Asurion

Asurion sent an independent contractor named Peter Johnson to repair my iPhone 7 . I was given a 1pm-3PM arrival time just before 3PM he called and said he would be around 1 hr late. When he got here he was nice and went to work really fast. In my opinion "To Fast" like he was trying to make up the lost time for the day on my repair. He changed the screen out in about 20min and put it back together. He restarted the phone and said you may need to re-sink it with iTunes. Rather than wait to be sure it was ok, he ran out the door. In about 5 min it was clear my Home Screen Button wasn't working at all, but was totally fine before he started. I tried to call him right back to try and get him to come right back but he didn't answer and I had to use another phone as I couldn't do anything with mine since the Home Screen Button wasn't doing anything. I called him 4 times, texted him 2 times, and emailed him as well. No response to any of them even by the next day. When he ran out the door he did give me his card and say if you need any other phones fixed that are not insured I have my own business as well. I called the Asurion and told them everything that happened and they said they could send him back, but I would have to pay the $49 fee again. I said to them, "You have to be kidding me, he didn't fix it." They said, our only no cost option now was to replace my phone. I said, "I don't really want to replace it", but after they checked with the supervisor they said that was my only no cost option left to get mailed a replacement phone in 2 days. wants to get the old phone in replacement of the new phone and charged 200$ for a samsung phone this is highway robbery. im disgusted with them,they were no good when you didnt handed the old phone they said they will charge me 500$ called Sprint but nobody called me.

Whenever I have a problem with my phone they send a refurbished phone. Both times, they have send me phones that did not work. I think they are a horrible company.
