Unfortunately I stopped the process because I am pursuing the drivers insurance agency. However once I am ready I would definitely utilize their services.

Description of Work: installed a residential aluminum fence with two gates.very professional sales and support staff. Excellent fence installation.only disappointment is the professionalism of the installation crew, but the end result was outstanding.

Description of Work: They installed a six foot fence around our back yard. They completed the job in one day. It was built by hand and looks great, they also cleaned up after themselves. The only thing that I did not like is that they charged the balance of our contract to the credit card number we provided. I would have preferred to be billed and decide how to make the final payment.

Description of Work: Installed two sections of cedar fence. This installation was in addition to the 160ft of cedar fence we had installed in Feb14. Both installations were via Home Depot (HD was not very proactive throughout the process and I found their install website/application to be worthless). I dealt directly with the company and had good interactions with their representative. | |First experience was very pleasant and positive. Installers showed up on time and after I walked them through the location, they got right to work. Installation went smoothly and there was minimal disruption to the surrounding yard (its construction so I expect some but was pleasantly suprised at the minimal amount of "damage" to surrounding areas. Job site was well cleaned before they left. Second installation proceeded the same as the first - no issues. They showed up on time, installed the fence sections exactly where and how I wanted and left after a good clean-up. When arranging the first and second installations (the "sales call"), I pretty much knew what I wanted and the salesman listened well and captured everything I wanted without error. Only less than positive part of the experience was having to follow-up with Home Depot/Builders Fence to determine when the installation was scheduled. I expected to wait (in this case it was four weeks) for the company to get the materials and schedule the install but I also expected a phone call somewhere along the line to let me know the status. This was the part where the Home Depot website was particularly worthless - status never changed throughout the process until it was completed. | |All around, this was a positive experience and I highly recommend this company.
