They were much cheaper than others but they knew what they were doing. It was a total toilet and they covered the line because they had to assemble the entire controls of the toilets. They had never done such project but they came out and did the work. It's been working fine. They stuck to the price range that they quoted and completed the job in the time range they said they would. We reused them to install a couple of more toilets.

Andy came equipped with all the tools needed to do the job, if I chose to use their company. He did an estimate on the spot. The price was right, so I told him let's do it! He got right to work and continued to work without a break for 4 1/2 hours. He was very friendly and professional. The toilet and sink were installed perfectly and the area was completely clean when he was finished.

They showed up on time and performed the service on our humidifier promptly. The serviceman was competent and got right to source of the problem. The unit never did work since it was not wired into the furnace properly. However, we had a second problem which the serviceman obviously did not want to get involved in. The heat vent in our upstairs bathroom produces virtually no warm air and we wanted to either have it examined and fixed or a diagnosis given.The serviceman did not even go upstairs to look at the vent. And by his reaction it was obvious that he was not interested in helping to solve the problem. His suggestion was to talk to our neighbors about any solutions they may suggest from their past experience.

I called on 11/23/09 to schedule an appointment to have 2 fireplaces cleaned. The appt. was scheduled for the next day. The technician, Andy arrived on time and was very professional. He cleaned both fireplaces for the agreed upon price of $97.00 each. He was very neat and did a great job. I have used Everett's in the past and will continue to call then when needed.

I called the week of 12/14/09 to schedule to have a fireplace cleaned. I was told it could be done on 12/22/09 which worked well for me. The day before the scheduled appt., I noticed a flapper was bad in our guest bathroom. Being the holidays, I called Everett's to see if the technician could also replace the flapper. Andy, the technician arrived on time as as always was very professional. He cleaned the fireplace at the agreed upon price of $97.00 and replaced the flapper. I was very happy that he could take care of both repairs at the same time. I will continue to use Everett's when problems arise. Very professional and neat.

When we called on Sunday, a live person answered the phone! The pipe was not yet thawed so not leaking and we scheduled an appt for 10 - 12 on Monday morning. About 9:30 the pipe thawed and began to leak but we were able to shut off the water with a minimum of damage. Jackie from Everett's was at the door at 10 a.m. He quickly assessed the situation, figured out where to cut into the ceiling to leave the least damage and fixed the pipe. Throughout, he was courteous and professional and a great guy. He even suggested some things we could do to keep this from happening again. Definitely use this company!

The guys from Bowman showed up on time and were very polite and professional. They did a great job and I would use them again in the future.

For some unknown reason, the previous company had not installed all of the parts, so after Jackie from Everetts did some digging around, he informed us that is why the faucet was malfunctioning, and we would need to call the company and reorder the parts if we didn't still have them. When they arrived, Everetts did not recharge us for the second trip. It now works better than ever. He always came exactly when they said, they would, and were very professional. Would use again.

Great. I called and was scheduled for two days later (I was not available any sooner). The receptionist was kind and she informed me that "Doug" would be coming out between 10-12. Nice two hour window. He was here by 10:15 and was done with the work and my multitude of questions by 11 am. Everything was working well when we left. He also found a problem that I did not know was a problem when we were turning off the water at the main valve. There was a whooshing sound we always heard but had no idea what it was or if it was normal. Turns out it was the pressure reducing valve--which should not have been making that sound. Everett will need to return to replace that part--we just scheduled for tomorrow! Doug was professional and gave me advice on new toilets which I had been considering for some time. Prices seemed quite reasonable.

The technition from Everett's Plumbing arrived right on time at 1:00 and was ready to start work immediately. He did ask me questions about when the problem started and where the plumbing was clogged before starting the work. Doug was very thorough, checking the outside sewer pipe and cleaning that out with an auger machine. He also checked the drain pipes inside our condo and found that one of those was clogged as well. He cleaned that one out with a smaller auger machine and was very careful to use a shop-vac to pick up any water that spilled out. He also removed our toilet and then professionally re-installed it so that it would not leak in the future. This opened our drains and he flushed the pipes with water from the tubs and the toilets to make sure everything was cleared out. Doug also recommended that we replace both of our old 3.0 gallon toilets with new, high-efficiency toilets that would save us water and prevent back-ups in the future. This was very helpful as my wife and I were considering some renovations but did not know where to start. The total bill was $440.00, but he gave us $20.00 for the Angie's list coupon. This was several hundred dollars less that I was expecting, which was a big help since our budgets are very tight right now. I would definitely recommend Everett's plumbing based on their excellent quality of work, timeliness, and professionalism.

The representative showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. He was professional and very tidy, cleaning up as he went along and when he was finished. We were left with a hole in the ceiling he had to make to access the pipes, but that was a small price to pay and it has now been repaired. Maybe we were just lucky that our problem turned out to be fairly minor, but we feel very confident in how it was handled. Water leaking through your dining room ceiling doesn't seem minor at the time.

Quick response, friendly staff and plumber they sent gave me good advice about what kind of toilet to buy for an upcoming renovation.

Great! Andy came to the house in the first 30 minutes of the 2 hour window and did an initial walk-thru before getting to work. He explained everything being done and even advised me that I didn't need to buy the most expensive filters for the heat pump. Also provided advice on a DIY replacement for my showerhead (it's REALLY tall and I'm not so much). I especially liked that he had a binder that had all the parts, descriptions and prices. I will definitely be using Everette's again for the kitchen faucet replacement.

Within 2 business days of the technician's initial visit, the hot water heater and valve were installed. The crew came promptly at the scheduled time and completed the job well within the allotted time. They took precautions to protect our floors and left the workspace in a tidy manner. They were pleasant to deal with and I would not hesitate to call this company again.

They were very good. They guy was courteous, answered all of our questions and made a suggestion about what are the other things we could do in the future.

Excellent. We called at 8:45am & they were here at 10:00am (said between 10-12). Came in and quickly fixed the problem (10 min) and charged little ($67). Very nice guy.

Great experience. All staff very professional, friendly, and accommodating. I was given the estimate and decision to replace was absolutely no pressure. Gave me options about supplying necessary parts. Very accomodating about return visit which was arranged ofr 2 days later only because I was unavailable the following day.

I called on a Wednesday and had a plumber out the following Friday. The woman who answered the phone was professional and courteous. She told me there would be a $64 trip charge, but if the work was done in the same day (which it was) that would be waived (which it was). She then asked me to choose a 2-hour window from a couple of options (2 hours! Not 4, not 8...2!!). I chose 8-10am and Andy was at my house by 8:30am. He was very personable and professional. I showed him the shower and he proceeded to explain in detail what was causing the issue and how he would fix it. None of my questions went unanswered, and every time he answered it as if he had never heard the question before. He had a price book with him and I could plainly see what the cost would be for my type of faucet repair; he didn't pull a number out of thin air or hide the book in any way. He was done by 10am and did a good job of cleaning up the work area. His caulking was immaculate. My Angie's List coupon ($20 off of $150+ service) was honored without hesitation. As an aside, he also offered to increase the pressure in my house after he saw me light up when told about the pressure governor I had no idea existed. He did this free of charge, and even though he wasn't able to affect change (most likely due to the pressure entering the house provided by the County - aka, outside of his control) I still felt as if I was given more service than I bargained for.

Andy the plumber arrived on time. I explained the various jobs we had in the house. He did a walk through of the various jobs and then explained the steps he would take to fix the problems. He explained the costs associated with the services and how the billing would by handled. As Andy worked on the various issues in the house he found other issues that I was not aware of related to the previous plumbing jobs. He was attentive to details including removing the batteries from our smoke detector when he soldered the pipes so my 2 month old baby would not be woken up by the noise. I was very appreciative of the time he took to explain the issues. Everything was fixed in a short amount of time. He cleaned up after himself, reinstalled the smoke detector batteries, showed me all the steps he took to fix the problems and went through the final invoice. I would definitely call Everetts again and ask for Andy for any future repairs.

Air condition system was not blowing cold air. The service repair was prompt, professional and presented all options to me so I could make an informed decision. They even gave me good information on service that may be required in the future because of the age of the system. All work and repair was done for less than I expected

Technician showed up within an hour of the call, as scheduled. very professional and very helpful. He checked the sump pump and found it working properly. He also checked the outside drain because it had backed up and felt that it was flowing freely. I still had him snake the drain, even though he did not push it. After that he checked all of the drains in the house and found them flowing freely. he even took a look at a the water pressure in the kitchen sink. Plumber spent approximately 2 hours in the house and did nit try to sell me anything. He was polite and courteous and professional at all times.
