Description of Work: I had a leak somewhere in the valleys formed by the porch roof where it meets the main roof, each valley was 6'. Augustine removed all the roofing material in the valley, relined it, then wove in new (matching red) shingles. The timeliness, professionalism, quality of work, and visual results were great, I just didn't think it should have cost quite as much. Description of Work: Removed old roof, attic fan and antenna. Replaced the roof plywood where necessary. Re-roofed both house and shed. All staff were professional. Cleanup was excellent. The office staff kept us up to date on scheduling and promptly answered our questions. Highly recommend this company.

The owner, Bill Augustine, came out and provided the estimate. We do not always select the least expensive person/company to do the job, but Bill's price was the best and we felt like they would do a good job based on other reviews on Angie's List. The day they started, Pedro (the crew chief) arrived about 7:00am. There was a team of about 8 guys. It was an extremely hot day, and they worked until the sun went down that day. Day two, they had a smaller crew until later in the day when the rest of the guys showed up to help finish up and clean up. Once again, they worked until dark. The team was great about cleaning up at the end of the day. They parked a dump truck in the driveway to collect all of the debris. They ran a large magnet around the perimeter of the house and in the driveway many times to pick up stray nails. The last time we replaced a roof, we ended up with 3 or 4 flat tires, so we were particularly happy that this was important to them too. | |A couple of days later (the next day it rained), a different crew came to replace the gutters and downspouts. This 2 man crew was not as prompt at arriving, but they did a good job. Early the next week another guy came out to install the gutter screens and replace some flashing. | |We did give them a B on responsiveness because we felt like sometimes it took awhile to get a return email or phone call from them when we had questions. Description of Work: We sought an estimate from Augustine. It was entirely competitive and I appreciated their customer-relations skills. Our choice of a competitor was dictated by the need for a flat, commercial-grade roof.

Description of Work: Their crew arrived promptly on the designated day, covered patio, front porch, steps and bushes with tarps, tore off old roofing shingles and carted them away, replaced entire roof, cleaned stray roofing debris and nails from my porch, patio, bushes and steps, made sure my neighbor's property was also clean, and left everything in pristine condition. I would contract with this company again. Their employees speak English and do excellent work and their company representative oversees the job from beginning to end.

Description of Work: Replaced my roof and gutter. They were on time for the estimate as well as on the installation day. The roof looks great, we've been through a few storm and high winds and have had no problems.

Description of Work: They replaced missing shingles on a ridge cap, sealed gutter seams that were leaking, raised two gutters that were slanting in the wrong direction, installed some diverters to help re-direct heavy water flow in the roof valleys, and installed some missing flashing. The scheduled date was rained out and they rescheduled the next day. The crew was on time, very polite and efficient. They described what they had done and cleaned up beautifully. Rigo had previously come out to give us an estimate and scope out the work needing to be done. We helped us determine what needed to be done to handle our water issue. We have been very pleased with this firm.

Description of Work: Augustine Roofing did an outstanding job!! Their pricing was very competitive with other bids I received and they were able to fit me into their schedule quickly. I had some unique issues because of an addition put on my house. The salesman thoroughly explained the issues and recommended how to deal with them. The quality of workmanship and follow up was excellent!! I would definitely recommend Augustine Roofing.

Description of Work: Outstanding all around. Of all of the contractors I contacted, they where the only one that showed up on time for the appointment. They called before hand to verify the address and to let me know they where on the way. The others were either late (and didn't call to tell me they would be late) or didn't show up at all. They gave me the best price of the 4 quotes I received. The work was fantastic and quickly done. Rigo and his crew were very professional. The clean up was thorough.
