Had a leak in the ceiling of our family room. Presumably from the shower stall in the master bath upstairs. Victor was very responsive when I called the first time. He realized that this needed urgent repairs and came by to take a look the same evening. He gave me an estimate for the drywall which was damaged and told me that the actual leak (find and repair) would be charged at $75/hr which seemed reasonable. The next day he came with 2 other helpers (one his son) and cut out the damaged drywall. Eventually he did not find the source of the leak. But he did spend a lot of time trying to let the water run upstairs. Finally he just fixed the dry wall and did a good job of it.

They work that he did was OK, but he did break a few things working in the tight space.

He came out to do an estimate and was very professional. He had some knowledge that other people did not know or did not tell me. He is very good at getting back to me.

I had a lot of water flooding into my basement. He made it on time to his second appointment. He was nice and very charismatic young man but he went home to write up my estimate and I never heard back from him.

Everything went well, despite the fact that I had gotten the wrong style replacement faucet for my sink and had to return to the store for a different one. He charged me fairly, fixed what needed fixing and was very efficient.

Everything went just fine. Victor was patient while I took my time getting four estimates.

Showed up on time, quick estimate, kept price to estimate even though board feet of damaged trim was a more than estimated. Was able to schedule promptly and completed work on time even with a day delay due to rain.

We needed to know what if any repair needed to be made to cracks in our cement foundations, and whether, after recent water damage, we should get a sump pump. The owner called to ask if it was OK to come early, and showed up promptly. He looked at the problems and told us that the cracks were fine and that he didn't think a sump pump was necessary. There was no charge for the call. I will definitely call again!

Outstanding work, very reliable, and able to fix a variety of problems. Will definitely call on Victor Menendez again.

He had two helpers and they seemed to do OK.

They did a fine job. They responded very well also I have recommended them to others.

They were great. He delivered the work. He came back and replaced things at his own expense. For example he was painting around a door, and the cover came off and he got paint on the trim. He replaced the trim for me at his own expense.

Victor who runs the show made the entire process painless with his friendly demeanor. He is very professional and thorough with his estimates. He completed work on time. His has a great crew who stay focused on the job. I am planning to use their services and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent. I have to work during the day, so Victor came over in the evening to discuss the details. I gave him a key and left him to do the work. Work was performed quickly (keeping in mind that it takes several days for drywall work). Crew cleaned up work area every day. Victor called me if there were any issues or to confirm any steps that he had a question on. I paid him a small amount at the beginning to cover materials, remainder was paid at the conclusion of the drywall work and the cabinet installation. Definitely recommend.

From the initial estimate, Victor was very responsive to us. He showed up on time and was very courteous. We are both extremely happy with the way our bathroom's turned out. I highly recommend him.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Victor came on time for the estimate and maintained contact with me during the whole process. He provided a breakout of the costs per job which was helpful. He had a crew helping him with the planter framing and capping. Unfortunately the crew had at one point put their equipment on my neighbor's lawn which upset her because it flattened her grass. She asked them to move their things, which they did. The planter was a challenge because it required cutting aluminum trim at odd angles and cutting such a small amount to match the house color was prohibitively expensive. Suffice it to say that Victor suggested a creative solution and it turned out well. He touched up the stains in my ceiling without me even asking him to do it. He cleaned my gutters for no extra charge after I mentioned problems with overflow. The planter construction was challenging and took a long time but Victor was on top of things from start to finish.

Victor Menendez, the owner was very trustworthy to get the job done. His price was not the lowest price that I was offered, but his quote was very clear. The other quotes weren't as clear as the scope of the work. He also managed to squeeze in some other work that I needed to have done, some at no charge and some for a modest charge. The only negatives were that we had to remind them to clean up some of the paint that was dripped about and there was a couple of incidents that weren't reported. Overall, he did come through and the place looked great and he finished the job after our family already relocated across the country.

Victor was very professional throughout. He came by to give an estimate exactly when he said he would. His price is reasonable for the amount of labor involved. He and his crew showed up on time on the scheduled day and completed the work quickly. They were able to remove the mud-set ceramic tile without damaging the surrounding dry wall or the plumbing behind one of the walls. They bagged up all the debris, about fifteen bags worth. Then they swept the bathroom floor and got up all the shards and dust. Victor was very helpful and quite willing to discuss the challenges this job presented and offer excellent suggestion and explanations. He's great!

He finished in the time he said he was going to. I like his punctuality! He usually came early. He is courteous. Cleans up after himself. $2,500 for our rental work. $850 for our home. Excellent service! I would refer him to my friends and family!

The work identified in the estimate was completed to our satisfaction. They even identified a few smaller areas and replaced the wood at no additional cost. A crew of three men worked on our house for three days. Victor came the first day and explained all the work to his crew. The crew worked diligently each day. Victor came by a few times a day to ensure that the crew was doing a good job. Upon completion, Victor insisted on an inspection of the work with his crew and then with us, the customer. When we paid him, we felt our money was well spent.

Victor was very personal and "spoke English". He returned my calls quickly and from the time I 1st contacted him to the completion of the job. It took 3 weeks time (with a holiday included).

Went well. The company did a great job with the repairs.

He was very quick and efficient in his estimating visit and then came quickly thereafter to do the job. He was on time and did his work efficiently and neatly, cleaning up well after. When a glitch developed a few days later, he returned and fixed the problem. He was helpful and answered all questions the homeowner had.
