Description of Work: Our basement lighting circuit breaker tripped and wouldn't come back on. I called at 7am and like magic, Shane showed up at 7:30am. He quickly determined that one of our outlets had a meltdown, showed us the problem, and educated us on loose outlets, which we never knew were a fire hazard. Shane patiently explained everything and answered all our questions. Will definitely request him again!

Description of Work: Absolute electrician Mark and his associate Bryon installed a lighting fixture in my foyer in July 2016. They arrived on time, wore shoe covers to protect my floors and rugs, and did the work in a very professional manner. I also consulted them about some other electrical work I need to have done in the near future and will request the same team to handle this work. Both were very polite and easy to work with. I used Absolute Electric in 2015 for some other electrical work and highly recommend them. Everyone I have dealt with at Absolute (electricians, scheduler, and customer service) has been great to deal with--very professional, polite and helpful.

Description of Work: I called to schedule to have 2 light fixtures replaced. I was able to get an appointment relatively soon for the next week. Bob, the electrician, called to let me know he was on his way and then promptly arrived. He was neat and tidy as he did his job. I asked a few questions and he seemed to be very knowledgeable about his trade. Overall, a very good experience. I will call again if I need electrical work done in my home.
