Description of Work: Nothing! I agree with the other reviewer. No response after I talked to him and he said he would stop by and give me an estimate. 4 days later nothing. That was the second attempt. Waste of my time!!

Description of Work: Victor and his crew did such an excellent job! Not only was he meticulous and thorough, he was personable and listened to our needs. They came on a Thursday and were done on a Saturday. We hired him to correct a job that was done by a different company over the summer, now that he has come in and fixed everything we have no doubt that everything is done right, we no longer are worried about leaks or poor construction. We will definitely be reaching out to Ashburn Handyman for future projects!

Description of Work: Ashburn Handman dropped the ball, Nick has not followed thru what he said (get estimate quick and scheduling work that was a week out). Was that some company line, would not waste time calling them again. I got someone else to do work as promised!

Description of Work: I contacted Ashburn Handyman via email and was told that I needed to find another service provider that was closer. I live in Arlington. However, it says on both Angie's List and on the Ashburn Handyman site that Arlington is in their service area which is why I contacted them. Apparently, it is not - if they don't service Arlington, Asburn Handyman needs to remove this as a service area.

Description of Work: Nick (Victor, the owners son) came by my townhouse to gather information to provide an estimate. A week later (they were having server issues), I received my estimate and called to have the work scheduled. They scheduled me promptly and on the day and time I had requested. The day of the work they arrived even a few minutes early and were very professional. Victor was there to review the work scope with me, oversee and manage the crew as they got started. They performed a variety of services like exterior wood work, plumbing and sealing/caulking. Their work was very good and thorough. Victor was especially helpful in running out to get paint and additional supplies on my behalf because my hands were full with an infant. AND he didn't charge extra for it! I would absolutely recommend Victor and his team and will be sure to use them again.

Description of Work: They repaired some brick on the front of our house.

Description of Work: Did a nice job installing a replacement window and a new windon. Typical men neither they nor my husband would listen to me about the wall being masonary rather than wood. When they found I was right they accomodated on the price for all the extra work. Also installed a range hood. Everything worked out well.

Description of Work: We setup a time for them to come look at the job via email. They were a no-show. It's now almost a week later with no explanation or follow up from them.

Description of Work: I liked all the Angie's List comments so I called Ashburn Handyman. The person that answered asked me to send my list of jobs to the e-mail address listed. I did. I haven't heard anything back and that was a few days ago. I have called another handyman from Angie's List and he came out about an hour after I called.
