Chris was on-time, thorough, and efficient. Since he is paid @ an hourly rate, I appreciated how quickly he replaced my outlets. I will definitely use them again!

We were a return customer of Absolute Electric in need of some modest electrical work to run 120 volt power outside to the rear of our small backyard to support a submersible sump pump. This company sent out a ?professional estimator? and their price came in at over 3+ times more than their nearest competitors estimate. Estimator refused to itemize the costs on the draft estimate he provided. This was an attempt to deliver a complete and utter price gouge. They are an embarrassment to the integrity of the entire electrical industry.

Michael and Carl did a wonderful job. They were personable and knowledgeable. The way my house was built created a lot of problems for what they were trying to do but they were able to draw from their broad experience and get the job done with the least amount of damage and everything worked perfectly. The time and effort that they spent on getting all the jobs done at my home was impressive and they cleaned up and even vacuumed afterwards! I would recommend them to anyone and I am going to hire them again because I know it would be done professionally and right the first time. They really seemed to care about the work that they did and how it turned out.

This was a very professional and smooth experience. Absolute Electric came out a week earlier to do an estimate which turned out to be very competitive. Upon agreeing to the estimate (they diligently applied their Angie's List discount), an appointment was scheduled. The day of the appointment, they called ahead to let me know that they were on their way, pretty much on schedule. The installer was very courteous, attentive to my desires and very responsive to my questions. The work entailed installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage. It required some drywall cutting, installing the outlet into the wall, routing heavy gauge wires inside the wall between the electric panel and the outlet. The work was done very efficiently and very cleanly (no drywall mess or repairs needed). The installer tested the outlet in front of me and addressed all the questions I had. This was my first experience with Absolute Electric and I am a very satisfied customer.

I called Absolute Electric after calling another not getting a return call from another electrician after leaving a message with their service -- so I started off happy. They were professional on the phone during scheduling. I got a phone call from Mark, the electrician, 20 minutes before arrival. He arrived with his ladder in hand, put on his shoe covers, and got to work. He was friendly and efficient removing and installing a ceiling fan. I also needed an existing fan adjusted. After making the fan adjustment, Mark offered to clean off the dust for me. Mark also made sure that he cleaned up and he took the old fan away. About 10 minutes after he left someone from Absolute Electric called to check on the service (and ask me to be sure and leave my happy response on Angie's List). I will definitely use Absolute Electric again.

Courtesy call on the way to my home as previously described. Jason assessed the installation in detail. All work was done safely, neatly, and to a high standard. His positive attitude was a joy to have here this morning.

I am really impressed with Absolute Electric. Honestly. Usually getting work done around the house is an ok experience, but this one was great. I purchased the attic fan deal through Angie's List, and got a call within a day. It is a local firm, and I spoke with the owner, which was great. They confirmed the appointment the day before, and called when they were on their way. They did the job professionally and quickly, with no hoopla or fuss. The attic fan itself has made a huge improvement in the temperature upstairs. I could tell the minute they turned it on. There is no longer a dramatic difference between the temp upstairs and the temp downstairs, and the whole house is less stuffy on hot days. Thoroughly recommend them.

They repaired the light attachment to the house and didn't suggest hat I buy a new light. I took Tim's advice and updated the surge protector, which came with a good warrantee. Tim was very knowledgeable, they both were very professional, and I would definitely use this company again.

The owner met with me to go over the work that was needed and develop the contract/work order. He was very detailed so his installers would know exactly what needed to be done. Based on other contract work I have had done, it is important the estimator gets everything down on paper in detail so the installer knows what to do. The electrician and his assistant assigned to the job were friendly, very knowledgeable, careful and detailed in their work. They offered good suggestions for the placement of electrical equipment and listened to my requests as to how I wanted the outdoor outlets installed for a deck I am in the process of building. They also cleaned up each day at the end of the day (it was a two day job). Finally, they double checked their work to make sure all the electrical outlets, etc were working in the house before leaving on the final day. Everyone showed up on time as promised. I would definitely use them a good.

This is the second time I have used Absolute Electric, and they continue to do an excellent job. I have recommended them to my neighbors, and I will continue to use them for any other work on my house that I happen to have.

I purchased a coupon on Angie's List to perform the work. Absolute Electric wrote back and asked me to call to schedule an appointment. We scheduled an appointment but unfortunately it had to be rescheduled due to the weather. When the rain began to fall, Absolute Electric called a provided me a rescheduled install date of one week later. On the date of the install, the technicians, Juan and David, arrived on time and installed the new attic fan in about two hours. They walked through the process of the installation, informed me of an extra fee because I had a steep roof (this was mentioned in the fine print of the coupon...for FYI the fee for a steep roof was $100), and showed me the fan in operation before setting the thermostat and closing the attic access. They cleaned up before leaving and were very professional. After leaving, Absolute Electric called to ensure everything went well with the installation. Excellent service from Absolute Electric. Would hire again.

Absolute Electric did a great job and we had an awesome experience with them. The estimate they provided was for much less work than they had anticipated as they thought it would take 8 hours. The job took them almost 17 hours but they charged us the amount they quoted. The panel box we had was from the 1970's and so there was a considerable amount of work they needed to do to get us upgraded. We really appreciated all of their help and are looking forward to working with them again in the future - we would recommend them 100%!

IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! Tim was soooo professional and soooo knowledgeable and very polite and courteous - and answered all o f my questions - very personable guy - tons of experience which gave me real trust about having electrical work done at my house. I knew from the moment I called and had a question about attic fan installation, I knew I was going to be happy, and not just with the price - Michael and Son wanted almost $900 and that was just an estimate - and they wanted to seal my ridge vent!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to have them do more work for me - recessed lighting and lighting underneath my kitchen cabinets. The owner, Shawn/Sean, however it's spelled - nice guy - very personal and truly involved. Sharon called me about 2 hours after the installation to see how it all went - I RAVED about the entire process. THIS HOW HOME REPAIR IS SUPPOSED TO BE!!! professional people not charging you an arm, leg, internal organ, etc. And - it only took 2 hours for the work to be done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING ELECTRICAL.

Mark and Carl did a great job installing my new fans and lights. I appreciated their polite and friendly professionalism as well as their dedication to properly and efficiently completing their work. Following installation, they were helpful reviewing how to use the fan/lights' remotes, and they completely cleaned their work areas after completion. I plan to call Absolute Electric LLC again.

I contacted Absolute Electric through Angie's List and got a response the very next day from Darlene. She gave me good advice about replacing a broken ceiling fan and scheduled An appointment for later in the week. mark arrived on time and was professional and courteous, working with me to make decisions about replacing two ceiling fans that were not functioning. He rewired a switch and checked the power on a line on my back porch. I didn't have a remote for one of the fans he installed so he will come back, and he will bring a new quieter bathroom fan to install. I was very happy with Mark's work and with his great attitude.

Chris and Derren were the installers and everything they did was perfect. Both of these gentlemen were professional, polite, courteous, and considerate. Both Chris and Derren take great pride in what they do and it shows in outstanding quality of their work. The installation of eleven recessed lights and the relocation of one large ceiling fan went smoothly with an absolute minimum of intrusions into the existing walls. I could not have asked for a better more efficiently performed job. I love the new lights in my house. I hired Absolute Electric before and just as before they continue to do an excellent job. If I need an electrician in the future the first and only company I call is Absolute Electric.

Juan was an extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and careful master electrician. He consulted us every step of the way and shared his expertise on light placement and issues encountered in our 50 year old house --like pipes in the ceiling and joist direction which made ideal placement of lights in the family room impossible. He recommended solutions to the problems and discussed pros and cons at length before proceeding. He was truly concerned about pleasing us and was willing to move lights if necessary to do so. He made a minimum number of holes to our ceiling and walls although working with our lathe-over-plaster was more difficult than working with wallboard. He made very little mess and cleaned up beautifully when he was finished. He explained everything we needed to know about the fixtures and switches. I can't say enough positive things about both Juan, the electrician, and Sean, the owner, who came to do the work estimate. We used them before to upgrade our electrical panel and were impressed that time, as well. Use them. You will be very glad you did.

Very professional. Receptionist Sharon was very detail oriented and efficient in setting up the appointment which I had to cancel twice. The electrician, Mark, was amazing. He was very knowledgable and explained everything to us when we had questions. He called in a helper for a while who was excellent. I would hire them again without question.

They were excellent. It looked like a head guy and two others that were with him. My impression was they were in training. The real reason that I had them come out was the roof had been replaced and we needed a new attic fan and they were here to hook it up. While they were here they asked if I might be interested in a whole house surge protector. I said, actually my HVAC folks have been bugging me to get surge protection on the HVAC, so I said, if we do the whole house that would take care of everything. They gave me quite a good deal on the price of the surge protector. It was not a trivial job because I have two different electrical panels and when they went to put it in they realized they had to reroute some of the stuff in order to fit it in. My other impression was that they were glad to do it because it was a wonderful training opportunity for the younger guys that were with him. They really did a super job.

I'm very happy with this company overall and would use them again. They arrived between the scheduled window, performed the work quickly, and the quality of the work was great. The electrician (Chris) also explained to me in detail why the light switch I wanted replaced was not working properly, which I appreciated. He was also kind enough to let me know that the light fixtures he replaced didn't use a standard screw-in bulb and that it used a GU24 bulb, which I wasn't aware of until he mentioned it.

We had two back bedrooms without power and called Absolute Electric for help. They said that it would require someone with expertise to solve this problem, so they could not get here for a week and a half, but we waited. Tim was able to figure out the problem in two hours and fixed it for us. He then recommended getting a whole house surge protector added to our house for an additional $400. We agreed. This was done in a fairly quick amount of time. We are happy to have our electricity back and the surge protection, which protects our major appliances and electronics from electrical surges. Tim explained that the electrical problem was due to an outside motion sensor light problem, either in the line or with the device itself. He unhooked the light, we can decide to fix it at a future date, when we purchase a new light to replace it. We may or may not do that. We would use this company again.

Lewis Floyd did a great job taking out my old, non-functiong attic fan and installing a new one on my steep roof. Fast, efficient, and good workmanship. I will definitely used Absolute in the future for electrical work.
