Description of Work: The technician diagnosed an electrical fault and provided a repair and replace option and was candid about the age of the system and it's current condition and potential remaining system life. He provided good operating advice in order to prolong the current system life. I chose the repair option and the system is working properly. Great customer service.

Description of Work: Came to replace allegedly leaky valves for my washing machine after Best Buy delivery men told me they couldn't install my brand new washing machine because the valves appeared to be leaking. However, Air1 said they were NOT leaking and did not need to be replaced, and they were right. So they installed the washing machine for me, and they also discovered that my dryer vent was very clogged up. So fortunately they cleaned it out for me and did an excellent job. Both individuals were very pleasant and professional.

+ -1 moreMy AC was not working and I called one company for repairing the AC. They told me that the unit is too old and it is not repairable. I called Air1 Mechanical System for a second opinion. Their technician gave me half an hour in advance courtesy call and he was on time. He was very professional and honest and was able to repair my AC for few hundred dollars. However, since my unit was more than 15 years old he recommended replacing the unit with a high efficiency system. He gave me an estimate for replacement. This summer I decided to replace my unit since the system was old and I contacted Air1 for another free estimate. They gave me a good price and I was happy with the system that I purchased and their smooth installation process and their support. I definitely recommend this company.
