Had to return to the warehouse to get proper parts. Otherwise, very professional.

They were scheduled to show up between 7-9am. A few minutes before 700, Robert called and said they were on their way. The gps showed arrival at approx 720, which was nearly spot on. A team of 2 friendly and polite electricians arrived and promptly started working. I was most impressed by how they met every little request I made and even assisted with moving very heavy furniture which were blocking outlets. They finished at approx 130pm without stopping for lunch. And then to cap it off, I was charged only the quote (even though I'm sure there were some extra parts and labor that I had not originally accounted for). It was an excellent experience from start to finish, and I am already planning to use Absolute Electric for my next electrical project.

Fair price, good work, and nice people. I've used them for many outlets and light switches as well as for pretty complicated light hanging. Great job every time.

From the initial phone call to the office and arrival of the electrician on site of our rental property - Absolute Electric LLC was outstanding. As out of town property owners - it can be difficult to locate qualified contractors and service providers to handle the day to day issues that come up. Absolute Electric LLC quickly responded to our call. Both the office staff and the onsite electrician (Robert) listened to our concerns and addressed the issues at a very responsible price. It is great to have been to locate through Angie's List a highly qualified company such as Absolute Electric LLC. We highly recommend this company for your commercial and residential needs.

Absolute Electric did a fantastic job replacing our kitchen, dining room and stairway light fixtures. The owner Shauwn was terrific to talk with over the phone. He asked great questions about each of the fixtures we were replacing so that the installers were totally prepared with what they needed to do. The installers were very punctual, professional and friendly. Each of the lights had their own unique issues (2 needed the electrical boxes moved, 1 had pipes in the way, 1 was in a stairway that was difficult to reach) and they did a terrific job on each one. The cost was also very reasonable given what needed to be done. I will absolutely use Absolute Electric for all my future electrical needs and recommend them to others. The service was excellent and on time. Prices were the best out of the other two estimates I had received. I work out of my home and they went out of their way to ensure I had power for my laptop while the power to the house was turned off. We have had lived in our house for 2 yard and it is nice to have the light switches fixed. Before we had switches that went to nothing and other ones seemed as if they should go to other lights but did not. We will definitely use them again when we are ready to have more work done and I have recommended them to a friend. Couldn't have asked for a better experience or for a better price.

The electricians did a good job. The price was reasonable and they did their best to try and accommodate a difficult relocation. They complete the work in the time frame they indicated they would. Scheduling the appointment went find and they were able to get to us in a reasonable amount of time.

Everything went exactly as described by the (not at all pushy) sale person on the phone, who also took the time to explain everything in detail right down to the pricing options and the fan options for the bathrooms. He was really helpful and detailed and didn't rush through anything. Robert called exactly on the day/time as described. He and Juan were a pleasure to have in the house. They were tidy, polite, helpful, patient and easy to work with. They interacted appropriately with questions and decision points throughout the day. I almost didnt put their names here, because I wanted to keep them to myself :), but they deserve a good write-up. They even stayed a little longer to finish up a room for me. Thank you! I'll be booking you back out as soon as the rest of the light fixtures arrive.

Fantastic - Robert did most of our work, very professional but what is more key is that you can trust the whole company to give you a honest quote and then carry out the work they committed to do. We will be using them in the future and have already recommended them to friends (who used them as well and had a great experience).

They were willing to give me an estimate over the phone. They didn't play any games which was nice. I knew right away if I wanted to use them or not. The technician, Robert, was prompt and professional. He cleaned up well after the work was done and hauled away some of the materials. I would definitely use him again.

The woman I spoke to when setting up the appointment was very helpful in answering all questions. Tim called 40 minutes before arrival and was on time for the appointment. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and concerns about breakers, outlets and light fixtures that hadn't worked in years. He gave me options that would save money. He fixed breakers to 6 rooms, corrected the problem that originally caused the outages, installed a whole house surge protector and fixed outside lighting in two areas. He also fixed outlets that provided power to the outside of the house. Tim was here for well over an hour but only charged me for one hour labor. This is not an easy house to work in and I very much appreciated Tim's care in getting around obstacles and his ease in working around dogs and cats. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

In addition, the company / receptionists were very communicative about timing of visit - they called that day to communicate exactly when the workers would arrive in the time window. Thank you! Had workers come out on two separate occasions... First visit -- the work was done quickly, quality was great, and electrician was easy to work with. Had very small issue with the visit, BUT called the owner and he immediately fixed the situation. He was EXTREMELY polite, professional, and wonderful to work with. Second visit, Claudio (electrician) was very communicative about options for installation of fixtures ... and helpful in explaining exactly what was going on. Great attention to detail, great communication, and very easy to work with during the visit. Thank you Absolute Electric! I absolutely recommend them to anyone.

It went great, it was not a big project they were very nice and did a good job and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Everyting went well. The job itself was uncomplicated. . I was especially appreciated the time Absolute Electric spent talking with me over the phone on what I wanted.

I was having problems with a chronically dead battery and suspected either a bad battery or the voltage regulator that controls charging. When I spoke to Absolute the owner recommended that I try replacing the battery (and suggested a place to buy one) before paying for a service call. I followed his advice. It didn't work out but I was favorably impressed and when I needed service I called Abolute. The service was performed professionally and competently. I plan to used this company in the future.

This company has received too much business from Angie's list to now care about its customers. They mischarged us at the outset, and further conveniently refused to accept the Angies List coupon after-the-fact. Their electricians chit chatted about their personal lives during the entire job on our dime, while clearly trying to run up the hourly charge. They boasted about a "one year warranty" which they never honored. They completely miswired two of the three rooms in our basement and refused to return any calls to attempt to fix their shoddy work. They failed to deliver on all counts and even an F is too high for this awful company. I would not recommend them to anyone and I agree with other users' opinions that Absolute Electric and its employees have very unethical business practices. Beware of this company. ___________________________ As a follow-up to my review, the owner called me and admitted that they dropped the ball in never returning my calls to address the warranty issue. I am disappointed to see his Angie's List response in light of his admission that they did fail to appropriately service me with a return call at minimum. I now realize that his only point in calling was to try to convince me to update my Angie's List review in his favor. The last contact (which is what Angie's List requests) was in October 2013, contrary to the servicer's statement. No discount was offered. We were told we could have one electrician, which would take the job longer to complete. Or pay for two electricians with a helper (essentially an intern learning on the job). There was never any mention that we were receiving a "discount". Any alleged discount by the owner still does not counter that they refused to take the Angie's list coupon and that they added about 45 minutes time to their invoice on the basis that they did about 15 minutes of "free" work, nor does it counter why they miswired 2 of the 3 rooms for which they were hired. The bottom line is that this company is unethical, does not honor what they promise and does not want to take any accountability for their misrepresentations. The owner does not want to take any responsibility for his employees' shoddy work and will always blame it on the customer. No customer in their right mind would be satisfied with false invoicing, miswiring of the very job they were hired to do, and then the complete failure of the company to warranty its work. A simple return call is not asking for much.

The job was finished but my original scope of work wasn't completed to my satisfaction. I would have been more satisfied if the vendor had discussed the problems they were having with me. They were unable to locate the parts that would have allowed them to finish the job as I'd hoped. They didn't let me know if the problem until the job was already half finished. I'd specifically asked about this and told they had the right parts. After discussing this with the owner, I think it was an honest mistake on the part of one of his employees and also with the supplier. In addition, repeated phone calls were not returned... even after leaving a message on their 24-hour emergency line. I was calling prior to the appointment to verify that they had the right parts... specifically to avoid the situation that occurred. The work performed was high quality it just wasn't what I'd asked for. I would have appreciated knowing about the problem before they were halfway into the job and which point my options were severely limited. However after all the problems, I have to give them credit... the owner called and tried to make me happy. I believe the mistakes made were not normal for the company... I just had a bad experience. I'll probably give them another shot when the next job comes up.

They removed the old inferior recess lighting and installed a better quality light-o-lier recess lighting per their recommendation. They were on time, they cleaned everything up. They were totally professional and they did an excellent job. I know it is done right by them.

Absolute Electric was a pleasure to work with. They scheduled my job for 48 hours after I called to make an appointment. They called the day prior to the appointment to confirm. On the day of the appointment, Richard showed up exactly on time and got right to work. He was courteous, professional and patiently answered my questions. His installation was clean and neat, and he vacuumed up as he went. You can always tell when you're dealing with a detail-oriented pro when all the switchplate screws are aligned in the same direction. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely hire them again.
