They were able to quickly set up an appointment. They were here exactly when they said they would be. They gave me a two hour window instead of an eight hour one.

Everything went very smoothly from start (scheduling) to finish for all of the repairs. My toilet was running on but just noticeably so. I had purchased a repair kit, thinking that I would attempt a do-it-yourself repair but since I had two hose-bib problems anyway I decided to have a professional do it since I needed them to come out for the other repairs. I was given a 2-hour window for arrival of the plumber (Andy) and he arrived a few minutes early. He was very courteous and personable and neatly dressed. He assessed all of the problems and then let me know where he'd start. He explained the problem with the toilet and he used the fill-valve assembly that I bought; he just charged me for the supply line that he installed. He explained that it is a good practice to replace both if a new fill assembly is required. That job only took him about 1/2 an hour. He moved on to the hose bibs, which took longer because some cutting was involved. In all, he was at my home for about 90 minutes, including the time to write the invoice. He was professional in his work and he was kind enough to explain what he did, how he did it, and what I can expect---the one hose bib has a bad seat that will require a much more involved repair in a couple of years. I was not surprised and that was fine by me because I did not want to go that route just yet. This plumbing company uses a repair guide with standard pricing in it. Andy explained the pricing after he assessed the jobs but before he started any work. In all he was very neat, efficient, and knowledgeable---my image of a true professional.

This was my first time using Angie's List and I am very pleased. I noticed water leaking behind my washing machine on Sunday. I called Everett's Plumbing first thing Monday morning and Jackie came to fix my problem that same afternoon. He was very professional and pleasant. Price was fair. I will definitely use them again.

Very pleasing and simple experience

They were responsive, came out at a very short notice and did a nice job. They were professional and punctual, but their prices were on the higher side.

Initially, wanted the faucet replaced, but because the faucet was specially installed, a like replacement would result in creating an extraneous hole in the siding, which would have to be plugged up with sealant making for an ugly appearance. Rather than performing replacement, the technician, Doug Hess advised that he could refurbish the existing faucet thereby negating replacement. I agreed. The resulting job not only did the trick, but it also saved me money. Glad to see that this business is thinking of the customer.

It went very well. I was extremely pleased with the service. He was shown the problem, determined the part that needed to be replaced and fixed the problem.

They were able to schedule and complete the work in the same day. A little pricey considering everything was set up for them (drywall removed, old pipe cut out) but I am happy to have a working faucet now.

We've had one plumber come to fix the problem and another came last week and we haven't heard from him since. When I called Everett's Plumbing, they responded the next morning and I was told Jackie would come between 10 and noon. He showed up right on the dot at 10am. It only took him a little over an hour and a half to fix both bathrooms so I'm really happy the problems were taken care of very quickly.

EXCELLENT. Andy was on time, friendly and professional. He was able to quickly identify the issue, and how it needed to be resolved. He also explained everything to me and even explained the cause of some additional issues with our furnace. I will absolutely use Everett's for any other plumbing issue and for future heating/ac issues.

I had leaking pipe that developed while I was on vacation. They were able to come the next day, and performed the service that day which was great. I had been given an estimate of approx. $165 for removing the ceiling to expose the leak which I felt was fine. Thankfully the area cut out of the ceiling was exactly where the leaking pipe was located so he did a great job. A six inch area of PVC pipe was replaced and the total bill came to almost $500 which I felt was a lot given that the entire process took about 2 hours.

I called on Sunday. The company called back first thing Monday morning and was at my house in 45 minutes. The plumber was very prompt and efficient. He found and fixed the broken pipe quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism and customer service.

They were really professional, resonably price, they came out really quick. We called them ane they were there the next day.

Jackie accessed the problem and fixed a couple of small items while he was here. He advised we needed to do a little prep work before we could fix the problem. He was great, very professional and friendly. He was spot on the diagnosis of the problem.

The service reps appeared on schedule, reviewed the problems and applied the solution. I was happy with the results.

I called Everett's Plumbing on Thurs., 1/15 and requested a morning service call to have them look at 2 gas fireplaces that were not working properly. I was given an appt. for the next morning, 1/16, between 8 and 10, probably about 9 I was told. Andy showed up at 9:10 and was very polite and professional. He told me that the fireplaces needed to be taken apart and cleaned and it would cost about $200.00 each. I told him to go ahead and do the work as the fireplaces were not helping us in the condition they were in. He worked for about 2 1/2 hours and got the job done. He was very neat and cleaned up nicely when he was done. I have used Everett's in the past and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I liked the positive comments that they had on Angie's List. I gave them a call and found that the appointment making process to be easy. The plumber arrived on time and did the work quickly. It cost a lot less than I expected.

I called to get estimates on water heater prices and installation. I was told that they could get any Rheem or A.O. Smith water heater I wanted. I asked for the prices on three A.O. Smith models. He said he would get back to me, however, I never received a return call. Obviously they're still doing too well in this economy that service hasn't risen to a consumer-oriented level. I ended up going with Caffi Plumbing and am very glad I did so helpful, professional, and very quick.

Outstanding. Andy was extremely professional. Explained the differences between using Home Depot non-manufacturer product vs. manufacturer replacement.

Called Everett's Plumbing from Angie's List. Set up appointment for estimate the next day to replace a problem hot water heater. Everett's Doug Hess responded right on time for the estimate and set up work for the next day. Mr. Hess arrived right on time the next day with an assistant and all the necessary materials to complete the job. They were polite, organized and efficient in their work. It looks good and works as expected. I would hire Everett's Plumbing again again without question. The cost of the estimate visit ($64) was deducted from the overall price and a $50 coupon found on the web was also deducted from the total price.

He arrived on time. He explained to me that he had installed similar toilets.

I called Everett's in the morning and Doug came at 1:00 PM. He was on time, was professional and efficient, and made the requested repair and also looked at a toilet that was running and gave his opinion as to what needed to be done. He was responsive and explained the procedures and was an excellent technician.

I was pleased at first because they were prompt and they had a good price. Than I was not pleased because they put in a drip pan that leaked. I have not been able to contact them. I had them send me a plumber and the plumber did not know the code.

Our sink leaked every time we ran the dishwasher, so we called Everett's Plumbing. It was a problem with an improperly installed garbage disposal. The technician removed the old disposal and replaced it with a new one. I would certainly use this company again.
