Description of Work: Walter Banbridge (the President/Owner) came out to my home to review the property as well as discuss with us what my wife and I wanted. He was courteous and professional and provided us with a great idea on the placement of a shed on the property. | |As noted in the Angie's List deal, they were supposed to provide a suggested plant list. I requested a plant list via email on 3/25 and 4/3, but no list was provided. | |The computer-aided drawings that were provided contained some good ideas for some outdoor stone work, but I didn't quite understand how it would work on the property. I live on a corner lot, and would have preferred to have the stone patio be in the more secluded corner of the lot. Despite conveying this to Mr. Bainbridge, I would have preferred that he moved the large patio area to the rear of the property (per my request).

Description of Work: They provided a supplementary planting plan. Also, Ashley, who is excellent, noticed a problem with some of our trees and recommended an arborist, whom we will use.

Description of Work: Landscape Lighting for the front of my house

Description of Work: I got estimate for my patio project. The estimate was little higher than the other provider. But he was on time on the scheduled day, even it was early morning.

Description of Work: We purchased the Big Deal landscape design for $120. Ashley was very responsive and came up with a great plan. The plant choices were interesting and my husband and I were able to implement her design. The scale of her drawing may have been a little off, but overall we were really pleased with what we received and the price we paid.

Description of Work: They never got back to me after I called twice. I didn't want to have to pursue them to do the work. seems like they have too much other work or aren't interested in fulfilling these "big deals."

Description of Work: Conceptual Landscaping Plan - using the Angie's List Deal

Description of Work: We used to a Angie's list's coupon to receive consultation and a design of our backyard. Walter came by to assess the property, and few weeks later, he came back with a design, which was fabulous. We haven't decided whether we should do the construction at this time, but the entire experience was great, and Walter was very professional. If we decide to hire them for actual construction, I have no doubt that he would do a fantastic job.

Description of Work: We requested hardscape/landscape plans from Bainbridge. The response from Bainbridge was prompt. The service professional. Walter spent time measuring and photographing the yard, and getting a clear understanding of our vision and needs. He delivered 2 sets of plans and I was impressed. Unfortunately the price tag for the work was beyond our budget.

Description of Work: They did a landscape design - 3 hours design normally $300-350, Angies's list cost $90. I was happy with the design at the discounted price, but would be unhappy if I had paid full price. We are waiting for funds before getting bids to do the work- but we will consider bainbridge. Designer was very nice and easy to work with.
