The first visit, workmen came unprepared and could not do the work on the scheduled day. The office quickly rescheduled for two days later, work was done with no problems. Juan C. is very experienced and performed the work quickly and was very neat. Although the price was somewhat higher than other bids I got, I would definitely use this company again.

Everything went well, great installers...be aware, the additional surcharge is $100 for roof pitches above 35% or third levels. I was at 38% apparently...just a FYI for budgeting purposes.

I can't speak highly enough of the electrician Juan and his tech Brian. Very professional, always able to clearly explain things, and so clean! Clean up and room/furniture protection with these guys gets an A++. We have several decorated rooms with fragile items and white leather furniture with high maintenance area rugs and they covered and protected everything and vacuumed and dusted after each room was completed (not waiting until the very end of the whole job). We had Juan and Brian at the house for 5 days and their lever of professionalism and care never waivered. Extremely knowledgeable which made everything go quickly and the inevitable unexpected finds in our 20 year old home were explained and addressed while keeping on budget and on time. We have already asked for quotes on further projects and we will certainly be using them again. When the county inspector came to see the new fuse box he exclaimed "Wow! You have a really great electrician. I rarely see a box this clean and organized"

Bryan and Ryan did an excellent job. They were punctual, efficient and thorough. I'm very pleased with all of the results. This is my third time using Absolute and they'll be my only call the next time I need electrical work. I highly recommend this company.

Old attic fan wasn't working well. Made an appointment with Absolute Electric because of their high ratings and good price. The appointment was 2 weeks out because they were busy. On appointment day, they showed up on time and called 30 minutes in advance. They know their stuff ... identified that the old fan cannot be repaired, the old attic fan location wasn't optimal and so installed a new fan at a different location. Everything was done in 2.5 hours.

Absolute Electric is my go-to company for anything electrical. They are very knowledgeable and will give lots of free advice on the phone before even coming out. Their prices are fair and the workers are punctual and respectful of one's home (wear booties, etc). I wish I could find other contractors (plumber, etc) that are as reliable as Absolute Electric is!

Will and Bryan came right on time. They were polite, friendly and very professional. They listened to my concerns, asked questions and made sure they understood. The work was performed correctly to my complete satisfaction.

The technicians showed up on time and in under 30 minutes had everything done. While I'm sure the fire alarms were pretty easy to install the light fixture I wanted replaced was quite challenging. It was located on the top floor directly over the stairs. I had originally wanted an antique fixture installed in that location. They explained that the antique fixture too heavy for the that location and what would be involved if I wanted to install it anyway. I decided to go with another fixture I had and even though it was a tricky location they had the old fixture removed and the new fixture installed in about 15 minutes. The technicians Will and Bryan were very friendly and professional. I have used this company in the past and would definitely use them again in the future.

Perfect. Shane and Ben were professional, prompt and a pleasure to work with. They quickly installed the ceiling fans and fixed the electrical circuit that continued to trip. They also performed an overall assessment of my home's electrical power and discovered my attic fan was broken. Good to know that they went the extra mile. I will definitely be using Absolute Electric again!

As with doing anything in a 1942 house, an issue cropped up related to old wiring. Dan was able to solve it quickly and professionally. He was clear, courteous, and very professional, as is everyone from Absolute Electric.

Rob did an excellent job. He explain what he saw. What was done wrong by original fan installer done years ago. He corrected their mistakes and made sure I would not get any leaks around the attic fan and shingles are now secure. Rob also installed a turn off switch which was never done before. I was shocked to find out the other install did not do a professional installation more as an after thought. I would definitely reuse Absolute Electric for any electrical needs that I need in the future.

The scheduling of my appointment was just what I needed and the technician, Shane, called in advance, was on time and did a great job. He handled himself in a very professional manner, was courteous and very careful.

Juan arrived on time after giving me a call beforehand to let me know he was on his way and when I could expect him. He carefully checked the outlets, determined the problem, and explained on a level I could understand. He offered a solution, which I approved. He completed the work in 1.5 hours. Before he left, he again explained what he had done to solve the problem and offered tips for the future so that if I had problems again, I could figure out where the problem was coming from, i.e., how to determine if it was an appliance versus a fuse.

I purchased an Angie's list offer through the website. Everything from scheduling to completion of the work was smooth. The job was well done as described.

This is the second time we have used Absolute Electric LLC. Both were outstanding. Shauwn Collins, the owner, came to the house to do the estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and made useful recommendations. The resulting estimate was at a fair price. Juan Merida and Bryan did the actual work. They came on time and finished the job faster than scheduled. The fixtures and wiring are installed very neatly, even though working under the cabinets is difficult. The lights are positioned perfectly to provide optimal lighting for our counters. They cleaned up completely. Absolute Electric is a very dependable, proficient, and professional organization. We will continue to use them.

Juan showed up on time and went right to work. He figured out the issue quickly, and replaced the damaged outlet and GFCI . He explained not only what he did, but also why which I really appreciated. Juan was professional, prompt, and clearly very knowledgeable. I will be using Absolute Electric in the future if anything else in my home requires an electrician. Excellent job - thank you!

Rob and Bryant got it done in about 3 hours, including some problem-solving. They are competent, thorough and polite. They did everything I asked for. No collateral damage.

The actual work went really well. The inspector even commented on the high quality and that I had received excellent service. The downside was that they attempted charge my credit card $28,835 for a $1900 job. I'll give the benefit of the doubt, but it still resulted in a fraudulent charge flag, and the locking of all of my accounts, subsequent embarrassment at the store when my card was declined (I still had no idea this had happened when I went to the store), and a decent amount of work to get everything back to normal. And oddly enough, no one even reached out from Absolute Electric to tell me my payment method had been declined. Sadly, I really liked the work that was done on the house, but with the risk that your accounts would be locked because of sloppy office work, I can't recommend anyone use their service.

They came out two or three times. The workers were very good. They figured out the problem very quickly. It took less than an hour.

Worked around my schedule by turning on the electric when I needed it. Cleaned up after self and explained things to keep me informed. There were no hidden fees and everything was included in the quote provided. I would recommend this company.
