Shawn gave us fair estimates, walked us through both jobs (2 trips) with no surprises. Richard did the work on both occasions. Did great jobs, careful to limit drywall holes and cleaned up well. Got them based solely on Angie's and they'll be our first call next time we need electrical.

The techs arrived on time. Were polite and professional. I will continue to use this company for any electrical needs in the future.

I wanted a ceiling fan in the master bedroom but there was no existing fixture or wiring present in the ceiling. The electrician went into the attic to run wiring up through the wall, put together the fan, and got everything working. He was patient with my many questions and didn't rush or become outwardly frustrated, even when the job took longer than expected. He was very professional and I would not hesitate to use his services again. The office staff, however, seems to have some miscommunication problems. There was some confusion on what exactly I was being billed for, but it was eventually worked out.

Tim Birkley was timely in appearing for the job, he was professional in both his discussion with us and his work. He noted that our old surge protector's light was no longer illuminated and told us the price of installing a new one, as well as the warranty benefits, but he did not press us to install a new one. We chose to do it because it seemed prudent.

They were really good. They were thorough. They were reasonably priced. They were very honest and had great follow-up and great customer service. I bought my own lights. I was very happy. I called them again.

I would have never found the loose wire. These guys are the best.

It took three hours, and the tech that got sent was very professional. I could tell he was getting frustrated when he couldn't find the location of the issue, but he kept trying and maintained his professional demeanor. Eventually, he found the issue (which was difficult because the entire attic was now covered in a foot+ of loose insulation), and got everything fixed. I don't really know what the cost was because the attic contractor paid the bill. I tipped the guy and I was happy with his work.

Installation of a heavy dining room chandelier, with a dimmer switch. Showed up on time with his assistant. Work done quickly and professionally.

I have used Absolute several times over the years and they never disappoint. Regardless of the size of the job, Darlene always responds very quickly to any message I leave and the service appointments always meet our needs in terms of timing. The technicians call ahead to let me know that they are on the way and after the job is done Darlene follows up to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. Robert was the tech who handled this job and he has been here before so we enjoy the continuity of dealing with a familiar face. He is qualified, very personable, and most interested in going above and beyond. He even offered some options and suggestions that were helpful in getting the job done properly. I have trusted Absolute Electric with jobs big and small and they alway bring the same attention and sincere interest in doing the job right and in the most affordable manner. I will use them again for any electrical service need!

Setting up the appointment: First I want to share that Darlene in the office was great to talk to on the phone. She was helpful when I described the work that needed to be done and gave us the Angie's List Discount. I had to call back twice and she remembered who I was and what I was calling about. I never had to re-explain anything. We set the appointment up for that Friday, 05/30/14, for arrival between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Getting the work done: The electrician Timothy Berkley met my husband during at the specified time frame. The requested work was to install a flush mount light fixture we were unable to do ourselves due to a previous bad installation. Timothy was was professional, friendly and efficient. The light was installed quickly and we were extremely happy with the service provided. In summary, we will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Juan arrived exactly when he said he would. He took a look and helped us make the decision around whether or not we actually needed the fan -- we decided we did but we appreciated the discussion and opportunity to be fully informed customers. So he installed the fan quickly and efficiently. In the meantime, he also entertained our 3 year old son who wanted to "help." He was awesome. Also, the phone call I made initially to Absolute Electric was completely pleasant, no pressure, and very informative. Even the two calls I got this morning from Juan and the administrative person to let me know Juan was on his way were super friendly and professional. Would totally recommended Absolute Electric.

They are very prompt, courteous and professional. They clean up well after their work and they are very reasonably priced. I will absolutely continue to use them.

The main task was having the pendant lighting installed in the kitchen. Robert, the technician, was unable to do the work as originally scheduled for Friday afternoon because he became sick, but they put me on the schedule for the following day (Saturday), at which point he was well enough to work. Having the work done on Saturday was helpful as I didn't need to take off another day from work. It was good discussing the layout and placement of the pendant lights with him and it was clear that Robert knew what he was doing. He was professional, friendly and efficient. The lights look excellent. Overall, I'm very happy with the service. I will definitely contact them again in the future when I need electrical work done.

I couldn't be happier! Tim from absolute electric was a perfect professional-he overlooked the embarassing mess in my sixteen year old daughter's room and got right to work fixing a faulty circuit in no time flat. He figured out what was wrong with some circuits that were poorly wired when our house was built, fixed the two causing our current problems, and walked me through what would have to be done to fix others if they were also incorrectly. He did the work quickly and the total cost was far less than I had expected. I will be calling Absolute to do any other electric work I need done in the future-nice people, great work!

Excellent service. 30 minutes late but Rob's professional service was exceptional. He performed the annual service (clean, change oil, filter, plugs, and lubricate) for one-half of the cost of the last company. My lesson learned is check companies other than the installer for an estimate. As I learned with our pool, the installer usually charges more for the same service. Find 3 estimates. Lastly, gave me 10% discount due to Angie List referral.

The provider gave me a quote over the phone and was able to schedule service within two weeks of my initial call. We had the first appointment of the morning and the technician called me in advance to let me know they were on their way. Two technicians were here initially to do the installation. They consulted with me on placement and then began the work using attic access. The work was finished within three hours and the fans look and work great. There was no mess and no touch-up work that needs to be done. Initially, we were supposed to replace a bathroom exhaust fan. After looking at our existing fan, the technician said that it was working properly and that changing it would result in drywall damage and a lot more patching work for us. I appreciated that I was given all the information and the work was not done just to get the money.

The owner Sean first visited to review the project and he was very helpful in presenting the best options for the space, cost, time involved. He provided an estimate that day and was able to schedule the work within 2 weeks. The team of Robert and Juan arrived on time and reviewed the work to be done with me. They were very organized and covered all work areas with tarps and the site was immaculate when they were done. The men were very pleasant and professional. I would certainly use Absolute in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

I contacted Absolute Electric and discussed what I wanted done and scheduled a meeting. A representative promptly came as scheduled, assessed the situation, and provided a cost estimate. I accepted the estimate and the workers completed the work very professionally and within the estimated time. I was very satisfied with the completed results.

very well, one of the faulty outlets was an easy fix. The second was a bit more problematic and I appreciated the techs patience solving the issue. He gave good advise on a future project and I will certainly be calling them back when we are ready. thanks, G

They did an allright job. I had some problems scheduling. The person that closed the project wasn't available the entire time so I had to work with someone else -- walking them through the quote. I wanted some minor changes, and I ended up paying a lot for the changes. They didn't honor the Angie's List rebate/coupon for 10% off. They didn't show me where the discount was applied. Supposedly, they'd taken the discount off at the end, but it wasn't made clear to me.

I asked for a weekend time, they provided. he arrived in the window of schedule, knew roughly how the problem had been reported, and had the common solutions to try first, which fortunately worked. he listened to and answered all my questions. simple job well done. I did not do enough comparison shopping to know if the price was good. but weekend hours are somewhat hard to get. anyway job well done and I learned about wiring in the process.

The Company and more specifically, Richard did an absolutely superb job in diagnosing and resolving the issues we were having with our post light and landscape lighting. Richard was dispatched within 1 hour of my request for service. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and expertly performed the required corrective measures. I characterize this Company's overall performance as exceptional. I will surely call on them in the future for all my electrical service needs.
