first phone contact to the final box was unloaded at my new home....Campbell provided superb service. They came to the house to initially discuss the move and see just how much furniture and boxes were to be moved. The estimate was right on! There were no hidden costs, etc. The movers showed up on time; placed padding and rug runners throughout the house; and were extremely careful not to ding, scratch, nick, etc the walls, stairs, floors or furniture. They arrived at the new house in Potomac Falls at the same time I did and proceeded to walk the new house; lay out padding and runners to prevent any move-in damage. These guys were awesome; they did a fantastic job and nothing was damaged or nicked. This is my 14th move (prior military) and these folks are in the top 1%.

This was the first time in my life that I have paid a moving company in my over 60 years, choosing instead to make moves myself with the assistance of friends. From start to finish, I realize that I made the right decision. The process began with a walk-through by Bill Campbell's assistant, Mary Nicholson, in Delaware to determine pricing. I was kept informed every step of the way and was very pleased with the crew sent from Sterling. Roberto was the crew leader and he and his colleagues have obviously worked together before, as they seemed to anticipate next actions without a lot of conversation. They were professional in every aspect, and able to handle some very heavy pieces of furniture down 3 flights of stairs without a dent or a scratch. A great deal of care was displayed with all of our items and everything arrived intact with no issues after spending the night at their storage lot in Sterling, VA. Above all, the crew was very personable and efficient. Bill Campbell called me several times during the course of the move to check on my satisfaction. The price was exactly as agreed upon. Needless to reiterate, I am a VERY satisfied customer. Thank you, Campbell Moving!

We were very pleased with the service.

The staff at Campbell Movers are all Amazing!!! They treated every single object (including furniture) like it was fine china! I watched them pack up my worldly belongings with speed and efficiency. When I called for delivery - Paul worked with me to schedule a doable date for delivery. The driver called the evening before, and arrived right on time the next morning. The unloading was non-stop. I sat and pointed... but I was worn out just watching them work!!! A good, hard working group both loading up and unloading my possessions. It took them 3 hours & 26 minutes to empty the truck. Wow!!! I am so pleased that I put my trust in the hands of Campbell Movers! I can't say enough good things about this company and the staff that work there!

We provided our own boxes and packed ourselves for the most part. The rate quoted was a flat rate (not by weight) of $5,800, but on moving day Campbell's packed up a few things that were too large or fragile for us to do, bumping up the cost to $6,300 which was fair for what they did. Only a slight hitch on moving day as the truck was too small. Not a problem as another truck arrived promptly. Shipment arrived as promised 7 days later with a stellar Campbell's crew doing the unloading. Thanks Campbell's!

Overall the move went well, and the men were professional. Unfortunately, I saw them damage my cherry headboard when they were moving the rails. They also damaged the cherry wardrobe. Not major damage, but gashes that I would like repaired. I have been in contact with them several times over the last few months via email and phone, and have yet to get resolution on this. I sent pictures of damage, and I have an estimate for repair. They promised me they were taking care of this the last time I contacted them, but that was about 2 months ago and I haven't heard anything from them since. If it wasn't for lack of reimbursement for the repairs, they would've gotten A's from me.

It went well. The guys were courteous and quick, and did everything I asked.

Campbell did an excellent job with our move this summer. There was no damage to either the house we were moving out of or the house we moved into, and there was no damage to any of our furniture or belongings. The movers were easy to work with, and deserve extra praise for their work considering that our move was done in a downpour. The one issue was that our estimate (in terms of number of hours) was well below what the move actually took, but they split the difference with us, so overall a very positive experience.
