Called Augustine Roofing to have them look at the damage. They promptly sent a contractor, Dakota, to assess the damage. Dakota offered to climb the roof and inspect the damage even though it was quite windy. He was able to get into the attic and visually confirm that the leak was from the roof. But we decided not to get on to the roof because of the wind. The very day they were able to provide an estimate in writing. After a week we had it repaired without much hassle. They were able to fix a date as soon as I signed the documents and they promptly showed up on the agreed upon date and fixed the roof in a timely manner.

I am very pleased with Augustine Roofing. They ensured that the proper samples were dropped off for me at the Association office, they handled multiple weather delays in a very professional manner (keeping me updated along the way), understood the conditions of working on property with tenants, and were responsive at all times. Most importantly they put on a quality roof at a fair price and left my property cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to recommend Augustine Roofing and to use them myself again in the future.

We had a several leaks in our roof that needed fixing, especially over the garage. We called around for a company that could patch up our 18 year old roof and was lucky enough to speak with Jon at Augustine Roofing. He came our to take a look at our roof and gave us a such a great price for an entirely new roof we decided to replace it! We were even able to upgrade the shingles and choose a better color. They were very accommodating with our schedule and had the work done in two days. We couldn't be happier with our new roof that will last us decades! We highly recommend!

From estimates to install everything was A+. I had previously used Augustine Roofing for a small leak we had, their service was courteous and job was perfect. Without a doubt we relied on them to get our roof replaced. They are our go to folks for any roof work, I even recommended them to our neighbors.

The estimate for the work was detailed and equal to the final price of $5800. The crew arrived on time and completed the work in an efficient, timely, and clean manner. I viewed the work from ground level during it's various stages and based upon my having seen several prior installations the work was done properly.

The entire process was good. From the beginning with estimates, to choosing the materials, to the final product. All good. Loved working with Jon.

Great job by management team - from estimates to final product. Many communication before contract final sign off. Crew was courteous and plenty to get the job done quick and good. Few minor issues that showed up during final walk through that John mentioned to take care of them and we are trusting his words. We will recommend to others. On our part, we purchased boards/cut them in half and have the delivery truck deliver the material to avoid damage to our new driveway. Notified crew to keep the ladder off the gutters to avoid damage/dings. So something to watch for when delivered the material and when shingles are being taken away from the truck. Hoping for the best to have our new roof stays as long as it should and if issue arises, it will be taken care of under warranty.

The workers were here early and worked throughout the whole day and until just after dark. They cleaned as they worked and did a fantastic job!

Augustine Roofing provided a detailed, competitive quote. While there was a slight delay in scheduling, once on the calendar, they were prompt in their arrival and efficient in their work, completing the roof in one day. The skylight installation required deck mounting, and they subsequently sent someone out to stain the unfinished wood to match the existing skylight trim.

Everything went great from beginning to end. Their sales Rep Bobby walked me through the process and took some time to inspect the interior when it was thought to be leaking. The actual work took only a day and the new roof looks great. Thanks.

My experience with Augustine was excellent. A satisfied neighbor recommended them, but we also talked to several other companies. Augustine impressed me with their straightforward honest approach. First, Bobby visited and discussed options. He was thorough and professional. He made sure I understood what was involved and answered all my questions. No sales pressure, just honest advice. The crew showed up on time and completed the job in a day, as promised. They also cleaned up thoroughly. I had two minor questions about the job and Augustine promptly sent a tech to remedy them. The work was first-rate and the price was competitive and fair. Definitely would recommend them to friends and family.

Just recently had my roof done by Augustine. I chose them for three reasons. 1) Neighbor had their roof replaced by them and spoke very highly of their work and post replacement service. 2) Pricing was extremely fair and reasonable, not the lowest, but well below some of the other ridiculous quotes I received and 3) Very low pressure sales tactics which is a real plus. The outfits that come in with high pressure sales people, and a "must make the deal now to get the special pricing" are a huge turn-off. Turn them down just on principle. Our rep was John and he was great. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and a roofer himself so he knows what he is talking about and not pitching a script. By the time I had talked to him, had gone through several pitches and he knew what my goals were and met me there without needing to go through the whole pitch. The offer a great base warranty and offer a 50 year upgrade which gives you peace of mind. Yard was nicely cleaned as well and they took care to cover bushes with tarps to prevent damage. The only room for improvement, and it is minor, is 1) recommend contacting clients the day before to remind them of supplies being dropped off and 2) again day before work starts with a reminder. The workers were unable to complete the job in one day and so needed two days. They left without letting us know so we were kind of left wondering what the deal was. But, again, really minor issues. Overall, communication was great, and John checked in frequently so I've got say it was all good and would use them again in a heartbeat.
