I called for an appointment on a Tuesday, and they were able to send someone on the following Thursday. He arrived exactly on time. He took the model number of the pump and said he would have to call me to let me know when a new pump could be gotten. He called about an hour after leaving, said the pump was in stock, and made an appointment to install it the next day. He arrived on time, installed the pump, fixed a broken valve between the pump and the septic system, and left the place looking better than when he arrived. The new pump works fine, and the repaired valve keeps water from flowing back into the pump and turning the pump on every several minutes. Things are better than when the old pump was working.

From the beginning this has been a pleasant experience. I emailed late one night and the next morning, a pleasant lady (unfortunately I don't remember her name), set up an appointment after my explanation of things that need to be done. My appointment was less than a week after calling. She said that Andy would be there between 10-12 and he showed up @10:40 which impressed me. He started with my heater-ac and showed me how to clean the filer. While I was cleaning the filter, he went on to the dryer and cleaned it out by taking it outside. He picked up all the lint and put it in the trashbag that I provided. He tested the dryer once the vent was reinstalled and it amazed me how much quieter it became. He then showed me how to put the filters together and where to reinstall on the furnance/ac. He then installed my new faucet and put in new water lines as it was obvious that it was the original faucet that's about 13 years old. During the whole time, he made sure I knew what the price would be so I wouldn't be upset at the end of the jobs. At the end when I paid the bill, he gathered any trash (like the old faucet) and took it with him. He gave me his business card and told me to call if I had any problems or questions.

The technician that came in was friendly. He was very professional and on time. They fixed things in a timely matter. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

It went very well. He was very helpful in giving instructions on maintenance, and he was very friendly to my wife. The price was a good value for the services.

Did repairs however after company left one of the toilets continued to leak. He came back and repaired it without charge.

Everything went very well. They were very efficient and they cleaned up very well after themselves. They were very pleasant people to have around the house. They showed up on time and had everything done in a relatively timely manner.

Removed existing double well kitchen sink. We had bought a new single well sink (22 x 32) and new faucet. They installed new sink and faucet, tested everything, and explained it all to us. The job was done smoothly and professionally, with no waste of time. Removed old parts and cleaned up. We are happy with the new sink, and the professionalism of the job done.

They did a great job. They were very responsive and came out on time as promised. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would use them again in the future. I have and will continue to recommend this company to others.

They were able to arrange a same day appointment, arrived right on time, and worked hard to fix the problem. It took a little over 3 hours to complete the job. Even though it took extra time, they charged exactly what was estimated before the job began. The technicians were professional, courteous, and left the area clean. They kept me informed of progress and answered all my questions.

Excellent experience! Doug showed up a few minutes early, went to work right away. He explained everything that needed to be done and exactly how much it would cost. He performed the work in about an hour, cleaned up and was on his way quickly. He was very courteous and professional.

We received an appt. very quickly, within hours of our call due to a canceled appt. Doug and Justin arrived right at 3 pm. They surveyed the 3 problems and told us what they could do/had to do, which was to correct a code violation where we wanted to have the new faucet installed. They discussed the cost of each repair before beginning work. The leak issue was estimated based on what the source of the problem was. They finished the work within 90 minutes, cleaned up and we are very happy with the results. If the leak had been a different problem the cost would have been considerably higher. We purchased the faucet replacement unit from Home Depot and saved about $100.00. At this writing the slow leak in the 3rd bathroom continues but with less frequency. We will call them on Monday. Everett's has a 30 day warranty on labor. Justin and Doug were very professional and courteous. We would use Everett's again.

Not too much to say except that the guy fixed everything quickly. He offered to show me how to snake the shower drain so I could do it myself next time. He also gave some excellent advice on winterizing the outdoor hose valves. And he didn't leave a mess behind.

I felt that a new water heater might fix the low water issue and they confirmed that it would especially because of the age of the existing water heater. I was very pleased with their promptness and professionalism. And, they cleaned up after them selves. Overall, I was very pleased and will use them again. I left a message on the weekend and they called first thing Monday morning with an appointment on Tuesday for which they were on time.

They were prompt professional and responsive. Their charge is based on a list on job costs, so they are never really stressed for time. I would use them again.

Doug Hess showed up on time in a company uniform. He was very professional about the visit. I had cut drywall access holes for inspection. He determined that the leak was originating at a faulty seal around a roof vent cap.

I called 3 different contractors; left messages with the others, but Everetts actually picked up. I was able to get an appointment for the following morning and was informed ahead of time about the $97 diagnostic fee, so I knew that there would be additional fees. No biggie. I was provided with an 8:30-10am window (my choice) and Andy arrived within that time frame. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and explained everything that he was doing (I watched as this was the first time I've had the fireplace serviced and never saw this process before.) He was finished in about 45 mins, maybe less. I felt that pricing was spot on and fully explained to me ahead of time (and as we went along). My dogs liked Andy a lot (which is a good sign.) I'm surprised with the other reviewers feedback complaining about price. Read the receipt and description of work done. It itemizes everything (my bill was half as much as the complaining reviewer.) I'd definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.

Work was performed OK but we were not happy about paying $320 for 30 minutes of service, no parts were replaced. I called the company after the technician left and was informed that this was the "book rate" for this type of service (including $97 "diagnostic fee," which we knew about in advance). This works out to an hourly rate of $660 for a plumber. It is ridiculous. Will not use them again.

Fine - Andy always does a thorough job. The owner of Everett's was raising her prices. One of the technicians left and opened his own company. Andy is working with the new company and that is where I now call when I need heating and plumbing work.

He only did what was needed, and didn't try to do additional work. Nearly all of the cost was for parts. He was pleasant and did his job.

Went well - he provided a firm price and proceeded to do everything as he said he would. Did a nice job. The scheduler was accommodating, as I had scheduled then canceled a previous appointment - then rescheduled at the time of the cancellation for this appointment. My spouse was very pleased as well.

Came when they said they would. Gave a fixed price before starting work. Technician (Doug Hess) was helpful and knowledgeable about what the problem was, how to fix it, what to expect in future. Work done in one and a half hours. No travel charge was made since work was proceeded with. Gave $15 discount based on Internet coupon.

Everett's came right on time, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate of 500 to pull out the toilet replace the pipe, reseal it, and then reset the toilet. After further investigation, Andy figured out that there was absolutely no seal holding together the pipes that join in the basement. He said he could pull out the bottom pipe & reseal it to the adjoining pipe for about half the initial estimate. The pipes were in a tight spot so he ended up having to cut the pipe to pull it out to apply the primer & seal, and he had to move part of the furnace vent. He did all that with no extra charge. In the meantime, he found that the valve in the toilet had to be replaced. He did that also for a price quoted upfront and he replaced the flapper, at no charge. He and his partner were very courteous, professional, and did a great job.
