It all went smoothly and quite quickly. The provider was polite, punctual and did exactly what we asked with no problems at all.

Everything went great. Explained that we wanted a ceiling fan installed over phone and they provided a quote. They came out and installed quickly on scheduled date.

The two gentle were on time. They called when the were 15 minutes away (we live 15 minutes from Absolute Electric). We had the first appointment of the day, so they were here before 8:00. The job took less than 1 1/2 hours. They were very professional, put the lights exactly where I wanted them, cleaned up after themselves. They only had to make one hole in the ceiling which we can easily patch (they state upfront that they do not repair drywall...they are electricians, not contractors). I was very happy with the results and service. In fact, we're thinking of installing new under-cabinet task lights and we plan to use Absolute Electric.

They were great to work with. They were on time, neat and did the job quickly. I would highly recommend their services.

Very mixed. The owner, Shawn, is very responsive and detailed in his explanations and Rob, who did the initial work, provided very useful information to me about how the system worked and the capacity of the various outlets (no longer using the high powered hairdryer in the bedroom!) BUT, he also left the gate open and one of my precious border collies got out (Thank God I got him back safely and quickly!!), and he destroyed a flower bed installing one of the rods. He also did not install the meter outside, even though I had paid for this and it was supposed to be done, so the county failed the inspection and they had to return. Good thing my husband was on vacation. Finally, one of the 8 ft rods had to be driven into the ground a few feet from the house becuase they hit something close to the house. They did not call Mis Utility; I discussed this with Shawn and he indicated that it was not necessary but it makes me nervous that something was driven that far into the ground without calling Mis Utility because you are supposed to call them before you even put a "for sale" sign" in your front yard. When someone else came to do the meter, several days later, he was unaware that we had paid for the second 50% of the work and wanted to charge my husband the $1325.00. My husband had to call me at work to ask where the receipt was. While we assume the work itself was done correctly because it passed inspection, the combination of leaving a gate wide open when you know I have dogs, destroying the flowers I paid to have put in, and not installing the meter the first time really do degrade the overall service. If Rob had not been so professional and informative with respect to the work itself I would have given them a failing grade. Very disappointed, since I used them based on the reviews here.

Tim called before he came and arrived in the time window we had scheduled. He quickly replaced the two switches and the doorbell and then spent some time examining the two fans. He told me to get a new remote with a switch that goes into the fan canopy and he'd come out and replace it. For the fan that randomly turns on and off, he tried to find a manufacturer but couldn't and I don't have the sales slip. Since it's not a big problem, I decided to just let it go rather than pay him to disassemble the fan. He was very courteous and always told me what he was doing.

They showed up on time with the right equipment and had the whole project done quickly. The fan works great and I have had no problems. It made a huge difference in my 3 story townhouse.

We were very pleased with them! Tim and Kyle arrived on time and knew exactly what to do. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. They were very respectful and asked questions whenever they needed direction from us about what we wanted. Their prices for installing the ceiling fans were very reasonable, too...lower than several other electrical companies I checked with. We would definitely hire them again.

I contacted Absolute Electric for an estimate and they sent a representative on sight the same week, very responsive and timely for non-emergency work. The administrative team is polite, organized and easy to coordinate with. Thank you Melanie! I cannot say enough about the gentleman (Cole) who came out for the estimate. He is knowledgable, professional and extremely thorough. I also appreciate the time he took to patiently and politely answer all my questions; he educated me on codes, permit process and reviewed with me what he could see on our panels and electric wiring that is still exposed in unfinished parts of our basement. As new homeowners, he walked me through the process of verifying that the work done in the basement had pre and post construction permits and provided me with an estimate clearly outlining work to be preformed if we chose to proceed. Additionally, he followed up with a phone call the same afternoon to inform me he checked with the county and verified the basement had been inspected and permitted both rough-in and at a later date for final refinishing. Lastly, Cole also explained to me how to get copies of the permits if I wanted them on-hand as the homeowner. Wow! Not only did he take the time to educate me, he also went the extra mile to check on the status and follow up. The next week Rob and Kyle came out to perform the work, another fantastic experience with this company! They called ahead of time to let me know when they were enroute, are polite, professional, reviewed work to be done prior to starting, found a first-in-line outlet and verified wet bar area GFCI protected (so that work did not have to be done-saved me some money!) and reviewed with me prior to departure the whole house surge protector functions / indicator light etc. Top-notch company from start to finish. I will use them again, I highly recommend.

The technician arrived right on time and worked diligently in the hot attic to install the fan. He also identified a wiring problem with the existing gable fan and fixed it. We have used Absolute Electric once before and their service is superior as is the quality of the workmanship and professionalism. I plan to hire them for any future electrical work we need and highly recommend them.

CAME AT 11AM. CHECK THE ELECTRICAL LIGHTS, FOUND BALLAST WAS OUT WITH POWER COMING TOWARDS THE BALLAST. WENT OUT TO GET THREE BALLAST ( TOOK 21MINS) CAME BACK SWAP PARTS. ALL FIXED AT 12:15PM. CHARGED 1.5 HOURS X AROUND $117( $130 IF I WASN'T ANGIE'S LIST, WHEN I SHOWED HIM THE 10 DISCOUNT COUPON) CHARGED $79.81 FOR PARTS. $175.50 FOR THE LABOR.

We just recommended them to someone else too. They were great. The owner of the company talked to us on phone and explained everything. All the customer service was wonderful.

I messaged them on Sunday afternoon and had a call back from them on Monday morning at 7:50. They even had an opening for Monday. Tim was exactly on time. He was very professional and explained how the three alarms worked together. Installed the alarms and showed me all the features and how to test them. Everyone I talked to from making the appointment to the installer were very polite, professional and no surprises on the cost. it was exactly the price they told me when I made the appointment. I will definitely use them again for any electrical projects.

I've used Absolute Electric several times and the service has always been outstanding. This time was no exception - Tim (the technician) was on time and efficient. He was informative - explained what he was going to do, what he found when he did the work, and answered any questions I had about the service. The work was relatively simple - my attic fan died several weeks before and I needed to have it replaced. My only negative comments are related to scheduling the work. As I said before, I've used these folks in the past with outstanding results so, when my attic fan died on July 5th, I decided to call Absolute Electric for the repair/replacement. I called the office and spoke to the receptionist about scheduling the repair/replacement. She told me they typically do that work in the early morning (7AM - 9AM), that the schedule was pretty tight but she would be able to have somebody come out the following week. She asked me what color the fan was so they could ensure they had the right replacement fan on the truck when they came out She told me that they'd be out between 8-10AM on friday the 12th. When they didn't show up on the 12th, my wife called the office and was told that nobody was scheduled and there was a note "in the book" that said "called to reschedule." At that point, they told my wife the soonest available appointment was for 7AM on July 23rd (which confused me as I was under the impression the technician was coming during the week of July 15th). My wife accepted the appointment at that time. Later that week (thursday the 18th I believe) the lady from Absolute called my cell phone and left a message asking me to call to confirm the appointment. I returned her call and she seemed confused about what I was asking to have fixed. After several minutes on the phone, she put me on hold and transferred me to the owner, who asked me what I was calling about and explained to me that they usually do these repairs in the early morning. It was apparent that he was not aware that I already had an appointment for the 23rd of July at 7AM or what work I had called about. Once we had a chance to talk, we got things sorted out and the appointment happened as scheduled.

I have had an outstanding experience with them. The gentleman who helped me was just wonderful. I got them off Angie's List. The guy that helped me could not have been nicer; he was absolutely outstanding. What they have done for me, they have helped me in the past and what they did this time I do not have any problems with their price. They come on time and they do their work. They are very nice. They are trustworthy and I will pay for it and that is what I want. I have the all house search protector.

It was a pleasant experience. Absolute Electric and its technician, Rob Smith, were professional. Rob created the least invasive route from the electrical panel to the cabinet where the microwave oven would be located. I was expecting problems but I was surprised that it was as painless as possible. I would highly recommend Absolute Electric and especially Rob Smith to anyone.

When I contacted Absolute Electric they asked how I heard about them. When I replied "Angie List" the gentleman on they phone said that because of their favorable ratings they were extremely busy. The soonest they could get to me would be four days. That was fine with me since my problems were not an emergency. They called during the two hour window to say they were on the way. Work was done quickly. The technicians were professional and patiently answered my many questions. I would definitely use their services again. I would recommend them. As stated previously, they are busy. They thanked me for giving them the work.

The two Absolute Electric gentlemen worked quickly to install a heavy brass and crystal chandelier, and figure out how the existing wiring had been configured. I had already installed a heavy-duty cross bar/junction box, and they had the right tools handy to determine which wires needed to be connected. They clearly knew their business. Will definitely use them again.

I was having a difficult time finding a handyman/electrician to do this job. Many contractors I called wanted +$375 to do the job with no promises that it would not cost more. When I spoke to Sean at AE he told me it was no problem and said it sounded like a pretty simple job that barring any unusual issues should take less than an hour. He told me it would be a $117 unless it ran into two hours. I asked if the technician could call me on my cell when he was on the way and he did. He arrived promptly and finished the job in less than an hour. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I was extremely pleases with the service and the price.

I had just come back from an extended trip and my irrigation system was down, along with some outlets in the garage. I figured it was a tripped breaker, so I went to the panel and checked it, then I checked the nearest GFCI's...no love. I called to make an appointment to have someone come out and the owner stayed on the phone with me for 1/2 hour to troubleshoot the problem, find the culprit GFCI in the basement and fix it! I was ecstatic!! Nice guy, very thoughtful, patient and clearly knowledgeable. I am already recommending him to my friends and have him lined up to do a job for me in the future!

They did an excellent job. I contacted 6 different electricians from Angies list asking for quotes. Not only was absolute the first to respond after all the quotes came in they were the least expensive. Not only were the least expensive I asked the electricians I contacted if, while they were in the attic for wiring, they could connect the exhaust hose to the roof vent. I was surprised that almost every other electrician said No and most said they would charge me upwards off $100. Which is insane since it is a two minutes of work to tighten the hose on the exhaust vent. 2 mins if you're already up there. Absolute was reasonable and said it wouldn't be a problem to attach the hose if I provided the necessary material. They did a great job. Everything is running like a champ. I'm very happy with their work and highly recommend using them.

Kyle and Juan arrived on time. They were professional and friendly. I noted immediately they would not entire my home without putting on their booties. I appreciated this effort. They connected two newly installed attic fans, neatly tacked the wire, connected the to one box, and tested them. Once they were tested, they asked to witness operating fans and explain appropriate settings. I'd give Kyle and Juan an A+++ for service and the same for the entire staff of Absolute Electric. Thanks folks and see you in a few weeks for another job.
