+ -1 moreWe had a roof leak due to a faulty installation by our builder. ATI was out surveying the situation, determined the fix and was out repairing as soon as I could possibly expect. They also used their extensive knowledge and expertise to find another issue (again the fault of our builder) that was a problem just waiting to happen. Without their expertise, I would have been calling them back to fix a much more significant problem. I highly recommend ATI Development! Sincerly Chris Saul
Description of Work: I wanted to pass along a review of a fine roofing company located in Loudoun County. We might have been the first family to contact Attila and ATI Development during the storm Sandy. We had a leak in our roof that caused some interior damage. Attila was very quick to return my call and spent the time understanding my problem. Naturally he wasn’t able to come out on Monday as the storm was in full force when I called him. But he and his team were at my house at 8am the next day surveying my problem. Though he was unable to fix the issue on the spot (wind and rain still was too dangerous to be up on a roof), he was back the following day and fixed my issues. I could not have been more pleased with Attila, Monika and their crew. So much so, I also passed along their name to another friend. This friend had a similar experience with Attila & ATI Development. I highly recommend using ATI Development. Description of Work: We have had issues with our roof and shingles since we move into our brand new house for about 5 years. The builder and their contractors and our own independent contractor has been over several times for flyaway shingles and loose shingles but for some reason they are not being properly secure because they keep coming loose and flying off the roof. After the Sandy Superstorm, we contacted ATI roofing to take care of our loose and flyaway shingles. ATI workers arrived as promised, they were very punctual and reliable. They worked diligently to secure any loose shingles and replace the ones that flew away. They took their time in working the whole roof to make sure all the shingles were secure. We are very please with their service. We highly recommend ATI Development LLC for all your roofing. + -1 moreI called ATI DEVELOPMENT LLC company on 10/30/2012 right day after hurricane sandy, after we discovered few minor drips coming from our roof. Two individuals of Russian decent came to our office located at Tyco Park in Vienna VA. They went to our roof and while we were in the office, they simply left without saying anything. After we noticed that they left without letting us know anything, we discovered HUGE leak (it was raining) in the different spot, water literally was dripping down. After that when I called this company again, they said that there a lot more problems and they need to send us new estimate!!! STAY AWAY FROM THISCROOKS BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE!!!!

+ 0 moreReceived prompt accurate estimate. They showed up on start date. They worked diligently and skillfully. There was no disturbance to the household. There was a thorough cleanup at end of job. Workers were Hungarian and spoke little English but seemed to have superior skills. .
Description of Work: On cedar shake roof (house and garage): replaced some shingles, removed algae, mildew, etc., applied oil preservative, removed old TV antenna. Also, replaced some rotted siding below roof.
