I contacted Augustine roofing in order to get an estimate on a total roof replacement since my existing was 16 years old and not in very good shape. I had some leaking previously as well. Jon responded promptly and got me on their schedule within a couple of weeks. All materials were delivered on the day they promised. Jon also was able to find a better color match for the new shingles than the original. The crew showed up promptly on the installation day (delayed one day because of rain) and did the entire demolition and installation in one day. They covered the exterior around the house with tarps to catch any falling debris. The crew also did an excellent job in cleaning up around the house making sure not to leave any trash behind. I had the gutters and downspouts replaced the following Saturday by a different crew who made sure I was satisfied with the materials before they started the install. This they completed in approximately 3 hours. The job was very professional looking and again they did an excellent job with the cleanup. They even attached the vinyl extenders I had on the old downspouts. I would highly recommend Augustine roofing for anyone needing repairs or a complete roof replacement. The work they performed will prevent me from needing any roofing work for at least another 40 years.

We asked Augustine to contract with us to replace a very large roof. Bobby Mason came right out, looked at the roof, spoke with us and we decided to work with Augustine. Several neighbors have worked with them as well. Their crew arrived early and got right to work. They worked so hard and completed out roof in the expected two days. The weather held up for us and we are so happy to have a new roof over our heads. With a 63 year old home, a great roof is a necessity. We really appreciate everyone from Augustine Roofing.

Augustine roofing was professional, reliable and provided a top-notch product. The project manager, Dakota, was thorough in his explanation of the materials and process, and was present throughout. I believe they left my yard cleaner than prior to arrival - not a nail to be found. The end result was aesthetically pleasing, and the contract and warranty was true to estimates and initial discussions. Would recommend without hesitation.

Fabulous work from start to finish. They really have it down to a precise routine. They come one day with all the materials and place it all on your roof. The next day they start removing the old shingles and start installing the new. It took most of the day. Debris was flying all over and it was very noisy inside hearing the hammers and all but the did the job well and cleaned up afterwards. Process was professionally accomplished.

The team did a great job removing the old roof and installing the new roof. The price was competitive, they cleaned up the site well and the support was great. They even fixed a minor siding issue while they were there. Would recommend.

Team Augustine delivered all materials for new roof day prior. Day of, existing roof was removed & new roof was installed. Crews were efficient and work was completed within 8 hours. All landscaping was protected and job site was thoroughly cleaned after completion. Augustine sends an inspector within a week of job completion. Lucky us, we did not have any internal nail pops or damage.

Found the company as an Elite Master Contractor on GAF website. Initial engagement was quick and easy. Dakota Biller, the estimator, came on time and did a thorough examination on the roof, taking pictures from all angles and showed me the conditions of the shingles, ridge vent, pipes, skylights, everything on the roof. he then explained the roofing process in details, left the GAF product information sheet for all roofing components to be installed for me to review, and later sent me a proposal that was very reasonably priced. I read through all those materials and conducted some research online, then called him for another 1+ hours for Q&A. Got estimates later from other companies but finally selected Augustine Roofing based on such factors as price vs. value/various online review resources/trustworthiness of the estimator. Installation was very smooth, no surprises everything went according to plan. Crew worked hard, no one got inside house to use the bathroom, not even once. After they were done crew was nice enough to help knock in the loose spikes on the gutter upon my request. Dakota came in after a week to conduct a walk-through process to ensure everything was done right, he once again got on the roof to take the pictures for me so now I've obtained the records for what it looked like before and after the roof replacement. It has been a very pleasant experience working with Augustine Roofing.

The new roof looks amazing! , they worked fast and the house was not damaged by any means inside nor outside the house , the noise was not extremely annoying, just normal noise level for that kind of job. The workers cleaned up after themselves There was a few debris , but nothing big

There was no pressure to sign a contract and multiple revisions were made until I was completely satisfied. Work was scheduled and completed promptly. The estimator did a walk through after job completion to ensure the roof was installed correctly and precisely to the signed contract. I got excellent support. Great information up front and great communication during the order and install process. Materials showed up as scheduled. Install team for the roof and the gutters arrived as scheduled and did a wonderful installation job with meticulous cleanup. A site foreman showed up on the day of the install to ensure that the work was progressing well. He took pictures and showed them to my wife and I. Construction lead for roof install and the construction lead for the gutter install walked me around the house to show me the work that had been done once completed. At the end the salesman for the shingles came over, got on the roof to ensure that the work was done right then made sure I was happy. From start to finish an excellent project.

This is an excellent company. I received four estimates for replacing my roof and skylight. Augustine was not the least expensive, but the estimator worked harder than any other to thoroughly inspect the roof to determine what needed to be done, and the price was fair. The follow up was timely and helpful. On the day of the installation, I literally watched the work take place from beginning to end, and can state unequivocally that each component was assembled with care and precision. Clean up was thorough; the final inspection days later was also done with great care. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We had a leak on the peak of our school's roof and after some research we called Augustine Roofing. The owner himself, Bill Augustine, came over, assess the issue and did the repair himself right away. I have to say, it has been a long time since we have seen this type of service. Finding a great contractor is a rarity these days, when most people want to make a quick dollar and go to the next job. Of course we will have this company for anything related to roofing. You will be well served by considering this company and giving them a call.

We hired Augustine Roofing to replace both our shingles and our siding. They did an outstanding job on both projects. On the roofing project they replaced three skylights and ensured I was happy with the final result. While installing the shingles they removed my old gutter screens but they replaced them free of charge. At the end of the installation they “magnet swept” my yard twice, ensuring they picked up all fallen roofing debris. The siding project went very smoothly. Their installation team ensured that the siding seams could not be detected from the street. They did an excellent job. I'd recommend Augustine Roofing to anyone looking to undertake this type of home improvement.

I talked to a number of companies and got a number of quotes prior to deciding on Augustine. I chose them largely due to the number of great reviews on Angie's list. The job went well and they were prompt on the day the work was to be done. There was no communication regarding the timing of followup work (installing the gutters for example - they just showed up a day or two later). My deep concern with Augustine is that I had another company come out to replace some fascia after the roof was installed and they noticed that the drip edge that was supposed to be installed with our roof was not installed at all. I emailed Bill at Augustine and got no response. A phone message did prompt a return call and they scheduled a time to come out and fix it - though they failed to show up the day I was told it was scheduled for. After calling the company again, they came the next day. I really expected to have a good experience with Augustine but the lack of quality control in completely missing the drip edge has eroded any trust I would have in the company. Had I not had another company fix my fascia I never would have known that it wasn't installed correctly.

Augustine Roofing was scheduled to replace my roof on Oct 18. On Oct 16, a firm hired by Augustine, called ABC Supply, delivered the required material to my house. Unfortunately, ABC’s truck also leaked hydraulic fluid onto a number of spots on the driveway. The driver said this was a known issue with the truck and suggested I call ABC. I did this the next day and they said they would contact Augustine and the problem would be fixed. The roof was replaced as scheduled. The crew worked from approximately 7:30 in the morning until 7:00 at night. Unfortunately, this meant they were finishing in the dark and a number of the shingles at the end were warped into a U shape and ineffective. There were also a few other minor problems. On Oct 24, I noted the driveway stains with the Augustine supervisor who did the final walkaround. He agreed they needed to be fixed. A workman arrived on Oct 30 to powerwash the drive. This wash did not remove the stains and the workman said he would advise ABC and Augustine that a reseal needed to be done. Unfortunately, another two weeks went by without resolution. HOWEVER – once Bill Augustine, the owner of Augustine Roofing, was made aware of the problem, it was fixed within a day. Augustine Roofing agreed to reimburse me for a reseal, and I give Bill kudos for a prompt, fair, and professional, solution. I would now recommend the company.

The job was done on my rental property. After windstorm, we received notice from the property manager about repairing our roof (very tight deadline). We didn't have time to shop, so we only got two quotes. One was $6500 and Augustin quoted me about $4650. Since they have good reputation in here, I chose them. Even it was tight deadline, they can schedule sometime before deadline. However another storm came in so we had to postpone. On the date of service, the team came on time and made sure our driveway was clear. It took them 6 hours to finish the job. The cleaning afterward was excellent. As our insurance company had mistake on processing the check, we were delay on payment. Augustine understood our situation and waited patiently. Finally all settled now. It was a great experience.

They even developed a customized solution for a pre-fab sun-room addition on the house to a create a cohesive appearance. On the day of the actual install, the crew arrived early, they were respectful of my property and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
