Bowman's team was extremely professional, taking the time to understand our desire to have as "clean" an install as possible, given the line's running through finished spaces. Job went precisely as estimator (Steve) said it would, with only one small hole cut into interior drywall ceiling, and one access hole cut into underside of window bay where line exited the house. Yellow gas line was covered in flex conduit where it ran outside, followed some tricky contours of house, all holes sealed with silicone. The team even allowed another contractor on site at the time to borrow one of its tools. All cuts made in ceiling and window bay were clean and straight, allowing the removed materials to be re-used with minimal fuss.

Everything was perfect! From the moment I called till the time the service was complete everything went extremeley smoothly. When I called, I spoke with Dana and she they told me someone would be at my house with an hour. I called at 9:30am and someone was there by 10:30am. She explained the cost process and told me that they would not perform work until I agreed. When Jackie came out, he diagnosed the issue and quickly fixed our problem. The cost was approximately $80 which was very reasonable. I was extremely pleased that they were so honest and responsive. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again if I need a plumber.

The plumber moved the lines to our satisfaction. Did what we wanted and expected., I would not hesitate to call them again.

Called in the morning around 8 am. Spoke to service rep telling them water heater stopped working after power outage. Said they would have someone at the house by 9 they arrived early at 845. Checked everything reset switch and confirmed everything else was in working order. Only charged for service call. Overall very polite and helpful. would use them again.

I called for an appointment, and was offered that day or the next. I chose the next day, and as promised, the plumber called prior to arriving during the expected two-hour window. He assessed the situation, gave me the quote for replacement of the shut-off valves, and I gave him the go-ahead. The work was quickly and neatly done. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism displayed. I'll definitely use Bowman's again in the future!

We called Bowman very late in the evening, around 11 PM and left a message. Dana called us first thing the next morning, and they had a plumber dispatched within 2 hours. Jackie arrived and was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem, offered options and we went with full replacement of the sump pump. His work was clean, neat and he went over what he did with me in the basement after the install. I'd use Bowman again in the future and would recommend them as well.

They were very good. They were very prompt and they came out within two hours of the call.

Reached the on-call plumber on Sunday of holiday weekend....turned out that I'd interrupted his fishing but I didn't know that at the time and he was very helpful and considerate of my emergency need. Described my problem and he provided very clear indication of the added expense for weekend service. When he said that he would not have a 40-gallon tank until the work week we quickly got to point that a larger capacity heater would work for me...I felt like I had to get us to that option, but this might just as likely have been his being considerate of my perhaps not wanting to spend more on the larger heater. Jackie showed up within an hour and finished the job inside of two hours. He and his partner gave me good instruction on the new pilot light controller and advised on annual maintenance (draining and refilling heater to remove sediment). I was really pleased with the service...particularly the speed with which they arrived and completed the work. Irony in all this is that I thought I was calling another service provider that had been recommended by family but dialed the wrong number from the phonebook. I'm pretty happy with the result and will continue to use Bowman's in the future.

Great experience. The company is now "Bowman's" but I had used in the past when it was Everett's and had a similarly good experience. Maybe the transition will only make it better yet! It was easy to make an appointment when I initially called. On the day of my appointment Jackie was prompt, polite, and able to explain everything that he had looked at and was going to do. He asked if we had any problems with water coming in (fortunately, we hadn't, but knew that a functioning sump pump would keep it that way). He told me know much it was going to cost. It sounded reasonable. He worked quickly to install the new sump pump that he had on his trunk and was able to knock off the "service call" charge of $80 since he was able to do the work right then. He checked that the sump pump was operating properly. When he was all finished, I asked him about two other plumbing problems I was having (a slow drain in a bathtub and a leaky outdoor spigot) and he even looked at those items to give me an idea of whether or not they could be repaired! Overall, Jackie was very patient and willing to go out of his way to help. He's very professional AND he makes you feel very comfortable having him work on your home -- he seems confident and backs it up with quality work. I will definitely use this company again and recommend to others. Thanks!

Bowman?s did a really good job overall! The workman offered helpful advice to cut costs, which was much appreciated. I?ve had this service done a few times and this was by far the best! The workman was very pleasant to talk to and worked efficiently. The cost was also very comparable when I received other quotes.

Tom arrived within 20 minutes of my call, which was good because we had a bad leak pouring water into downstairs kitchen (through a light fixture). He rapidly diagnosed the problem, which was a badly damaged seal to toilet tank. Also changed bolts which were badly rusted and corroded. He spent over an hour troubleshooting further issues, checked tub and other toilets for condition, and was very helpful on issues like mold damage due to the leak. I will certainly use them again!

Plumber was very professional and friendly. He showed up on time and took care of the problem for us with no issues. We will definitely use them again.

Terrific from beginning to end. Water pressure had dropped and we made call requesting service the Friday before a holiday weekend. We were scheduled for that same afternoon! Doug is fantastic! He thoroughly cleaned out our tankless hot water heater and advised us what might need to be done if that was not the solution. He then took a look at several other nagging plumbing problems and outlined actual work involved and costs for all. Doug is terrific as were the estimates. So much so that my husband, who INSISTS on doing everything himself, has agreed to let Doug handle the work. Nicer, more knowledgeable guy could not be found -- a credit to Everett's Plumbing!

I worked with this company before and while they were not my favorites, they were adequate. So, when my first choice plumber dropped from my project without any explanation, I turned to Everett. Over the phone, I scheduled a visit for an estimate on a gas line installation. I appreciated they gave me specific time, not some "window." The phone lady, Dana Bowman spent most of time informing me about the $80 estimate fee they charge and not enough time understanding my specific project. My husband re-arranged his work commitments to be home for the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from Dana 7 minutes before the scheduled appointment saying they can't come because that type of work required pulling a permit and that requires some other crew member who is not available till several days later. (Gee...I thought they were coming just for an estimate...does an estimate require a permit?) When I voiced dissatisfaction I was simply told "Everyone Makes Mistakes!" Bottom line, this company has no sense of customer relationship and does not value your patronage.

It was a DYI bathroom upgrade, with outsourced plumbing work to professional. I am very careful about my service providers and do a lot of research before I hire. There were several visits by the same plumber from Everett Plumbing (aka as Bowman) on this project. The plumber was professional and worked without wasted time. Althought I was upfront on all my plumbing plans for that bathroom, each part of the project was priced, scheduled and paid for separately. First estimate (pipes moving) was on par with other providers, but all subsequent were climbing above competition, but I chose to continue with the same plumber for the sake of timing and also because I believe in loyalty. The service was declining with each visit, with the plumber being less punctual, and less tidy. The last job (mixer valve) was a bit sloppy install (crooked), that of course later caused less than perfect tile work on the finished wall. The final stages of the project (ultimately done by another provider) were estimated at unacceptably high rates and I was forced to seek help of another plumber ($1000 from Everett vs $250). Overall I got an impression they are okay for a one-time repair work, but do not value your loyalty and do not attempt to build a long-term relationship. I probably would not give them business as I felt being ripped off ... but in a pinch, I'd hire them in case of an emergency.

It went very well. The technician was on-time, thorough and quite professional. He did only what was needed and the end price was a little more than half the estimate. He estimated the requirement for further actions which may be needed in years to come and preventative actions I might take in the interim.

He showed up exactly on time, talked me through all of my options and what to look for if things go wrong in the bathroom plumbing in the future, He was neat, friendly, explained everything and was very efficient. I will definitely have Bowman's back to take care of all of my household plumbing needs.

Overall a good experience. Would use again.

Two of the nicest, most professional guys you will ever meet arrived promptly at 8:45 (the time specified). They laid down floor coverings and were very careful removing the old hot water heater. They fully tested the system and made sure we understood everything about it as well as the warranties on both their work and the unit itself. They finished well under the 2 hour mark (which was the time quoted). Overall, it was a great job performed at a good price.

We have been using these people for years, and they have always been prompt, cheerful, and solved every problem. I wish that all service providers were this good.

The Bowmans tech arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, showed me the bad part (charring and all), and made a temporary fix with a jumper wire until the correct part could be installed. He came back within a few days, arrived when he said he would, and installed the new part in about 5 minutes without any additional charge. The heater has been working fine ever since. I was impressed with the tech's courteous attitude, professionalism, and competence. I was especially impressed that he was able to get our heater working again immediately while we waited for parts since it was very cold out.

I decided to install fancy new digital thermostats for both my central heater/air conditioner units. One is a forced air gas furnace and that installation went fine (just a few wires and one circuit breaker in the basement). I was pretty confident about installing the heat pump thermostat, but after installing it the unit wouldn't turn on. Not only that but my old thermostat had one more wire than the new one, so I didn't know how to deal with that. I put the old thermostat back on but the heater still didn't work. It was getting cold out so I called Bowman's at about 7am the next morning. They arrived within a few hours and fixed the heat pump (just a blown fuse I never knew it had in an electrical box up in the attic - my fault since didn't turn off the right circuit breakers and shorted it) and also installed my thermostat for me while he was there. Everything is working fine now and I learned something new to boot. Cost was reasonable and my wife (who was there with the tech during the repair) describes the technician as polite, well mannered, no-nonsense, and well prepared. She was impressed that he took the initiative and not only corrected the inoperative heat pump but also installed our new thermostat.

Doug was very helpful and professional. He diagnosed our water heater problem and fixed it without having to replace it -- a big savings. He also snaked our shower drain. We have asked them to bid on some other work we have in the house. Overall, we had a good experience.

Arrived on time, very courteous and helpful. Was open and honest about what he could and could not help with on a toilet that continues to clog for no apparent reason. Gave options for longer term fixes; would DEFINITELY use and reccommend them again.
