Absolute Electric LLC

We hired Absolute Electric to install a brand new bathroom fan, new light switch, replace GFCI sockets, and install a Nest thermostat. The company provided all materials (except the Nest) at a fair price. Their team did an excellent job explaining the work and executing the job. They worked quietly, efficiently, and respectfully. This is my 5th time working with Absolute Electric and will continue to work with the company in the future.

Very good service. Their technician gave us a pre-arrival call and arrived right on time. The casing covering the electrical conduit had become separated from the meter, leaving the conduit exposed. He told us it would be cheaper and easier to call Dominion Energy to fix it. While he was here, I asked him to check on our outdoor lighting system because some of the lights had stopped working. He was able to fix it in no time. Very knowledgeable and competent. It's so good when you get someone who knows what they are doing, has pride in their craft and will treat you as they would want to be treated. I definitely will be using them again.

Extremely satisfied and happy with the work done by Ryan and co-worker. They spent 2 days installing recessed LED lights in 5 rooms, installing dimmers in each of the rooms, replacing a sconce, and rewiring some faulty wires. I love the results and the way our house now looks with updated lights. It was easy to work with Absolute Electric from contact, to estimate, to the work. I got one other estimate from another well-regarded company and Absolute Electric came in under them fairly significantly. I would not hesitate to call them again for any additional electrical work.

Just had my baseboard heater removed and replaced and it went wonderfully. They were very responsive and quoted me a price immediately. I was also able to schedule the appointment for within the same week as I needed it to support a party we were having. The tech arrived on time and quickly (and neatly) finished the worked quickly, He took hauled away all the garbage as well. I would definitely use them again.

EXCEPTIONALLY professional and helpful team. Technician was fast and efficient. Quickly traced problems to a bad GFI, replaced it, and verified with me that everything else was working. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they showed up on time (early in the arrival window). Tech called when he was enroute with an ETA. VERY HAPPY with Absolute Electric.

The electrician(s) arrived on time and did the job in a professional manner. It was a bit expensive, though.

Absolute Electric replaced the lighting that was previously installed in a studio with new LED fixtures, installed new lights in another part of the house, and did some other work. They also installed an extensive Ring security system. When Shauwn came to give the quote he was thorough and professional, answered all of my questions, and gave me multiple options. The price was fair and there were no surprises when the bill came. The electricians who did the work were both skilled, also professional, and did a great job. I highly recommend Absolute Electric and would hire them again.

Rob did an excellent job. We have an old house and there were multiple problems to deal with in installing the new sconces. Rob handled them creatively and effectively and we are completely happy with all work done. Rob is also a super nice guy, and everyone I dealt with on the phone was also great. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Juan and Chris did a wonderful job. Everything works and looks great, and they even managed to cut just 2 holes in my ceiling, to install 5 new light fixtures and reassign switches to them. They were professional, considerate, and friendly. And Juan made friends with my insufficiently-napped toddler, which the toddler and I both enjoyed.

Absolute Electric LLC was by far the most reasonable. So glad I checked around. We will definitely consider Absolute Electric when we bid out our three extra rooms and bathrooms. Thank you!

They were easy to schedule, showed up on time and were able to quote me for the work over the phone ahead of time. The work was done well and they cleaned after. I was very happy with the whole process.

Scheduling was a challenge, because they appear to be very popular; but their office was most sympathetic. The wait tuned out to be worth it. On time for a troubleshooting exercise; found both problems quickly; most importantly, had the right tools to find the somewhat tricky problem. Very pleasant technician – and very easy to talk to. Price was reasonable, when compared to other firms I had talked with. All around a very good value for what was spent.

Had a smoke detector fail on me a 3am which resulted in alarm going off every 30 seconds. Replacing batteries didn't help. Needed a electrician to check it out as soon as possible. I called two larger electrical contractors who could not fit me into their schedule during the day. Absolute was open at 7am (early bird got the worm) and was able to get to my house by 8am. Work was done quickly and efficiently, replacing all 3 smoke alarms. Thanks for saving my sanity...

They called promptly and advised of their arrival time. The work was done well. The technician was prompt, efficient, polite and near.

It was fine. It works now, but the technician, Ryan, argued with me for a bit over whether it should be that outlet or an outlet across the room. Eventually agreed to do as I had requested, and went to work. Because he had to go up in the attic, some of the insulation fell down, and although he cleaned most of it up, there was definitely still stuff around after he left. Then when I was presented with the bill, I wasn’t immediately given an itemized invoice, he just said that’ll be 220. I’m not entirely convinced it actually took an hour and a half to install, but wasn’t going to fight with him over it. I’ll probably request a different technician next time, or go with a different company.

I had a serious wiring problem with a ceiling fixture in a bathroom. The lamp was shorting and triggering the circuit breaker. I called Shawn on Wednesday and we had one of their techs at the house the following day. This is the third time I've called on Absolute for help and they've been prompt and professional.

Will did a terrific job and was with us several days! We were very pleased! Absolute Electric was professional in every way. We had a LOT of electrical work done, including adding a number of new fixtures where nothing electrical existed, and replacing old fixtures, installing new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors (Nest), a Nest doorbell, outside outlet and more. It's amazing what new fixtures and better lighting did for our townhome! All was great, other than the outside outlet being lot bigger than we expected, and the front exterior door light having some issues due to the size of the builder's hole for the fixture going beyond the new fixture, and water seeping in causing it to not work anymore-- but I haven't called Absolute about that yet and I'm sure they'll fix it rapidly, based on my experience with them! A family member used Absolute (Jose) for wiring in their home, and raved about them. We are very happy with their work!
