Very well - Our main point of contact was Chuck who estimated the job for us. We were very happy with the end result. The only glitch (and the only reason I rated a B on quality) was that some of the posts from the previous chain link fence were cut above the ground and were sharp and exposed (we have a dog). I had wanted those posts removed completely, but I don't think that got communicated to the workers. They were highly responsive and came right out to deal with it to our satisfaction. The product was an ActiveYards black aluminum fence and we are very pleased with the quality of the product.

They didn't reply to my inquiries, I didn't hire them

I requested a quote through AL. After a few days with no response, I emailed to check of they were interested in the work. They responded by asking for my phone number and then never called and never provided a quote.

The salesman arrived on time and provided needed estimate with options. The price quote was reasonable. He was honest about estimated install time due to their backlog of work. Two fence installers showed up on the install day. They were very professional and accurate with fence layout. They also asked my opinion on a couple of details to make sure I would be happy with the install. The final product looks great and generate numerous positive comments from neighbors.

They were very efficient and fence looks great. Company was easy to deal with.

Picture Perfect. The quality is the kind found in dreams. Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness could not have been better. I'm very happy with the result, and that's a rare thing for me to say about home improvement projects. This company deserves a "well done".!

Dave came out and took down all the information. He was professional and listened to my concerns about the aging posts, and he marked all the post that needed to be replaced. The price was reasonable, so we scheduled the work for the following week . The 2 men who showed up were on time and went right to work. They were finished about 2-3 hours later and my fence was strong once again!

I met with the project manager Dave Swisher a few times to evaluate my personal situation and tricky things i needed to contend with. Dave gave me some pointers as my old fence was already over the property line and i had an existing structure that needed to be altered to bring the fence in. On the day of the construction, a team of 4 came and built the fence. I have already received a lot of compliments on the fence from the neighbords

Don't do business with this unprofessional company. They waste your time and are completely unresponsive. I spoke to the company representative on 4/9/18 about my need for a fence repair. I was asked to send some pictures. I sent them pictures on 4/11. I didn't hear anything from them for over a week so I reached out again on 4/19. They responded that day with a temporary quote and request to set up an appt. I was specifically told by their rep that I had to be home for the inspection so we arranged an appointment for 4/30. On that day, their representative came out the house, never rang the doorbell, took a look at the fence and left. I did not have to be home but they made me miss work. After 2 days, I still had not seen an updated quote so I contacted them on 5/2. At that time, I received a quote via email. I immediately responded that I accepted the quote and wanted to schedule the work. They never responded. I contacted them again on 5/8...still no response. I contacted them again on 5/11. This time they told me they need to send me a formal proposal and then they would schedule me for the work in another 4-5 weeks!?!? And, by the way, it would take a few days before they sent the proposal! Remarkable unprofessionalism and a complete waste of time. I could have been working with a reputable quality firm instead of wasting my time waiting on them to respond.

I got 2 six foot privacy fences in 2 areas of my yard. Thumbs up in all respects to Jarrod for doing such a great job on both. I would recommend them.

The representative from Builders came out to take a look at the proposed job and promised to send me an estimate either by day's end or no later than the next day. Never received the estimate and, in fact, was left with the impression that my job was not one in which Builders was interested. The representative did not even take the time to measure or even look at the existing fencing to determine what was needed. If my job was not the type of work performed by Builders Fence, I wish I had been told that up front so my time was not wasted. I decided to have the work performed by another fencing company.

My neighbor and I replaced our fences together and are very pleased with the work and final product. Jarrod was very professional, informative and punctual. He keep me informed of the scheduling process, either via emails or text messages. The crew that installed the fence were hard working and efficient during the installation of the fence. I would highly recommend Builders Fence.

We hired Builder's Fence to put up a fence in our backyard and take down an old chain link fence. Scott came by to give us an estimate, and pointed out some things to consider that other companies did not. He got us the estimate and plan quickly, and explained how what he was offering was different from other estimates we received (notably, higher quality lumber). Scheduling the job was also easy, and when the crew's truck broke down the day of our job, Builder's Fence found a crew to come on Sunday so we didn't have to wait another week for the job to be completed. The fence looks great and we are very happy with the result. The only small issue we had was that the crew was not updated on all of the details of the job when they arrived, but we were able to work it out and they finished in only a couple of hours.

Extremely happy with Builder's Fence. Crew was efficient and put the fence up in one day. Dave was easy to communicate with and price was fair.

Excellent experience. The biggest issue was waiting for a clear day. All work was completed in one day and I could not be happier. My neighbors all comment on how nice the fence is. I had a wooden fence installed around three sides of my property with two gates. I had a fence before that was falling apart, all the old fencing was removed and new posts and fencing was installed.

Very well but not perfect. Pieces of the small sections of the old fence were left in the yard. They forgot to order the doors so an extra trip was needed. If I had a dog, it would have been an issue but it wasn't.

We were very impressed with the team at Builders Fence. They made the experience stress free and easy. After fence installation the property was immaculate and the job was done perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This was a terrific experience. Jarrod came to my house to give me an estimate. He was prompt and professional and saved me from myself on a couple of my ideas. The price was very competitive. I did my due diligence, and when I was ready they sent me a contract to sign and I paid my deposit and was quickly scheduled. The installation crew, was prompt, courteous and very easy to work with. I hadn't completely cleared the fence line and they told me they could take care of trimming back some branches. They checked with me for any decisions (gate swing, hinge location ...) and worked quickly. At the end of the job they thoroughly cleaned the job site, made sure I was happy and were on their way, even taking the branches they had trimmed back. I was a happy customer!

Scott and his team were fantastic! They were totally professional, and made the permit process painless. They were responsive to my questions, provided a very reasonable price compared to other quotes I received, and were easy to work with. I am also very happy that they were able to complete the project within 1 day! I am 100% satisfied with the end result, and would recommend them to anyone in need of a fence or fence repairs.

Builder's Fence Company provided great service, expert installation, and best price. They were on time and met all appointments, were very professional, had the best warranty, and most complete job scope, bid, and technical data on materials and installation. Their team installed 680 linear feet of fence in less than seven hours. The installation team was hard-working, professional and ensured the job site was safe during the install and did an excellent cleaned up upon job completion. The installers hauled the damaged parts of the old fence and the remaining fence materials were recycled. I strongly recommend them and would use them again.

Chuck Miller and the team at Builders Fence Company did an excellent professional job from the initial estimate of the fence to the final execution of the fence installation. My wife and I chose a 6 foot pine privacy fence and Builders price was very reasonable. The turnaround from the time the agreement was signed to the fence being installed was less than 3 weeks. The quality of the fence material and craftsmanship of the installation is excellent. The fence was installed in one day and the old fence was hulled away. The work site upon completion was clean and tidy. Thanks to Chuck and Builders Fence team for making the experience of buying a new fence painless.

Builders Fence did an incredibly job from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with whether the office personnel or sales person or crew were polite and professional. Our salesperson, Jarrod, was particularly impressive. He was very patient with us and offered some great solutions. He truly cared about our project and making sure it was a success. He did a great job of helping us balance short term spending with long term value. The crew did a great job with the actual project. Not only were they efficient with their time but they went the extra step and did the small things right that many contractors overlook. For example, they refilled the holes from the posts of our old fence. They did a thorough job of cleaning up when they were finished. This was the first contractor I have had in this area that I did not find random nails or trash laying on the ground after the project was done. I would highly recommend Builders Fence for any fence project.

This experience exceeded my expectations and I love my new fence. Jarrod, my salesperson, was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He took the time to teach me about the entire process, explaining the importance of a utilities survey and also gave me a quick tutorial on how to discern quality materials...and that was BEFORE I selected his company. I have to admit, I was skeptical when I got my quote, especially when I compared it with the estimates I got from two other companies. However, Jarrod delivered on his promise; I was able to get a beautiful cedar fence for the price I would have paid for a pressure washed one elsewhere. I saved hundreds of dollars going with Builder's fence. On installation day, the crew was prompt, courteous, and very skilled. I was amazed at the speed of the progress and, in the end, I had the fence Jarrod promised. I'm very pleased with my experience and will recommend anyone to go with Builder's fence...they deliver.
