We had a very good experience with Builders Fence Company. Our fence work was a bit complicated and Mark was very knowledgeable and hands-on with land surveying which is very important for installation and he helped design the fence layout that was optimal. He came many times to help with design and he always answered all my questions. Not only did he come quote the job and discussed everything thoroughly with me, he also came on the actual install job with the crew to make sure everything goes smoothly. I also like the office and the manager David who assured me of everything as well during waiting period. This company has the professionalism I expect in contractors. And not to forget the finished work met all of our expectations. It definitely increased our home’s curb appeal. I highly recommend Builders Fence Company and working with Mark.

The entire process with Builder’s Fence was very smooth. They were very responsive on the phone and scheduled someone from sales to come out quickly. Mark was the person I worked with the choose my fence and take measurements. He worked with me on options and gave me a way to save some money, which I really appreciated. They had a lot of customers so my install was scheduled for the end of September, but I ended up getting it installed early when there were cancellations. The final product looks amazing- I can’t stop walking outside to look at it! I had a few other quotes from other vendors which I felt were very overpriced. I got an excellent and gorgeous fence for a very reasonable price.

From start to finish Mark Stoner answered all my questions and made sure the install went smoothly. Him and the 3 guys that installed the fence did amazing job. I would definitely use them again.

Dave was awesome and easy to work with. Price was high but lumber is expensive these days. Crew was incredible. We’re very happy!

Man, where to begin...I've been struggling how to write this as it is my third and final review of Builders Fence Co. I cannot overstate how much I DO NOT recommend this company. They installed our fence wrong to begin with because they were lazy measuring property lines. To then get reimbursed properly for damages/my efforts to fix the yard (we had irrigation coming to be installed the next day which depended on the fence being correct), and then to get it properly fixed (the warping/settling was extreme due to them flexing/moving the fence originally) was absolutely ridiculous. It got to the point I felt the need to threaten legal action and even then they did not send enough supplies out to fix it properly because they're worried about the bottom line too much instead of good customer service (I will buy the remaining few boards needed and replace myself before I paint it...I'm done working with them). I have come to the conclusion they do not listen or care about the customer's needs (I told them multiple times in writing to let me know when they were coming to fix the fence and that they couldn't work on my property without me there...never got a notification or phone call. They would just show up. I had to then reschedule some of my personal jobs last minute to deal with the fence). I have dealt with many employees in the company (Sales, the Scheduling/Production Manager, the men working on my property actually doing the work, and the President of the company) to get to my recommendation/opinion. The only person I was impressed with during my experience was Miguel, the man who actually fixed it in the end. He was literally the only one who I felt cared about making it right for me and my wife. After he left at 8 PM after working his butt off all afternoon (this man deserves a raise!), my wife and I sat at our kitchen table with pits in our stomachs over the whole experience. Out of all our decisions on our house this was the only one we have come to regret. Please keep in mind, I've heard others have a great experience with these guys, so take this review with a grain of salt. I am very impressed with Builders Fence who I hired to replace a wooden privacy fence around my property. Keith initially contacted me and provided an estimate with work commencing a few weeks later. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time (early even) and finished by the end of the day as promised. Keith and the crew were very responsive and adapted to a change in plans on the fly. We decided to go with a slightly tighter spacing of the vertical fence slats and the team quickly put in a change order and acquired the additional material within an hour. I would highly recommend Builders Fence for any similar needs. They provide a quality product/service and are very customer focused. Keith was a genuine pleasure to work with.

I don’t usually write reviews but than again it’s been long time since I was impressed by a service. Usually I pay and after get disappointed by terrible service or quality of work. Builders Fence delivered and I wanted to give praise. I had 3 companies come up and give quote, builders fence by far had best price. I also have pool and I wanted to have smooth side of the fence on the inside but since pool Code needed to be followed other two companies told me that can not be done. But this guys had simple solution that will allow to be up to the code and still have smooth side on the inside by raising second bar. Very impressed by their knowledge. Let’s talk about crew. They arrived right on dot at 8am and by 5pm they have completed work. Fast, efficient, hardworking. Everything beautifully done, no flaws at all and that usually never happens. AAA service as well as great customer service by answering your questions and inquiries. Highly recommended!!!

Initially, there was an administrative issue that stalled the start date of the project. However, once the issue was brought to their attention, they quickly stepped up to resolve the issue. I was pleased with the response. The workers arrived on time and preformed the work as expected. They listened to, addressed, and heeded any concerns I had as they worked. They demonstrated diligence, and integrity. They finished within the timeframe they had allotted for their work. The final product was everything I expected. I highly recommend them for fence installation. I hope that I have an opportunity in the future to use them again.

Workers arrived early the day of replacement. They quickly performed their jobs and left leaving an attractive new fence that appears to be both expertly constructed and durable.

Their estimate was competitive and the salesman made sure to ask all correct questions and give a timeline once give the go-ahead. The salesman recommended surveyor use and kind of survey required and do not require a full survey with a plot diagram, which saved money. The survey completed and the company notified. The work started about 2 weeks later. The start date was pushed back one day because of rain. The installer walked with me to make sure they understood the fence install location and recommend minor adjustments due to trees in the way. The installation of the fence was completed in one day with very good workmanship. During the installation of the fence, they cut the Verizon FIOS line while digging post holes; but quickly notify us of the problem and notify their company, which is paying for the repair. The Verizon company was able to replace the cable with temporary cable and us back up running with 4 hours. The staff was very friendly and professional. This company was recommended by friends and coworkers. We also recommend the company.

Amazing! I was beyond impressed with the people and the work. My fence is gorgeous and the hand built gate is beyond my expectations! I will never use another fence company again. Their pricing was amazing for the work as well.

I had not used Builders Fence before but picked them base on their reputation for quality and cost. I am happy with the result. The work was done on schedule and well. The work was mostly done in one afternoon and finished up the next morning.

We are very pleased with our new vinyl fence. Scott came out and discussed what we were looking for to replace our old fence. He provided estimates for the two potential layouts we were contemplating in a timely manner. The installation crew was very professional and removed the old fence and installed the new one in about 8 hours. We recently had a small issue with one of the gates and they sent someone to quickly fix it. Have already recommended them to others.

The crew was very professional and did great work. Scheduling office provided notice a few days in advance of when work would begin, though the crew arrived early and took an extra half-day to complete the work. I would definitely use Builder's Fence again and strongly recommend them to others.

Very professional, top grade quality, and very good customer service. One error of misunderstanding and they fixed it right away without hesitation.

The installation went great, we even had a critical program where there was some miscommunication oh how big the gap should be at the bottom of the fence, the gap issue was noted by me when the guys were nearly half way done. They apologized, fixed it and started all over again to be sure it met the standards and requirements that were agreed upon, they were very professional and handled it right away. They were great, and had me re check to make sure I was satisfied. I would hire them again in a heart beat, because of how they handled themselves.

Outstanding job by Builders Fence Co. The installers were prompted (6:45 AM), fast (finished after lunch), professional, perfectionists, and accommodating. They carefully reviewed where I wanted everything installed, built a perfectly straight fence line, and policed all trash and extra dirt (from the post holes) when done. On side of my yard has a wide, river rock drainage ditch. They carefully removed a small amount of stone to install the posts on that side, then replaced the stones afterward. I don't give them 5 starts without justification. Well done.

Crew arrived a little early. Fence was installed quickly and professionally.

I was told waiting time was 4-5 weeks and materials came in in less than 2 weeks. The 2 hour installation was professionally done. Scott was very knowledgeable about current prices and suggested we go cedar, since pre treated wood was getting expensive and took much longer to get. Cedar was only $500 more. We are pleased with the choice and the installation. Neighbors love it and our next door neighbor thinking about getting the same type of fence from Builder’s Fence.

Great! Our old fence was not a privacy fence at all and we wanted to replace it with a new, privacy fence same location and same height. The price was good and they were able to get us on the schedule sooner than expected. It only took a few hours that day to tear down the old fence and put up the new fence. The workers did not need anything from me during the processes and the quality was amazing once finished!

The entire process was easy Scott was great at giving me all the information I needed. I have an end unit townhouse. Other companies said 8-10 weeks before they would come out and the prices were way above what I was expecting. Builders Fence came out within 4 weeks, were professional and did everything as I was told would be. The guys were very nice and respectful when I had some questions. They were very clean and left everything perfect. I didn’t have to clean up anything. I highly recommend this company especially because they were better fit financially with their prices and great work.
