We have an 80 year old home with an addition that is approximately 20 years old. We have had problems with leaks, and the roof in general was at the point where it needed to be replaced. I got bids from three roofer, all of which were similar in price. Bill Augustine was the only one who followed up immediately and was able to give us a date for the job within a few weeks. Bill and Erin explained all the various choices with regard to material and how the crew would proceed. The entire job was completed within one day: delivery of shingles, removal of old roof, replacement roof and cleanup. The cleanup was very thorough. We live in a neighborhood where the houses are close together, and I have had zero complaints from neighbors. After several major storms, we have had no leaks.

Great experience overall. Rick was very professional and knowledgeable and was very helpful to determine the scope of work that was required. The crew showed up when they said they would and finished on time. They really worked hard and paid attention to the details to assure it looked great and will last a long time. The new roof looks great, the skylights are terrific, and they did a great job cleaning up when they were finished with the work. I am very happy with the work and would not hesitate to use them again.

During last winter's heavy rain and snow, I discovered I had a leak in the front section of my roof. I had several different companies come out and give me an estimate. Augustine Roofing was the only one who got up on the roof and was able to tell me the specifics of what it was going to take to repair some of the base wood and then to replace the shingling. Their estimate was better or comparable with the other companies but it was their professionalism that made me decide to use them. They were there the day they said and it took the amount of time they said it would take and at the end, everything was cleaned up and look fabulous. I would use them again!

The whole experience was one of professionalism. As stated above, the clean up was excellent, not a nail left behind. Both the roofing and gutter teams were very professional. The two team supervisors (Rick - roofing & Dan - gutters) were outstanding. Can't praise the Augustine Roofing,LLC highly enough. As stated above, if you need a roof, look no further then Augustine Roofing. The price was fair and consistent with the quality of the work! This a top rated company in my opinion.

Rick and Bill at Augustine were wonderful to work with during this difficult time. Their estimate was thorough, and Rick seems happy and willing to explain each product they choose and why they prefer it. They were also willing to negotiate with our insurance adjustor to get the roof we needed, something that made the entire process a lot smoother. They showed up exactly when they said they would, the crew was polite and professional, and they finished the entire roof in a single day. (Due to storm activity, there was a bit of a longer wait for the installation of the gutters, but when attached, they were done beautifully.) I was especially impressed by how well they cleaned up their debris after the roof was finished. I would gladly hire them again, and recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a great group of roofing professionals, particularly people who are having to deal with storm damage and difficult insurance companies!

Awful! I sent an email to Augustine Roofing requesting an estimate for what I hoped would be a small roof repair job (it was). They never responded. I have found this to be a problem with many companies that receive good ratings on Angies List. They get so busy that they only want to do the big jobs and ignore the small jobs that got them the good ratings to begin with. If you need someone for a small roof repair (or a completely new roof), I wouldn't bother with these folks. I ended up using Katchmark and they were wonderful.

When I called for an estimate, Rigo Leon from Augustine Roofers came out the very same day. Very impressive. Another company came by a few days later and gave an estimate as well, and it was considerably more than what Rigo quoted. We went with Augustine Roofers because of the price and we like the way we were treated by Rigo - he was very professional. He came out the following week and installed the new gable vents. They are better quality than what we originally had, so we're very happy. He did a great job - very responsive to our needs, on time, and right at the price he quoted. It was refreshing to deal with a company so professional, honest, and just plain good. When it comes time for us to replace our roof in 10 or so years, Augustine Roofing will be our choice.

My wife and I are very happy we chose Augustine Roofing. When a different roofer fell though, we called a couple roofers who had good grades on Angie's List. Augustine Roofing had a lower rate than the other company by a solid margin, so we chose it. Bill Augustine met with us with several roof samples we had requested to see, including a rare example that we wanted to see (which he had to take extra time to locate a sample). He let us hold on to the samples for several days so that we could decide which one we wanted, and was also helpful in sharing which one he liked the best. The roof was installed in one day while my wife and I were at work and was completed by the time we got home. The gutters were installed the next day. The quality of work, professionalism, and price were all excellent. We have gotten several compliments on our new roof and our neighbor two doors down chose to use Augustine Roofing after seeing the job they did for us. Recently a piece of siding fell off our house due to recent heavy storms. I called Augustine Roofing and Bill Augustine told me that he would be in the neighborhood soon and would take care of it for free. I wish I could give them an A+ instead of simply an A.

We had major damage to our home during the storm the first weekend in June. A large tree limb punctured our roof and another even larger limb dropped on the roof causing nails to pop in our bedroom ceiling. Rick Newman, the Foreman, came out not once for the initial inspection (and tarped the three holes in my roof) but came out again when my Insurance Inspector came to ensure that all the damage was noticed and noted by the insurance company. Rick and his crew ended up putting on an entire new roof for us, new sheeting, cleaned and screened the gutters and provided top-notch indoor repair with plastering and repainting our bedroom. The crew was extremely efficient, fast, tidy, and punctual. Rick and his crew provided exceptional quality and care in repairing our home and I will recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.Rick This company cares about the people and the homes they repair, they are a hard-working highly skilled company and their overall work far exceeded all expectations. They did a beautiful job.

We discovered leaks in our roof after the severe storms we had last summer. Rick came out and quickly assessed our problems. Then, Rick came out in a downpour to make sure that no more water would get into our townhouse. He even did work on the adjoining townhouse to ensure that we would sustain no further damage. We are pleased with the work and highly recommend the company.

Bill reminded us of an honest older brother who told us the facts and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need. He was on time, quick and to the point when we meet for the estimate. We felt very comfortable and secure that he was the right man for the job. Maybe that's why everyone else used his services in our community! Our advice, save all the aggravation of getting estimates from other roofers - call Bill and get the job done correctly.

We had mold growing in out attic, so we wanted to improve the ventilation up there. We got estimates from several companies, and Rick Newman, the (eventual) foreman on our job, seemed the least sketchy of the various people we talked to. (Not to d*** with faint praise---he seemed very trustworthy.) He worked with us though a couple of estimates, and eventually settled on a job that seemed likely to solve our ventilation problems without costing as much a completely new roof. They did quality work, and Rick was very professional to work with. When I had a concern about one (small) aspect of the work, Rick came out and addressed it promptly.

I spoke with their representative Rick on the phone. He was very friendly and informative. I had received a number of estimates, one of which was lower than Augustine. I reviewed that estimate with Rick and gave him the opportunity to beat their price. He pointed out that the other company was offering inferior materials and said he would beat their price, even while sticking with their higher quality materials. They finished the job in one day, which was within 2 weeks of signing the contract. They also stuck to the originally quoted price. We are considering a new roof on our own home in the next few years. We will definitely be considering Augustine for that job too.

The installation and followup went very well.

Bill responded quickly to a request for a quote and dropped by a second time to show shingle samples. His team of more than seven was very efficient in doing the work in less than a day. They took care not to unduly damage my gardens in the process and did a very nice job of cleaning up after. He was great in keeping me informed of when the work would be done and I was very impressed by the professionalism of his team.

We got two other estimates, both for about $2.000 more. Augustine's estimate included installing a roof vent, which neither of the other two estimates did. Bill also took the time to explain that we should upgrade to the higher quality shingles. The job was completed in one day. The crew spread drop cloths to catch the debris. They recommended we remove our old attic fan, patch the hole, and shingle over it. With the new ridge vent, the old attic fan was unnecessary. The crew cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly. Bill came a day or two after the job to inspect the work. All in all we are very satisfied with the work.

Terrific company and service- also replaced the neighbor's roof- they addressed all issues that came up during the project very promptly. Very competitive price. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for roof work.

He came on time for the estimate and was very professional. As it was difficult to find the exact location of the leak, he had to come back a few times to make repairs. He found it and our leak stopped. Great job! Would definitely recommend.

Crew showed up ontime, actually a little early. They were completely professional and knowledgeable. All work was completed within six hours, including cleanup of all debris. I was quite pleased with the craftsmanship. Price was very fair for the quality of work.

Showed-up completed most of the work on day one. Came back the second day and completed the task.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He brought over sample shingles so we could see the product and pick a color. He worked with us to get the job done around another home improvement project. The shingles and supplies were delivered the day before the job was done. The crew arrived bright and early on the scheduled day and started work immediately. They worked together like a well oiled machine until the work was completed around 3pm. They cleaned up all the construction debri including the nails and staples. The owner of the company even stopped by before the job was complete! A great company to work with.

The installation of the new roof was flawless. The workers did not chat among themselves, they worked steadily and professionally.
