Company replied quickly and sent inspector promptly. Hunter Bowie was knowledgeable and helpful. Price estimate was timely and very competitive. Job was scheduled to meet our requirements. We were kept informed of all weather-related impacts on schedule. Crew showed up on time, worked very quickly, and did exactly what we wanted. We are very satisfied with this company.

Working with Jarrod and his crew was truly a pleasure. I requested several quotes from various companies and his was competitive, even with the nationwide companies. The fence was installed to our specifications in a timely manner. The job took two day, and the crew cleaned up nicely after themselves each day. After the job was complete, I walked the fence to check the quality of the work, and it was beautiful work. I found only one minor issue--a tiny one--with a couple boards that didn't catch the frame for some reason, and Jarrod sent a team member the following day to remedy it. I do no hesitate in recommending this company, and Jarrod's team in particular, for your project.

I ended up going with a different company, but I got a quote from here. The price was competitive and the guy was punctual and friendly. He answered all my questions and the quote was easy to understand.

Very well. My neighbor and I were have fence work done at the same time. Out first estimate was from a general contractor recommended by our Homeowners Association manager. Price seemed very high and proposal was poorly written, creating doubt about what we were get. Estimator from Builders Fence, on the other hand, seemed very knowledgeable, proposal was very specific in describing exactly what would be put in and cost was half the general contractor's quote. We went into the queue for scheduling. Builders Fence called on a Friday and said they would come Wednesday. They arrived early and worked nonstop. All of the fence was built on site and beautifully done exactly as specified. Clean up was thorough. I asked ahead of time if there would be damage to plants. They said they would try to be careful but some damage would be inevitable to plants along the fence line. Damage wasn't that bad and was mostly to resilient plants that will come back.

Builder’s Fence did a fantastic job! I live in an end unit townhome. Part of my old fence fell down due to wind damage and I was getting estimates on a repair. I also was getting estimates on an extension. Jarrod came out (was on time), measured and the next day emailed me a bid, which also included the replacement of the entire fence. The price to replace the fence was so good compared to the other estimates, I thought this was one of those too-good-to-be-true type of deals. I decided to go with Builder’s Fence. I was not sorry. A few weeks later, Darbin and the rest of the crew came out and got to work. They were all very friendly and worked very efficiently. It took all day, but when they left all the trash was cleaned up, they took away the old fence, no loose nails were left on the ground and I had a beautiful new fence. It went well. They did it in one day and when I needed a part altered, they came out and fixed is very quickly.

Builders Fence just finished installing our privacy fence. They did an outstanding job from quote to finish. Hunter, arrived on time following the scheduling and took his time discussing options. This included removing some small trees and our old fence. Once we decided to hire Buiders Fence, Hunter continued to be a great partner as did the service staff who assisted with the installation scheduling. Well done.

I wanted to give this place an A, I really did. The estimator, Chuck, was kind and knowledgeable and able to help me make decisions on things like gate size. He even "dealt with" me being super sick that day. I was not fun to be around that's for sure. Scheduling the work was easy too. No issues with that. The actual fence and gate work wonderfully, they did a good job. Now to get in to why they get a B and not an A. I don't blame the company. I think they use subcontractors for the work and the subcontractors were less than stellar. First I was told they would arrive at around 0830 and I would need to be there to sign paperwork. I heard their truck pull up at 0830 and waited for the knock at the door. I waited, and waited, then I heard my gate start to be torn apart. Good thing I already had my dogs in the house or that could have been problematic. So I stepped outside and greeted them and asked about the paperwork. They said there was no paperwork. I asked why they didn't knock they said they thought no one was home. My car was in the driveway. So I moved my car so they could park in the driveway and more importantly, not scratch my car. When the work was done they did knock on my door to signal they are leaving. I glanced at my driveway, it was COVERED in mud. I asked why they didn't spray it off with their pressure hose. He simply gestured to look at him, also covered in mud, and that was that. They left. Later I let my dogs out and back in. They tracked in so much mud. I went outside and the area behind the gate looks like a pig pen, covered in mud. Now, it was a rainy day and they were digging, so dirt is the nature of the beast. However, whenever I've gotten work done before they at least put down straw/hay so the mud isn't just out there. None of that so I wound up going to Ace to buy my own barrel of straw for $10 to cover it up. So to wrap it up, the company is good, but I recommend they look into who their sub-contractors are.

Excellent job from estimate to finished work. Mr. Love, the estimator, was knowledgeable about surveying and boundaries, as well as product choices. The installation crew was polite, efficient, and clean. All staff we dealt with were timely and responsive. Builders’ bid was the lowest of the firms we contacted, but our choice was heavily influenced by their professionalism in assessing the work to be done.

Fabulous! I got a great wood fence to replace the old one, and we added gates. It looks great! The estimator showed up on time and answered all my questions, and stayed in touch as I was getting additional estimates (which generated even more questions). The crew showed up on time, and worked efficiently to complete the project in 1 day. I was very happy with the whole process.

Hunter Bowie was wonderful to work with. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had and made our process of installing the fence, a very easy one. The fence was installed in less than one day and I barely knew they were there. We are so happy with our fence and it looks wonderful. I would definitely recommend this company!

Very professional, neat and clean work.

Jarrod, Santos and crew arrived at scheduled time. Santos and I walked around the backyard to review the work to be done and confirmed the lot boundary lines. Crew then proceeded to remove the old fence and install the new fence. Installation and cleanup were completed about 5pm. Santos, my wife and I walked around the back yard to ensure installation was completed to our satisfaction. It was.

Jarrod and his install team did a great job installing our fence in our backyard. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. I will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors!

Overall, it went well. My only issue was scheduling. I contacted them to find out about scheduling. Rain was forecasted the day of the install. I expected to receive a cancellation call and reschedule date the night before or early am the day off. Unfortunately, I was called five minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time. Apologies were made and the job was immediately scheduled for the next day. I am a stickler with notice and scheduling. The crew arrived the next day and did one heck of job. I am very pleased with the fence and would hire this company in the future.

We are very happy with all aspects of our experience with Builder's Fence. Prior to installation, Jarrod was more than helpful and patient with our numerous questions. Installation was on time, professionally done. Crew was very friendly. We are still getting compliments from our neighbors on our new fence, but I think our dog loves it the most.!! Would absolutely recommend Builder's Fence and hire them again.

The crew showed up early and got right to work. When they had questions, they asked (for example, how to deal with a large tree limb, for which they had an excellent suggested solution) and didn't just make assumptions. They worked quickly, and professionally, finishing in a little less than 7 hours. The fence and the gates look great. They did everything exactly as asked and they used quality wood. I only gave the ratings a B because they were actually the higher of the three estimates I collected. However, the details provided in their estimate showed me you get what you pay for and a couple hundred extra dollars was worth if for the quality of the materials and workmanship.

Jerrod was prompt, personable and professional when he came to do the estimate. The job site was quite overgrown and I am sure presented many challenges throughout the project. The installers made helpful suggestions regarding possible changes that would need to be made. They suggested moving the fence line further inside the property line to prevent future water damage to the posts. The work was completed within the time frame they quoted.

Jarrod and his team were fantastic to work with. They were very prompt and kept me updated every step of the way and provided a fair price. They started and ended the project exactly when promised and I would absolutely hire them again.

We were very satisfied with the overall fence project. The workmanship was outstanding, Jarrod was very responsive and helpful, we love the fence every day. We did have a couple of things that needed to be changed and that was done very quickly and efficiently. I'd definitely use this company again.
