Jarrod came out for the initial estimation. With Angie's List discount, their price beat two other local companies by a few hundred dollars. The quality of the fence is great and we are pleased with the entire process.

Start to finish the experience was excellent. Jarrod was very prompt with responding to questions and making sure everything was the way we wanted it even up until a few days before installation started. The demo/installation team showed up and finished a two day job in one day and cleaned up after themselves as to not leave a mess afterwards. Fence itself is made of what looks like quality materials that will withstand elements for years to come with proper treatments of course. Gate hardware is smooth and all the gates open easily. The actual gate latch took me a few minutes to figure out how to lock so my kids won't escape but afterwards I like the style, the little kids won't be strong enough to open for a while. Overall, excellent experience and if/when I need a new fence I will call them again. Thanks again Jarrod and your team!!

Great experience from start to finish. Jarrod was a pleasure to work with, was up front, courteous, and very responsive. Price beat the competition (and included thicker gage metal for wire mesh) and Jarrod gave us great advice on where to put the fence line and how to keep length of existing fence.

They were very good. It was a great price and great service. They were very prompt. There was a very low wait time. I was very happy. They had great customer service and attention to detail. They were the best price around. We shopped around at three different fencing companies, and they were the most affordable. They gave a good warranty on their product. It was not just the price, it was the warranty on the work.

They were very prompt, the price was excellent, they were very easy to work with. It took them about two days to install the fence. They cleaned up after themselves. We are in the country, and they drove their truck out into my drain field. They should maybe ask about that when servicing people in the country.

Jarrod reached out a land set up an appointment to survey the area and discuss options. He came ready with materials to show different options and was candid with his opinion on the best fit for our budget, yard, desires, etc. On install day his crew was prompt and swift yet thorough. Would use again in a heartbeat if needed and would recommend to all who are interested. The company is also very military-friendly.

Fantastic! Builders sales representative, Jared, was knowledgeable, responsive, engaged and patient with all my many questions. Even though we were happy with a previous supplier's fence replacement we chose Builders based on our interaction with Jared. Selling is only one element though. Now onto execution. All we can say is WOW! Melvin (pronounced Melbin) is a fantastic ambassador for Builders. His crew included two other guys and all three of them worked so hard. The finished product could not be better. They cleaned up everything! You would never know work was done here - except for our gorgeous new fence. Highly recommend Jared, Melvin/team and Builders.

Scott stuck with me every step of the way. He guided me through the entire process including dealing with my Homeowners Association. I can't say enough about the incredible service I received. During installation, I needed my grill put back on my deck. It had nothing at all to do with the fence installation. The installers were more than willing to put it up. It was nothing for them but meant so much to me. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the transaction. Thanks again Scott Ruete!!!! I will recommend you over and over again!!!

Outstanding service from my salesperson Jarrod Dorozynski and his hardworking crew. He responded quickly to my request for a quote, was pleasant & professional and answered all of my questions. I asked him to quote it multiple ways and he did. He explained the different grades of fencing and did not try to talk me up to the higher priced options. I'm very pleased with the product I chose with his help. It looks substantial and was exactly what I wanted. The crew put in a 12 hour day taking down my old fence and installing the new one. I had expected them to take 2 days and they did it in one. They left the site clean of debris. The fence is level and looks amazing. I would highly recommend Builders Fence as a very good value. I had another quote that was considerably higher.

Very well! The men came at about 8:15 am as promised and worked very hard in hot weather to finish by 6:30pm. They were very nice and professional and answered questions my husband had during the process. The fence looks great and we are getting compliments from the neighborhood!

Our first contact was with Jarrod. He's a no-nonsense guy but also very jovial and he knows the business well. Once we agreed to the price (which was competitively fair) we talked to the office and scheduled the work day. Since we were also coordinating with our neighbors, I felt the office was very accommodating to our requested day for work. The 3-man crew showed up on time at 9am, and worked from 9am-8:30pm in 95+ degree humid horrible heat. I felt so sorry for them, but they were champs. They even had to return the next day to finish up. They were awesome. I had a few modified requests to our contract, and they worked with me and even exceeded my expectations. We also had some unforeseen problems with my landscape, but they were able to overcome these issues too. At the end of the day, they cleaned up well (there was some debris - easily swept up - and some nails in the driveway from our old fence). They used nail guns so the crew's nails weren't the culprits (we just had a very old rotted fence that nails were falling out of). Overall, Jarrod and Crew were great and we'd hire them again. Thanks guys!!

Scott was great to work with. Very patient, not pushy at all. They had by far the best price and the fence was completed all in one day and looks great.

Overall great fence for the price. I guess not everything that I discussed with the guy who gave me the quote ended up in the contract, so I didn't get exactly what I wanted, but it was good enough for the price. The people who came to do the fence didn't know exactly what was in the contract either, so I'm happy I was at home. Was picking cigarette butts up all over the yard for a few days after which wasn't very nice. Overall still happy with the fence because no one else could beat the price. I just wish that the company would send someone to 'oversee' while the fence is being built, preferably the person who talked about the design/ quote in the first place.

Builders Fence did a fantastic job on the privacy fence around my backyard. They were punctual, efficient, and thorough. They also cleaned up the yard after the job was completed so it was spotless. Scott Ruete was very responsive and helpful answering my questions with the estimate and the job. And William was a great foreman during the work. Wonderful customer service - I highly recommend Builders Fence.

The cedar fence was completed by a very capable installation crew. A small section was missing but true to their word, it was finished the next day. We appreciate their hard work, professionalism and cleanliness of the backyard after the job was finished.

This fencing company was excellent. The price was very, very competitive and the quality is excellent. Jarrod, in particular, was top notch and was initially the reason I went with this company. After the price quote came in, it sealed the deal. Highly, highly recommend this company.

I've noticed several poor reviews, specifically a few that complained about being talked down to as a woman. I should have taken those reviews more seriously. I first dealt with Chuck who was nice enough but didn't seem to know all of the requirements for installing a fence. First I was told a permit wasn't needed then a permit was needed, which would of course change the cost. Next the survey I provided was sufficient then they needed different documentation and then back to the survey was sufficient. After several emails and a week later I was contacted by Dave Swisher who was nothing but rude and condescending. While on the phone he continually interrupted me and at my home he was extremely flippant. I got the feeling that he thought he could bully me by talking over me because I was a woman. He spoke to me as though I was stupid because I didn't understand the intricacies of the process of having a fence installed........I thought that's why I hired this company to begin with. When I questioned him regarding his attitude he told me that I was taking his comments the wrong way yet he made no attempt to ensure that I was understanding them the "right way". When Mr. Swisher came to my house to locate the property pins he informed me that he couldn't find them so I would have to hire another company to come out and decipher the property lines for him. When I expressed that I was unhappy about another setback and another cost increase he told be that I was being hostile. It has been five weeks since I first contacted this company and I have been given conflicting information, treated poorly, and will now be looking for another fencing company (even though Mr. Swisher informed that I would not be able to find any other fence company to install my fence).
