Description of Work: Our roof sprung a leak in the middle of the record-breaking rain we had this spring. Ben from Augustine came out to do a detailed estimate and answered all my questions. In addition to having the leak fixed, I decided to replace the gutters as well to ward off future problems. That was done by a subcontractor but other than leaving a few nails and screws lying around, the job was done well.

Description of Work: My neighbors across the street had their roof replaced by Augustine Roofing and highly recommended their work. I asked Mr. Augustine to evaluate my roof to see if it needed replacing. After the checking the roof and confirming the age of the roof, he told me I didn't need to replace it for a couple more years. Wow, was I impressed with his honesty. He did send me a quote so I would have some idea of what it would cost when I was ready to replace the roof. His company will definitely be the one I call.

Description of Work: They replaced missing shingles on my roof as well as a pipe collar. |We know it's getting to be time to replace our roof, but with kids in college, it's on the bottom of the priority list. The rep understood and didn't pressure us. Would use again.

Description of Work: They replaced the metal roof on four buildings with new metal roofing. It went well, they resolved to my satisfaction any issues that came up during the project and I enjoyed working with them.

Description of Work: We set up the initial appt they rescheduled and then no showed no call their second scheduled appt. they did not return any of our phone calls

Description of Work: They replaced the roof. There was hail damage to the roof. They gave me the dates of work ahead of time and they completed the job on time. They cleaned up everything as expected and the work looks great so far.

Description of Work: Water was finding its way down the common wall of my townhome, but the source was unknown. The weather was snowy/freezing/threatening. A service man came out promptly, while other companies refused. He inspected the damage inside the house and said that he would return the first day that temp was above freezing. He returned, inspected the roof, and took pictures of faulty caulking sites. He quoted an excellent price, and repaired the caulking. There was no attempt to sell me a new roof!

Description of Work: They vendor replaced the entire roof and gutters. Very pleased with the work and the professionalism of the sales person.

Description of Work: Inspected roof. Told me I had a few more years left on existing but needed the capping repaired, which I could see from the ground before. Very responsive and showed up when promised.

Description of Work: They put on a new roof. Mr. Augustine was one of two other estimates for a new roof. He had a large group, who were on time,and finished in one day. They tore up the old roof, replaced plywood where needed and cleaned up when finished. I would use them again if I need another roof. They also put in a new attic fan which has made a tremendous improvement in keeping my house cool.
