Augustine Roofing were both punctual and professional from start to finish! They did an excellent job on my new roof! It was a windy day and they made sure anything that blew down the street was picked up. I would highly recommend them.

Augustine Roofing did a professional job, took one day for the entire roof on a moderately sized single-family home. Did an excellent job at replacing any plywood that was rotting or damaged - 12 pieces in all. I would recommend Augustine Roofing to my friends and family.

Augustine was easy to coordinate with, professional, timely and helpful. Staff made a special trip to provide us other color samples and followed up on all of our questions. On the day of roof installation, workers arrived promptly and worked diligently throughout the day. I would have preferred that someone call to coordinate a date (instead of just informing me when we had been scheduled), but they do not require anyone to be home. I really liked that the quote included a copy of the licence and insurance.

Overall a solid job. Some aesthetic issues with the gutters sloping. However, Augustine Roofing fixed that immediately and all is good. They lived up to their promise of customer satisfaction.

I had a tree the was hitting the side of my house ruin about 25 sq feet of roof, and replace some hangers on my gutters. I called Augustine (who had replaced my roof 6 years ago), and they sent someone out the next day to look at the roof. The person that came was very prompt and very nice. Augustine was able to get someone out the following week but with cold and a little snow on the roof it was not safe. We had to reschedule for a couple of days later (no big deal). Augustine came right out repaired the roof and gutters (no one was home), and sent me the bill via email. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them...and I did, two of my neighbors recently had their roofs replaced by Augustine and told me they were very pleased with Augustine and the work done.

Very happy with the entire process from quote to the final check. I felt the quote from Augustine was much more straightforward and not filled with extra checkboxes for the few requests I had. The communication between us was very good. When I had questions they responded quickly with the answer I needed. When the original install date was interrupted by weather they let me know right away when the new install date would be. The work was completed in one day, and they made an impressive effort to clean up around the house. Even the final check a few days later another trip around the house was made to make sure nothing else needed to be cleaned up. I can strongly recommend Augustine to anyone for their roofing needs.

What a phenomenal experience! The Augustine folks we worked with were professional from start to finish. From the moment Bobby came to examine our storm-damaged roof, to the questions Tony answered quickly and thoroughly by email, to the fine professionals who replaced our roof and gutter system - everyone was absolutely top-notch. The work was performed on time and on budget, which was a tremendous relief! Augustine worked within our insurance company's estimate and provided additional labor/support on improvements we wanted to make. We absolutely felt like a valued customer and can't recommend them enough to our friends and neighbors! We love our beautiful new roof and gutters! Please do yourself a favor and avoid the aggressive storm chasers knocking down your door and promising to harass your insurance agents. Call the folks at Augustine and get the work done right.

amazingly well done.. from quote to completion . Our work was done two years ago and I still continue to tell people about Augustine . They are professional, respectful, honest, knowledgeable and thorough. they were not ther most expensive or cheapest, you know what you are having done will be done right.. and that there will be somebody there if you had a question down the road... and for a roof, that just slightly important.

The workers were on time and worked hard. The company was true to its word that no money would be asked for until we were satisfied. There were some issues after the roof install with part of the roof having the wrong color, and damage to siding and screens. They were very responsive to recognizing the problems and fixing them to our satisfaction.

Augustine was prompt, courteous, and professional throughout. I have had several commercial interactions with them over the years and have been highly pleased.

Augustine gave the most thorough and explanatory estimate. Explained and showed all the materials used, and the estimate/price was reasonable. Their work was systematic and efficient. They repaired damaged areas of the roof, the fit on all the repairs was perfect. The roof looks great, the work area around the house was clean. They were packed up and gone before 4pm.

I had 3 contractors out to inspect my roof and two of the three would not provide a quote and simply said: "I will do it for whatever insurance pays". I was very unimpressed with their ambulance-chasing tactics so I contacted Augustine based on a neighbors experience and the reviews. Augustine came out and game me a legitimate quote for top of the line materials and it came in under my insurance adjusters quote by nearly 25%. I felt good that I would get my home roof replaced, pay a fair price AND save my insurance money. I won't see the difference but I felt better knowing I wasn't lining some contractor's pocket. When it came time for the install, Augustine was cautious to install in the colder weather to ensure the warranty was honored. Those other companies were installing roofs in my neighborhood in 30-degree weather (asphalt can crack when handled below 40 degrees). Great communication, completed the work when weather permitted, not super pushy to get paid and the crews were top notch. Great experience all around.

Exceptionally well. Initial inspection by Dakota Biller was thorough and informative. Fully knew what I was getting and why. Also the expert advice was invaluable. Install was timely and professional...a few nails were left behind but I think that is pretty standard for an install. After install the Dakota came back out and inspected the work performed. Overall the experience was 5 star.

They reached out in a timely manner and did a free estimate. After we approved the estimate and job cost, we signed our agreement and they were out to complete the job in less than a week. Everything was done correctly and efficiently. I would hire again for any roof needs.

A competitive estimate was provided promptly. We worked with Tony who promptly responded to all questions and requests for changes on the estimate. Work was scheduled quickly and performed as scheduled. Properties were all rentals - 2 residential apartment buildings and one commercial office building. Augustine Roofing respected our needs to notify tenants in advance and consider their safety during the roof replacements.

One went fine and the other had a small leak shortly after installation. I was pleased that they are very responsive in addressing the issue on a timely manner. The staff overall were very efficient and professional. I would use them again.
