The fence project was stress free. After receiving multiple quotes, Builders Fence quoted the best price. We liked the professionalism, expertise and camaraderie that Keith Richards provided, he answered all our questions promptly either by a phone call or by email. The installation of the fence took one day. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently until the work was completed. They cleaned up after the job was completed. We are extremely happy with the fence.

I highly recommend Builders Fence as the entire experience was accommodating, informative, and went exactly as planned. I worked with JK Barber to identify what type of fence I wanted. JK provided so much helpful information and always had great recommendations on things I would have never thought of. The build team they sent were dynamic and hard working and built me entire fence in a day and a half.

We obtained 6 different estimates, meeting with representatives and discussing our project. Jarrod Dorozynski with Builders Fence Co listened, made excellent suggestions, provided a fair estimate and worked patiently with us as we went through the approval process with our HOA. We made several minor changes to the contract along the way and Jarrod remained patient understanding. Once the work began, which was completed in one day, Jarrod came onsite and ensured overall understanding of what was needed and where. The team, led by Randy, did an amazing job with our fence project and completed it exactly as expected. We highly recommend Builders Fence Co! Also found out that they do decks, so we’ll be calling them back when we’re ready for that project.

In September 2021, I had a fence installed in addition to having a combination deck / screened in porch added to my home by Builders Fence. The crew was very dependable and displayed a high level of skill and workmanship. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Pretty large fence was completed in a day which was impressive. Job was completed in super humid early July, so some of the pickets warped, but they were replaced right away with no fuss.

I guess it was a popular project so it was scheduled several weeks out but the crew was extremely professional and courteous. They completed my 286 foot back yard fence in a single day! Kevin was very responsive even after the fence was put up to help with maintenance questions.

These guys are fantastic, I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a fence that is super high quality for the right price. They removed my split rail fence and installed a new fence all in the same day. Heck you could even tell we had a fence there before...

We worked with Keith Richards to come up with the best design and location for a wooden fence around our property. Our lot has many trees and the property line went right through some of the trees. Keith provided excellent design guidance and we are delighted with the finished product. We were very impressed with the installers/builders. They worked all day, from morning until night, to finish the project. There was one bump in the road. The installers plans did not include a finish board on the fence that we had expected. A quick phone call to Keith cleared the way for the installers to include the finish board. We were very pleased with the entire project - working with Builders Fence Company, Keith, and the installers. Builders Fence Company provided an excellent quality fence at a good value. We would highly recommend them.

From beginning to end, everything went flawlessly. JK was really responsive and knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions and concerns. They completed all of the work in one day.

We are very pleased with the fence installed by Builders Fence. Our house is situated at an unusual angle on a corner lot with a natural area in back, so three straight fence lines was not going to meet our needs. Our consultant, Mark Stoner, was very patient as we worked through HOA vagaries and our own changing ideas! He willingly visited our home several times to offer sound advice but ultimately left the final decisions to us. When the HOA eventually approved the design, we were scheduled for installation within a week! Other companies told us that the clock would not start on our project until all approvals were in hand, but Mark promised we would be in the queue “pending approvals,” and he made good on that commitment. The installation crew was professional and proficient. The foreman made some tweaks on-site based on experience that made our fence look and function even better. They cleaned up everything as they left so the yard was ready for immediate enjoyment. To top this off, Builders Fence was actually the lowest quote we received, though we opted to use the company based on their BBB rating, good reviews, and Mark’s willingness to give honest advice while balancing our needs. The end result looks better than I envisioned.

BuildersFence installed about 266 feet 6'H Vinyl Privacy fence in the backyard. I chose this company because of all the positive reviews online. However, the result is disappointing. Although the fence panel looks like from appearance, I am concerning the stability of the fence post. Good: Crew finished work on time and efficient. Fence panel looks good and Overall fence looks good. Bad: Discrepancy specification between contract and installed product; Questionable installation method Bad customer service. The installation quality is sub-standard and questionable. First, The company did not follow fence panel maker's installation guide to set post on gravel. Second, Not all the posts had same amount of dry pack cement, a few post holes had approx. 90%-100% cement filled, but majority of posts only had about 20%-30% of hole filled with concrete. The owner was very annoyed and impatient with all my detailed installation questions and whether or not if all posts had received adequate dry pack cement. A few back and forth emails exchange and one-time service manager out makes him think "we have gone above and beyond what is 'normal' in coming out". Suggestion: Do your research thoroughly. Make sure you ask all the detailed question and write everything down on the contract. The longevity of sturdiness should be as important as the beautiful appearance. I would like my fence posts stay solid in the ground for more than just one year.

Our townhome community hired Builders Fence to replace a 23-year-old wooden fence with a new vinyl fence. We would highly recommend them. We talked with several companies and there was no comparison with Builders Fence. Scott came out to survey our property and give us a quote. His professionalism, recommendations, follow up and prompt response to all our questions was tops. The installation crew also did a great job. They arrived early, worked non-stop and did a good clean up job.

Fence is wonderful. Exactly as it was advertised. Work crew very considerate and thorough. Cleaned up the area very well. Fence is beautiful. I recommend a little better communication before the crew prunes bushes.
