Replacement of garbage disposal

The PVC pipe had leaked and caused a section of the family room ceiling to fall in. The plumber came and repaired the leak and suggested I replace that piping with copper pipe. I had him return the following week to do that.

I got to know them because of a friend of a friend and they ended up doing an excellent job. They were clean, explained everything to me, and the price was better than fair. It was actually around $1000 below the other estimate I had received. I recommended them to my neighbor.

They were great. They came out on short notice and worked very quickly to fix the problem. They were professional and friendly and the whole thing was very easy to handle and very organized. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs a good, reliable, honest plumber.

This is a company that I have used that I have been very happy with. I think they did a nice job with the work on my tub and shower as they are sealed very well. I think they charged me a very fair price for the work they did.

The quality of the work they did was great. The unit runs efficiently and is quite. The price on the other hand was not so good. I guess I would use them again but I would do some comparison shopping first.

Very happy with the experience. Doug arrived to perform an estimate of the work. Performed the front hose bid work that day, explained the pros and cons of replacement spigots and frost-free spigots, the pricing differences, and let me make a choice without pressure. Took measurements for moving the rear bib and scheduled that work two days later before he left because he needed the proper length piping and to make sure he had sufficient time to do that part of the job. Due to our fault, we forgot to ask Doug to remove the old rear spigot. Very responsive in coming back within two days to take care of it so it would not be in the way of the new porch floor. Doug explained all the work he intended to do, why he did something in a certain way, and it was apparent he took pride in his work. Conscientious about cleaning up. Price estimates come from a plumbers book so you know up front what the cost of specific work is, and everything is itemized on the work order.

Everything went extremely well. Doug Hess, the technician, showed up on time, was extremely professional, polite, neat looking in his uniform and kept me informed throughout the entire job.

Technician arrived on time, quoted me the flat rate cost before starting and then cleaned the toilet drain with the snake. He then explained that the drain might not stay open (clog up again in short time) and if so he would recommend taking the toilet up and using a snake to clear the main drain line. If this was later necessary, then the $91.00 would go toward the cost of this more expensive operation.

The repair went well from beginning to end. The repairman was great to deal with. He called to keep me informed of when the parts would be delivered and when he could schedule the work. He showed up on time and was efficient in his work. Since I'm going to give this company an A overall I feel I should report that I felt the pricing was high. I'm not familiar with what HVAC repair companies charge but the installed blower motor was available to me for $75. on-line and it took a half hour to install. The total for that part of the job was $539.26. That looks to me to be about $800.00 and hour labor. Just seemed high to me but I could not compare other companies because they all wanted a fee (like Everett's did) to come out and give me an estimate.

The job that Doug did was fantastic. Each step of the way he described what he thought the issue was, what he was going to do to fix it and how much it was going to cost.

Doug Hess, the technician, did a terrific job cutting through the drywall in the basement family room to the outside stucco to install the spigot and cleaning up thoroughly afterwords. He carefully explained the benefits of this particular spigot - explained, didn't hard-sell us. He also told us what he could do for the inside faucets (which didn't leak when we showed him!) if we want him to in the future, but again didn't try to sell. He suggested we contact the manufacturers to request replacement parts or even new faucets under the warranties. He had all the equipment needed on his truck (unlike some plumbers, who have had to make two trips to get it done) and cleaned up perfectly after doing the work. He was very pleasant and informative. We will definitely use Everett's for future needs. They charge $64 for the house call, but apply that to any work done within 30 days. They also have a $15 coupon on their website.

When I called for an appointment, I was greeted professionally and an appointment was made within my time frame. The technician, Matt Bowman, arrived on time, completed the work and also answered a few unrelated questions in detail. He showed me some helpful things regarding my fireplaces. I was extremely impressed with Matt and look forward to using his Company again soon.

Andy showed up within the time frame given, examined the problem in my kitchen, gave me a price, and performed the work quietly and efficiently. Finished the work tested all the connections, left the work area immaculate, removed old parts, and presented me with a bill that was exactly what was quoted. Service and work performed were excellent.

Matt was great. He fixed the fireplace and showed us how to operate it and also what to do if other problems occur. He also went and checked our heating unit and fixed that as well. Turns out the two problems were minor but nothing we would have figured out. For $97, we had both of our problems fixed in a matter of 30 minutes.

The technician arrived on time and was very courteous and friendly. He looked at both problem areas and immediately told me how much it would cost to repair. I felt very comfortable with the technician and did not feel that the price quoted was inflated. He immediately went to work and had solved both problems within one hour. I was extremely pleased.

It went well. They accommodated my request to arrive a bit earlier. They replaced the fill valve quickly. I asked if they would cut off the protruding screws, from where toilet is mounted on floor, since I don't have a hacksaw. They did so. It was raining hard that day and they were careful not to track in mud which I appreciated.

They were on time and professional. They answered all our questions.

Technician showed up on time. He surveyed problem and, using a pricing book, quoted the job which I viewed as fair. Work performed to my complete satisfaction.

Plumber (Doug) was on time and professional. The service desk was exceptionally helpful and recommended that I try to get back in touch with the original plumbing company (who wasn't returning my phone calls) to correct the installation problems. She was sincerely concerned about the extra expenditure I would have to incur, and promised to notify me if the new sump pump was faulty (it wasn't). When I requested details on the problem, she and Doug called me to explain the problem with the original installation.

They were clean, professional, arrived early, and provided tips to prevent recurrence of plugged drains. They worked from a price book, much like a auto body shop.

They come with a check list. They're clean. They gives estimates on everything.

I called the company to secure an estimate for the work. The representative could not give me the estimate and said the plumber would need to visit. When the plumber (Doug) arrived, he quoted price before work began. Although company used a "plumber's book" to estimate work, I was unable to get that quote over the phone. The plumber was courteous and efficient. The plumber didn't anticipate that the water main copper pipe was too close to the concrete. He expected a quick cut and replace a new valve. However, he had to install extra fittings to pull the water line from the concrete wall. No additional charges for extra work.

Andy was on time, very pleasant and professional. Work was completed quickly. I will definitely use this company again.

I THINK THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THEY WERE RIGHT ON THE BALL. THEY EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO USE THE FURNACE. IT WORKS A LITTLE BETTER THAN GAS. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
