We explained that the fence was old and we were concerned that our small dog 🐕 was getting out. We had galvanized chain link fence and wanted to replace with the same. He suggested the guideline at the bottom of the fence. We agreed to a price. His team showed up on time, did the job, leaving the yard cleaner than when they arrived. I am very pleased We would highly recommend him to our neighbors and friends.

We requested an estimate and had an appointment scheduled. No one showed up. When we called to ask when time he would arrive he told us he was already on his way home and 45 minutes and couldn't come for the appointment. I told him my husband and I both took off work for the appointment and that he should honor the appointment - he said it was too far to come back and said he called and my husband didn't answer. Note, when we booked our estimate we specifically stated my husband works in a secure office and CANNOT answer his phone during the day - we supplied e-mail as an alternate. He said he canceled our estimate because my husband didn't answer his phone during the day. We asked him to still come since we need a fence installed asap, to which he replied once again he was 45 minutes away and was not coming.

They were very responsive to my inquiry about repairing and/or replacing my fence. I had someone from the company at my house within a day or so. He gave me a verbal estimate and as it was my first of two or three expected estimates, I told him I would discuss with my wife and get back to them. I called a week later to hire them for the job. When I called the main number on their website, I was told they needed to find the salesman in my area in order to get an estimate and that he would call me back. Another week later and I had not heard from anyone so I called back and was then told someone needed to come to my house, again, to give me an estimate. I said fine, and a week later, no response. I have since hired another contractor to do the job.

All American was very patient with HOA issues and once settled, promptly installed the fences and removed the debris.

Nino & crew were responsive and professional! We are delighted with the fence. It looks beautiful and it has really enhance the value of the property. It completes the yard. We would definitely use them again if they were a need

The process went extremely well. I only met one of the employees (Nino) and he was very pleasant, professional and quick. He gave me a verbal quote for the job and that number did not get any higher when I received the official quote. The lady I spoke to over the phone to arrange the date of installation and payment was very friendly and helpful too. I actually forgot what day they were coming and came home to the surprise of a beautifully completed fence. I'm not a big fan of chain link, but since most of my yard was already enclosed in it, it was my most affordable option to close off the yard so my dog could run around. The chain link they installed actually looked pretty to me and made the rest of my chain link look subpar in comparison. When I decide to upgrade my fence to vinyl or wood, I will definitely give them a call. From inquiry to installation, everything was done in less than three weeks.

Went well - reviewed and added specifics to the contract prior to scheduling the job and all additions were met. The crew was punctual, polite, and did a very nice job of repairing and replacing fencing. The crew had to return (same day) to complete the install as I needed the deer fence to be tacked down on the bottom edge and they did this very willingly. Would definitely hire them again.

Horrid customer service and no reliability. Despite describing the desired work to the office manager several times, and giving the same info to the principle installer, I had to provide this info at least 3 times - felt like an "up-sell" and after 4 weeks I NEVER received the original estimate. Do not recommend this company.

We needed to replace about 200 feet of wooden fence around our yard. We replaced an old 6 foot pine fence with a 7 foot cedar plank fence with three gates. All American provided the best price on, by a significant margin, over the other two companies that gave us bids. We also got an Angie's List discount. The crew arrived on-time, working well into the evening and finishing the job on the second day. There were a few difficult spots where they had to work around a garden shed, a neighbor's adjoining fence, and two trees that were right on the fence line. The did a great job and we are very pleased with the end-result. Our only complaints were that they needed to come back later to trim the bottom of the fence, which was touching the ground in several spots -- a no-no for cedar fences -- and they also trampled a couple small azalea bushes. But they were pretty responsive in addressing the fence-trimming and I'll cut them some slack on the bushes since it was in a space where access was not easy. Would definitely recommend them on both price and quality.

All American Fences has excellent customer service and was very flexible in helping to meet my and my neighbors scheduling requirements as we tried to sequence different landscaping projects. The owner met with us early in the mornings enabling me to not have to reschedule work meetings which was a huge relief. Their willingness to come for a second trip to install the driveway gate after my new driveway was installed was greatly appreciated. The price was good - on the lower end of the quotes we received but not the cheapest. The completed fence looks great and significantly improved the curb appeal.

They were punctual and professional, and the result is very well done. It took longer than anticipated, so they came back the next morning to finish it.

It worked out very well. The job was completed in one day and the fence looks terrific. Nino recommended a slightly thicker post than my neighbor's, which his crew installed. There was a slight issue which a crew member came back to fix. I especially liked the crew.

All American did a great job of installing our fence. Their price was very fair and the quality of materials used was superior. Would definitely use them again.

All went as planned and very well. Manuel came with two crew members and did the job in approximately 2 hours. All personnel with this company, who I had dealings with, were very pleasant, professional and eager to please.

We got quotes from two companies that were within $30 of each other. We chose All American because they could start the job much earlier than the other company. The workers showed up on time and worked well to tear out the old fence and install the new one. They finished in one day. The materials look very good and the fence, particularly the gate, is very sturdy.

I heard about All American Fence from my neighbor who used them last year. I got quotes from them and about 4 other local fence companies. All American was the cheapest of the group. Having seen their work on the neighbors fence I was confidant they'd do a good job and hired them. Now that the job is complete I can say they've done a terrific work, and I'm totally satisfied with the product. The fence looks great and they did the work quickly and efficiently. I have a couple of tips after my experience. They said the project would be a 2 day job and it was. What they didn't mention is that the concrete footings for the posts would have to dry for a day, so the job was actually 3 days--not a big deal but worth pointing out. My only complaint is that they left all the demo'd fencing in my front yard after day 1. On day 2, no one arrived (due to the concrete drying) and I wasn't sure when they'd return. I moved all the debris to the street myself to save the lawn and also so I could mow it. They took all of the debris by the end of the job, I just wish they had taken it away on day 1. In the end, I'm very happy with the work, the price, and the final product. I'd use them again for a fencing or decking project in a heartbeat!

The foreman Manuel and his crew did a great job. Very professional and thorough could not be more pleased with their work. Highly recommend.

The installers showed up as scheduled on the morning of my installation appointment. We communicated and verified where the fence was to be installed and the gate locations. All in all, I am very pleased. A very professional job, they cleaned up after themselves and were gone by 6:30PM. I would highly recommend.

Worst experience I've ever had. It's been like a full time job just getting Milton to call me back. We set an appointment and he's a no show. Twice! All he and his boss Nino offer are excuses. I have a very busy, very structured life, and so I schedule time to do pretty much anything. This company has time and again completely disregarded my time. Time that I simply do not have time to waste. We have had estimates prepared by three other companies as well, (averaging $24k) and none of them have shown the disregard for my time that Milton has. USE ANY OTHER COMPANY

We will be using them for our fence, if we get our permits.

The owner was extremely professional and answered all my questions as well as gave me some great suggestions. The crew was very polite and cleaned up nicely when finished. Overall we are very pleased!
