Scheduled work after materials "were on hand" two different times and showed up without all required materials. Showed up a third time with all materials and completed the job. In the end, I paid a fair price for good work, but it took way too long and involved unnecessary restarts to get it done.

Description of Work: Excellent job. Replaced antique glass in eight to ten broken windows in our historic home. Put storm windows on all windows without them and screens on three double-hung windows. Careful, efficient, professional work. We are very pleased with the results.

It works beautifully now, but the first person that came did not diagnose the problem and what was needed to be replaced properly. As a result the repare took 6 weeks because they had to come back 2 times. All the people that did the actual repare were great and very clean workers.

Description of Work: Replaced four windows that we under warranty from a maker that no longer does. Per warranty maker paid for windows, I paid for installation. Quote process went well and timely. Windows took a few weeks after placing order. Installation went well also. The one suggestion I have is that installers wear booties as there were some tracks left on the just shampooed carpets. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I had a cracked window in a 3rd floor townhouse stairwell. I called to make an appointment for an estimate - had my choice of days and times right away. Chris Jensen came and took measurements and I received a written estimate the next week. Three weeks later the window had arrived and I had the window installed by two courteous men. It wasn't an easy replacement due to the location of the window, but they took it all in stride and had the job done in about 45 minutes. They left a little bit of a clean up, but it wasn't a problem. They were careful in maneuvering a 10 foot latter up a stairwell, so I appreciated that. I'm very happy with the new window and the service by this company. I've had much worse experiences (like the contractor who broke the window in the first place and left).

Description of Work: Manufactured and delivered a glass table top protector. Price was by far the lowest compared with other local glass manufacturers. They were pleasant and courteous to deal with.
