+ -1 moreI called this company, and since no one answered the phone, I left a detailed voice mail explaining the problem and requesting they call me back. No one called. I called again the next day and left another message. Still no one called back. In my opinion, a company does not deserve an "A"-rating if they are totally unresponsive and don't even have the courtesy to call a customer back.

+ -1 moreWent very well and saved me $1500 or a new $8000 hvac system. Very honest and accurate with they're diagnosis. If you want perfection call Accu-Air.
Description of Work: Accu-Air Checked my heat pump after another hvac company after performing 6 month tune up told me I needed $1500 of work. Accu-Air checked the entire system and only found a spider cacoon. None of the other stand up guys work needed to be performed. Saved me $1500.

+ -1 moreI called ACCU-AIR Inc after a different Heating/AC company informed me that I need over $3,000 dollars in repairs needed which would not guarantee the system would work much longer. It was their recommendation that I purchase a new AC unit due to the costly repairs. A new furnace was also suggested due to mold and ultimately was presented a proposal over 10K! ACCU-AIR checked both units and said there are NO repairs required and that both systems are working properly. No signs of mold anywhere other than a small spot on the outside of the furnace where the humidifier leaked, which in fact was due to the previous company not securing it properly to begin with! It's nice to work with an honest guy. Seems so hard to come by these days. I would highly recommend Ricky from ACCU-AIR INC.
Description of Work: Checked operation of both AC units. Adjusted charge on base unit and informed me both units are working properly.
