This is the second time we have used Campbell's - and it will not be the last. From the time you call them they are extremely nice and professional, and they are spot on when they do an estimate for you. Once again our final price was EXACTLY what they told us it would be up front. No surprises. Packers were on time and were very careful, movers were on time and very careful. They worked their tails off and no damage to our things. I have already recommended them to others - you always get a super polite, responsive company, and the price is always fair.

I spent close to $1900. They were very efficient. I would recommend them.

I've moved 15 times in the past 30 years. This moving company was exceptional - professional, careful, punctual and really a pleasure to deal with. The price I paid was very close to the estimated price (under it) and they made this move as easy as a move can be. I will be moving several things to a second home and will decidedly hire Campbell to move again.

they were fast and carefull everything was padded nothing was broke these guys hustled . it was all done in 8 hours . they arrived on time with two trucks .there were five guys . the only problem I had was the price .it was not what I was quoted . it over by 125. I survived another move. we will use them in our next move. this is the second time we moved with them.

Probably great movers - IF you can get them to call you back and move you. The initial consultation went very well, and they gave us an estimate that was well below other companies (partially due to their flat-rate packing), with the stipulation that they would simply add our belongings onto another move heading that direction. This would save both us and them money, which sounded great. However, this is where things went downhill. We called several times over the next few weeks to try and ascertain whether or not they had been able to secure another move to the Ohio area to which our belongings could be attached. We asked repeatedly what our costs would be if they were NOT able to secure another move. Not only could we not get an answer to this question, we could not get anyone, including our original estimator Wayne, to call us back. After trying to get a hold of Wayne a few times, Dan said that he would take over and be our man. Unfortunately, Dan had no authority to tell us the status of our move or whether they could do it, as Wayne is apparently in charge of inter-state moves or dispatching. Thus every time we talked to Dan, we were told that he had to talk to Wayne, who never provided an answer or called us. In the end, we felt like we were really getting the run around and that no one in the Campbells office was committed to our business or keeping us informed. We ended up going with another company who actually bothered to communicate with us. When we called Campbells to relay this information, they did not attempt to win back our business in any way. What a waste of time.

I had a decent quote from them and I was happy. They showed up on time and they were professional. They moved our stuff with no damage and they were very flexible. They stored some stuff for two nights for us and delivered it. I would use them again.

They were really efficient. I would use them again because they are very good movers.

We had 2 trucks and 5 men and they arrived a little early, took a tour of the house and then got to work loading the trucks. It was raining lightly that morning and they laid down heavy duty protection on all of our carpeted stairs to protect them. They worked very quickly and our entire town home was loaded up in approximately 3 hours. We then drove to our storage units and they were loaded up in about an hourl. Unloading at our new home went quickly as well and everything was unloaded in about 3 hours.The entire job took just as long as Wayne had estimated which was good as we were essentially paying by the hour. None of our items were damaged-there was only a small amount of damage to some drywall when they were moving a large, heavy dresser up our stairs. The men were very skilled at moving large, awkward items. The drywall repair is covered by Campbell and they will be reimbursing me for the repair. There was one other issue of concern that was addressed by Wayne to our complete satisfaction. There is always a potential for problems to occur whenever you hire someone to perform a service for you, so the integrity and reputation of a company matters. Campbell Moving can be trusted to do the right thing if a problem comes up and to us, that means a lot.

They were great! The men who came to pack and load the truck were courteous, fast, and did not slow down even though they were going up and down a flight of stairs. They packed my precious paintings and moved my antique armoire and chest of drawers without damage. I was very happy with their services. They're honest, showed up on time, delivered on time out of state, and made my move as stress free as any move could possibly have been. I appreciate their service so much. There were no hidden fees. I would recommend them to anyone!

Matt and Wayne were a pleasure to work with. I found them on Angie's List based on all the positive reviews, and referred them to my Clients who were getting frustrated at their current choices they received quotes from. They were feeling like they were getting scammed from the other companies and after she called Campbell, she was very pleased with the estimate and scheduled the Move. She was a little nervous because they didn't have her sign anything about the estimate like the other companies. I reached out to Matt and he explained why. After, I discussed with her the move and she said the guys ran a tad late, but they gave her a curtesy call to let her know due to traffic. Stated the guys were great and even laid down floor coverings to prevent damage. They were highly satisfied and I am trilled they had a great experience. They did an excellent job, were accomidating, and we were extremely happy with the service.

This company is as good as the reviews. Movers were terrific and went up and down a three story staircase easily. Great attitude, very efficient and every suggestion they made for furniture placement was terrific. We used another company a few years ago and there was no comparison. These guys were terrific. Got it done in 1/2 the time. We had our house packed by Campbell the day before the move and they were done in 5 hours and I have a lot of fragile items All in all it was under the estimate and very well done

It wasn't a good experience. They didn't apply the Angie's discount, and there was a miscommunication between the estimator and the lead mover. I had to pay the full amount, and they called the estimator to get the right amount. They damaged my walls, and came out to repair the walls. However, they used the wrong paint so I had to get someone else to repaint. It was a multiple week long affair. They did give me a credit for what I had to pay out for the repaint.

Great, this is the second time I've used Campbell Moving in the past two years. Bill (the owner) and staff are very professional and always show up on time. Best part is you get a 3 man crew so things move quicker... Movers did a good job and was careful of our walls & possessions

They moved it so fast it was incredible. If I ever had to move a piano again I would definitely use them again.

They were at the house when they said they would be and were ready to start work. VERY Professional. Went out of their way to go the extra mile. I would use them again - I highly recommend them.

Before the move, Andy came by a gave an estimate. I had already had several estimates, and I let him know as much. He told me several questions to ask the other movers in order to ensure that I was able to fairly compare the movers. One of the most important things he told me was to find out if they offered "not to exceed" pricing. This was the key. When I asked the other movers about this, they would not give me not to exceed pricing. Movers USA said they would but after several communications, they never sent me a not to exceed quote in writing. In addition, Campbell offered replacement value insurance for our things, and the other places either didn't offer this or the cost was so high that it made the move too expensive. In the end, Campbell even price matched the other moving companies on top of my Angie's List discount. THey also guranteed set up. This tipped the scales and made me completely comfortable with them. On the day of the move, the crew showed up just a little late, but true to their word, they stayed until the very end of the move to both locations. THe only thing that I didn't like was the the foreman told me twice that he needed to charge me more than what the move costed in the quote. He told me that his crew wouldn't get paid at all because the move was going to take longer than expected and because he had brought an extra guy along (I expected 6 people and they brought 7 people). I felt really pressured by the foreman and that's why I gave a "B" on professionalism rather than an "A." I called Andy about this (on a Saturday morning), and he was readily available. He assured me that the move would stay within the quote he gave me. He also gave me the name of someone on call who I could contact if there were any other issues. After the move we couldn't find 3 items. I called Campbell MOving. The first time I spoke with Andy, and the second time my husband spoke with Dan. In both cases, they assured us that we could take as long as we needed to look for the items in storage and at the house because they were sure the items were there. They both said that if we couldn't find the items, they would replace them. I month after the move, we were able to look through all the boxes and confirm that all the items were there. Campbell was absolutely great to work with and had a very nice and honest management team. The movers were nice and worked their hearts out for us. They really made our move a lot easier. Professional crew showed up on time and worked hard...did a great job. Only complaint was poor internal communication/billing issues. I received a bill each time I interacted with the crew (pick up and delivery), but I had already agreed upon a single firm ahead of time. The issue was resolved without me having to intervene.

Two other bidders gave us significantly higher bids and their bid presentations were almost impossible to understand. Campbell's was clear and low. We were impressed.

In each case, Campbell showed up on time, completed the move quicker than I had anticipated, and performed professionally. Everything ended up where I wanted it without damage to either the moved furniture or the house.

No damage, and they were timely. They were very polite and it was a good experience. It only took them a couple of hours to do. They had a 3 hour minimum charge.

It went very well. The showed up at the time they said. They wrapped everything professionally so that is nothing was broken or damaged in the move. They unloaded and rearranged furniture as needed. Very nice. I would strongly recommend them. They were very respectful to my parents too.

Campbell was scheduled to come give an estimate for a long-distance move. Unfortunately, 45 minutes after they were supposed to arrive I called and no one seemed to have an explanation about why they had not contacted me about the late arrival/apparent cancellation. They blamed the weather, but with no phone call to me it's hard to give them the benefit of the doubt. It was clear that there was no one on the way to give the estimate (it's not like they were stuck in traffic but were en route). Can't use them if this is the level of coordination for the estimate.

They did a good job. The price was right, they were efficient and on time.
