We had a roof leak due to a misplaced gutter. We needed a 6 foot section of the roof replaced. It took a few weeks to get an estimate and an appointment. But this is a roofing company I have used and trusted for more than 10 years and two different homes, so I decided it was worth the wait. The repair itself went well and took just a few hours to replace the wood under the roof and install new shingles and other protection.

Overall the work was done well. We had a few issues with them not covering the deck well and it caused some damaged that they are repairing. Management was very responsive.

They provided an estimate for new roof only & it was extremely expensive compared to other contractors. The issue is they never inspected the roof or discussed ventilation options. They said they'll get back to me with another proposal, but never heard from them again. This validate the fake "good" reviews they have here. Don't recommend them at all.

Had them come out for roof check, as we had mildew in garage and possible leak. Rigo was prossesional, excellent and honest. Told as we did not have a leak after all. Appreciate the honesty as we were not charged. Would use them next time I have a possible leak.

Prompt response to a request for an estimate after a major wind storm in the area. Carried out emergency repairs well before we agreed to use them to replace the roof. Very competitive price, addressed questions quickly/thoroughly. Easy contract process with no money due until the work was completed. Great / professional job replacing the roof including clean-up at the end of the job. Our experience was consistent with the excellent reviews on Angies List and other sources.

From what I can see, excellent. I was told the replacement shingles would not match due to the age of the roof. I sure can’t tell they don’t match. Excellent job in getting the closest match on the shingles.

less than a week before we were putting the house on the market, we noticed a leak. Jon came out and inspected and found that we had boots that would need to be replaced, but sadly also some damaged plywood. Since the house was going on the market, we opted to just replace the roof. Despite their crazy schedule, they were able to squeeze us in and got the roof replaced before the house went on the market. Now the new owner's will have the security that they will not need a new roof for many years!

Excellent experience. Company representative responded quickly to inspect/determine damage and provide estimate of costs (repair was done within estimate). Repairs followed the next week and were completed prior to March wind storm. Roof looks great from inside and outside.

Augustine Roofing did an outstanding job from start to finish. The initial meeting with Jon was pleasant, no pressure sales job (which I appreciated), and he was clear on what would happen next regarding a written estimate. Their estimate was delivered when they said it would be and at a competitive price. I had about 4 or 5 estimates and Augustine was very competitive. Once the weather cooperated installation took about a day and a half. It was hard to tell they were even there after they cleaned up. The roof looks great.

After consulting several vendors for competitive pricing, Augusting roofing had the best price. I saw that several of my neighbors had their roof replacements done by Augustine. They were fast and thourough , and they left all areas clean at completion.

The workers who came to out townhouse were fantastic, and how they did their work was superb. They notified me of their ETA prior to the arrival, they came on time, I told them what the problem was, they explained what they would do, and it was all fixed quickly and efficiently. I was thoroughly impressed. I recommend Augustine Roofing with no reservation to anyone. I had three estimates to replace my roof. One roofer said he could not handle my roof because it had “flat roof” elements that required a specialized rubber roofing product. Another roofer (one I had used for years to replace shingles each time we had a wind storm) gave me a quote that ignored the flat roof elements. Augustine accurately identified the issues with my roof and all of the work required. Its quote also was fair, matching the quote of my long time roofer who missed the flat roof aspects of the job. The job was assessed and performed quickly and, although it has been only a few weeks, appears to have been well done. The recent wind storm with gusts over 70 mph knocked down several trees in my yard but we kept all of our shingles. Overall, I would recommend Augustine.

My single-level house has a large roof (approximately 6400 sq. ft.) that was replaced by Augustine Roofing. I am totally satisfied with Augustine – with their service, workmanship, materials and price – and I have complete confidence that now own a best-quality roof that will remain trouble free. My project manager/estimator showed up promptly at the time we agreed. He helped me understand both the problems I was having with my roof and the best way to correct them. The next day I received a detailed proposal. As usual, shingles were pre-delivered without need for involvement on my part. On Work Day a crew of twelve – six roofers (120 years of roofing experience) and six helpers, I think – showed up bright and early and went straight to work spreading perimeter tarps, removing old materials et cetera. Clearly everyone knew their job. While the last of old shingles were being removed, waterproof underlayment and shingles were already being installed elsewhere. Flashings were replaced. Ridge vents were newly installed. One problem with the existing plywood was discovered and, with my approval, immediately repaired; the repair work did not appear to interfere with the regular work flow. At the end of day the tarps were lifted, all trash was collected and my yard was swept with magnets. I have yet to find a single errant nail. The next day my project manager returned to inspect and approve the final product. I am totally satisfied with Augustine Roofing. As I told the roofers “Come see me again in forty to fifty years.”

Amazing job !! I am thrilled with the service from Augustine Roofing. The entire staff, from Rigo, who performed the estimation, to Nancy in the office, and the guys who did the actual work were 100 % pros. They were in constant communication with me about the job, came out to my house at a moments notice and were able to reschedule when the weather was too bad to get the job done when originally planned. I received photos of the damage to my roof and photos of the completed job. This was extremely helpful since I have a townhouse and could not get on the roof myself to see the actual damage. The written estimate was very detailed and on point. All the work was spelled out, they did not miss a thing. I was worried that since this was a small job , they might not want to be bothered with it, but they were happy to help me and did so quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to repair or replace their roof. I am thankful I found Augustine Roofing. If I ever need roofing help again, they will be the only ones I call.

I was recommended Augustine from a co worker and had them out for an estimate on a recently purchased home. They told me my roof still had some life left in it and to wait a few more years. Fast forward 3 years later and it was time, Augustine provided a quote and it was less than others. Work was completed and roof looks good.

I obtained three bids from highly rated roofers. Augustine Roofing had the best price. We had to move the date around due to bad weather, but they showed up at 7:00 AM on the appointed day with a large crew and replaced an old cedar shake roof with asphalt shingles by 3:00. They were polite, fast and sensitive to my request (as a motorcyclist) for an extreme nail cleanup. They also cleaned my immediate neighbors' decks and driveways on both sides. Great job and nice people.

The work was done professionally and with great care. The roofing crew did a great job cleaning up - we found no nails on the ground! Augustine waited until a day when the weather was warm enough to do a quality installation. The house looks as good as new. We're very happy. Thanks!!!

Extremely professional and prompt service. Entire roof shingles replaced in less than one day including cleanup. We had previously witnessed Augustine Roofing replace other roofs in out neighborhood in half a day. We had previously hired Augustine Roofing to do repair of shingles that were blown off from storms and repairs were done the same day. We even received credit from that work on our new roof replacement. Outstanding job and experience in all categories. Would highly recommend Augustine Roofing to anybody.

Though we had a few delays in intial communication and the date of installation, installation only took one day, communication was outstanding the day of, and there were no surprise costs to overrun our budget. Would definitely use again.

Excellent! After they did the estimate, Augustine Roofing was able to schedule us for two weeks out. Unfortunately that weekend there were heavy rains and our leaking became worse. When I contacted Augustine Roofing and explained the problem, they moved our appointment up and did the work even sooner. I was very happy with their responsiveness and with the work that they did.

They came for the estimate on time, were honest about what needed to be done and the work was completed in a timely manner. We have had no issues

We were impressed with the thorough inspection of our roof and the area around the clothes dryer vent in particular. Rigo Leon gave a clear explanation of the reason for the damages and suggested repairs. The job was done quickly and effectively. An assessment of the entire roof was made and the conclusion was that it did not need to be replaced. I appreciate their honesty. Some companies might have come to a different conclusion.
