We got several bids for a basic wood and wire mesh fence for the perimeter of our back yard. Builders Fence was very prompt and responsive in coming out and providing a detailed bid, including all steps required for permitting and installation. Their price was fair. We put off the work because of COVID, and when I came back months later, they honored the price they had quoted earlier, even though the market for their work had improved. All communications were clear and timely. The crew was professional, courteous and careful with my garden. The fence looks great. Highly recommend.

The whole experience dealing with Builder's Fence was very good. They were quick to respond to our initial inquiry (which was unusual when trying to get contractors in 2020). The team did great work. What really stood out is that after the first day of installation we realized there was a misunderstanding on our part about one specification that was going to require undoing some work to correct. We reached out via text and email after 6 pm and got a response and they agreed to handle the rework free of cost. I would definitely hire them again (actually, our neighbor hired them that day).

Jarrod (sales rep) was great to work with from the start. Little bit of a backlog with Covid, but had our fence put up last week. Guys we’re great and worked quickly. However, they measured our property line incorrectly and one side needed to be redone. Jarrod was awesome when it came to getting it fixed ASAP. He made sure they were out the next morning getting it corrected and it was not a big deal at all. However, Ronal the Production Manager Who does the scheduling nearly ruined our whole experience. He could use some lessons in customer service and basically told me “he would get to me when he could” when I made it clear we needed this fixed ASAP because of other yard services we had coming in immediately after Builders. Jarrod was the rockstar in all of this and I would absolutely work with them again even considering our little hiccup.

Builders Fence did a great job start to finish. Dave came out and did the measurements and got the proposal to as the same evening. Pricing was competitive. Lead time to start the work was a little long but they were up front about that. Becky was helpful when I emailed her for updates on start time. The team completed the work in one day and left a tidy jobsite. The fence matches an existing fence perfectly. Our dog Atlas loves her new yard - well done, Builders!

After receiving several quotes from other companies, I was really impressed with the professionalism that Scott had in providing me with some great ideas. He was super awesome in accommodating my needs with trying to keep a creeper out of my yard and came up with a great solution for the fence. He is an excellent communicator, always kept me in the loop and really stands up to his products. This project was a challenge--a junk-filled neighbor's yard and invasive bushes tangled through my post and rail fence. Scott advised me throughout the project and I now have a beautiful vinyl privacy fence. Scott and the crew were great to work with. Thanks Scott!

Our neighbor was putting up a new fence and had received a few quotes. He chose Builders Fence Company and had his fence installed 1st. I called them and spoke to Jarrod and he came out to measure and quoted us quickly. It was going to be 2 day job for our removal and new fence. His crew was polite, courteous and worked very hard. Builders Fence Co did an outstanding job. They were prompt for appointments and did the work professionally. Experienced a slight problem with materials, but they worked with us and completed the job as quickly as they could.

We contracted Builder’s Fence to put in our cedar board-on-board, Monticello fence in the backyard after getting quotes from several other companies, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Jarred met us for the estimate (he was early - when does *that* ever happen?), and gave a straight forward, honest recommendation. Hugo and his team did the installation. Both were very professional and responsive. We were especially impressed with the care Hugo and his team demonstrated on the job: when trimming a support post, Hugo accidentally nicked one of the adjacent boards. It was just a small cut, but instead of ignoring it, he promptly replaced the *entire* board. This probably sounds like it would be the standard response, but I assure you many contractors would have just left it. We will definitely use Builder’s again for any future projects!

Entire job went very well. Jarrod Dorozynski provided an estimate that was very competitive on price. He was very flexible on accommodating changes and suggesting additional features. Work was scheduled and performed even sooner than we expected. The crew was on time and very hard working. They completed the entire fence in one day. Workmanship was excellent and exceeded our expectations.

Chuck came out a few days after our initial call and gave us the cost of the fence in writing within 24 hours. We gave them our desired timeline and they exceeded expectations by installing the fence 1 day earlier. We plan to use them again for a future project on our property. Two years ago I had a great experience using Builders Fence to install a split rail fence with wire screening — primarily to keep our dog contained in our yard. Fast forward to today, still happy with the fence, however I now have a new puppy that unfortunately is small enough that she can slip through the slates in the gates. I contacted Dave to see if he could help - my research online and trips to home improvement stores only resulted in finding a 50’ roll which is way more than I needed. He came through and generously offered enough wire screening so that I can address my issue. I am so glad I went with Builders for my fence. Highly recommend!

Excellent work. They were prompt, and very easy to work with. Their estimate was spot on and very reasonable. We had one tiny issue, after we had paid them in full, and they came out the very next day to resolve it. Highly recommend!

Had my 25 year old estate fence replaced with a picket fence and it went extremely well. I mentioned to my next door neighbor that I was replacing my fence and she ended up getting part of her fence replaced also. They did both fences at the same time over two days. Wilbur and his partner were very efficient, skilled, neat, and respectful. Jarrod, our salesman, was good too. The company offered financing through Synchrony Bank. Won't be needing another fence anytime soon, but highly recommend.

Beautiful result. Jarrod was very responsive, patient and beyond flexible as we worked-out our design and layout around the property line. He was an outstanding advisor during the entire process on all levels, including the property line scenarios. Builders provided a wide variety of design and materials options. We made a few last minute change orders that sort of disrupted the project and both Jarrod and the install team were completely supportive. I was amazed with the quality and speed of the installation. They completed our half acre lot in a full day, to include cleanup. I would highly recommend Builders as a high quality fence company.
